Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于从包装材料管连续地生产可倒出食品产品的密封包装件的包装单元。
背景技术
如已知,许多可倒出食品产品,例如果汁、巴氏奶或UHT(超高温处理)奶、葡萄酒、番茄酱等以由消毒包装材料制成的包装件出售。
此类包装件的典型的例子是成形为平行六面体的用于液体或可倒出食品产品的包装件,已知为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标),它通过折叠和密封层压条包装材料制成。
包装材料具有多层结构,多层结构大体上包括用于刚度和强度的基层,基层由例如纸或矿物填充聚丙烯材料的纤维材料层限定;还包括覆盖在基层的两侧的多层热封塑料材料,例如聚乙烯膜。
在用于长期储存产品,例如UHT奶的无菌包装件的情况下,包装材料也包括阻气和阻光材料的层,例如铝箔或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)膜,其叠加到热封塑料材料的层上且又覆盖有另一层形成了包装件内面的最终接触食品产品的热封塑料材料。
如已知,此类包装件在全自动包装机上生产,在全自动包装机上由幅供给的包装材料形成连续管。更特定地,包装材料的幅从卷筒上展开且通过包装机上的无菌室供给,在无菌室内包装材料的幅被消毒,例如通过应用例如过氧化氢的消毒剂,过氧化氢随后通过加热而蒸发,和/或通过将包装材料置于适当的波长和强度的辐射下;且消毒的幅维持在封闭的无菌环境中,且折叠为圆柱且纵向地密封来以已知方式形成连续管。
实际上形成了无菌室的延伸的包装材料的管在垂直方向供给,包装材料的管填充有已消毒或无菌处理的食品产品,且通过密封设备供给以形成单个的包装件。更特定的,在密封设备中,管在多个等间隔的横截面处密封以形成相互通过横向密封带,即垂直于管的行进方向延伸的密封带连接的枕包。且通过切割相关的横向密封条将枕包分开,且然后将枕包传送到折叠站,在折叠站枕包被机械地折叠以形成各完成的成形为平行六面体的包装件。
如在例如欧洲专利EP-B-0887265中所描述的包装机是已知的,该包装机包括两个限定了各环形路径且各装配有多个密封夹钳的链传送器。两个路径具有各分支,分支大体上相互面对且平行且在它们之间供给包装材料的管,使得在一个传送器上的夹钳与在其他的传送器上的相应夹钳沿所述的各路径的分支合作,以在多个相继的横截面处夹紧管且密封和切割包。
更特定地,包被装配到夹钳的一个以在横向于管的切割方向上滑动的切割器切割,以与管相互作用且沿管的横截面切割管。
包装机也已知为仅包括两对夹钳,两对夹钳交替地在包装材料的管上作用以沿多个等间隔的横截面夹紧且密封,例如热封包装材料的管。
一旦完成密封,例如装配到每对夹钳的一个上的切割器被激活且与包装材料的管相互作用,以沿已密封的横截面的中心线切割包装材料的管且因而从包装材料的管的底端分离枕包。因为底端被横向地密封,相关的夹钳在达到底止点位置时可以被打开以避免与管的顶部分的干涉。同时以完全相同的方式操作的其他的夹钳对从顶止点位置向下移动,以重复以上的夹紧/形成、密封和切割操作。
在两类包装机中,切割器包括切割刃,切割刃与管相互作用以进行切割操作。
切割操作通过由已知的促动设备在静止位置和工作位置之间移动切割器来进行,在静止位置切割器容纳在相关的夹钳内且相关的切割刃从管分离,在工作位置切割器从相关的夹钳向前伸出,且相关的切割刃与管合作。
在工业中,感受到的需求是增加切割器的工作寿命且降低切割操作的总成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供设计为符合以上要求的包装单元。
根据本实用新型,提供了一种用于从热封片包装材料的管连续地生产可倒出食品产品的无菌密封包装件的包装单元,所述的管填充有所述的食品产品且所述的单元包括:至少一对循环地与所述的管相互作用以在管的多个横截面处密封管的夹钳;和用于从所述的管通过沿各所述的横截面的横向切割操作分离已形成的所述的包装件的切割装置;所述的切割装置包括至少一个装配到所述的夹钳中的一个以在横向于所述的管的切割方向X滑动的切割器;每个所述的切割器包括各第一切割刃且可安装在各第一构造中,其中切割器在所述的切割方向上的滑动导致所述的各第一切割刃与所述的管相互作用以进行所述的切割操作;其中,每个所述的切割器包括在所述的第一切割刃的相对端的各第二切割刃;且每个所述的切割器可以选择地安装在第二构造中,其中所述的切割器在所述的切割方向X上的滑动导致所述的各第二切割刃与所述的管相互作用以进行所述的切割操作。
与已知的单刃切割器相比,本发明的单元使得减小了总的切割成本且很大地增加了切割器的工作寿命。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字1表示用于从包装材料的垂直管3连续地生产可倒出食品产品的密封包装件2的包装单元的整体,可倒出食品例如巴氏奶或UHT奶、果汁、葡萄酒等。
管3以已知的方式通过纵向地折叠和密封热封片材料的幅在单元1的上游形成,且从顶填充以已消毒的或无菌处理的食品产品用于包装。
单元1包括由两个侧壁5(仅示出了一个)和两个平行的横向壁6、7限定的框架4,横向壁6、7刚性地固定在侧壁5之间,以与侧壁一起限定腔8;还包括两个装配到框架4上且分别具有第一夹钳12-后文中简称“夹钳12”-和第二夹钳或对侧夹钳13的形成链10、11,夹钳12与对侧夹钳13相互合作以与沿通过腔8的垂直路径A供给的包装材料的管3相互作用。
链10和11限定了各环形路径P、Q,夹钳12和对侧夹钳13沿环形路径P、Q供给。路径P、Q分别绕框架4的壁6和7延伸,且包括相互平行的各大体上直的工作部分P1、Q1,工作部分P1、Q1邻近管3的路径A且大体上在路径A的相对侧上对称地延伸,使得各等间隔的横向带17在相应的夹钳12和对侧夹钳13对之间被牢固的夹紧。
夹钳12和对侧夹钳13是各链10、11的整体的部件且限定了各链10、11的交替的链环,且夹钳12和对侧夹钳13以铰接的方式通过杆14的对相互连接。
链10、11的支撑、驱动和导向设备例如从EP-A-0887263中已知的,且因此不详细描述。简要地说,夹钳12和对侧夹钳13的运动由装配到壁6、7上的凸轮15、16限定。
每个夹钳12和对侧夹钳13包括在垂直于路径A且平行于框架4的壁6、7的方向上延长的主体20(图2和图3);且每个主体20具有各端放大部分21、22(图2),从各端放大部分21、22的每个伸出第一和第二销23、24,销23、24具有平行于主体20的主尺寸且间隔开的轴。杆14以铰链连接到夹钳12和对侧夹钳13的销23、24,以将一个夹钳/对侧夹钳的销23连接到邻近的夹钳/对侧夹钳的销24。夹钳12和对侧夹钳13也具有安装在放大部分21、22内的与销23、24共轴的各对导向辊子25、26,且辊子对25、26在凸轮15、16上旋转(图1)。
每个夹钳12包括感应加热元件29(图3),感应加热元件29横向于管3的路径A装配到主体20且包括两个直的平行的前起作用表面30。
作为加热元件29的替代,每个对侧夹钳13(如在图3中示出)具有压力条31;且每个夹钳12的加热元件29和相应的对侧夹钳13的条31相互合作以牢固地夹紧管3的相关的横向带17且加热密封包装材料。在使用中在面向相应的夹钳12的前表面32上,条31具有两个相对柔性的弹性体材料的垫33,垫33对置于加热元件29的起作用表面30与包装材料合作。每个对侧夹钳13的压力条31通过两个弹性端连接设备34(图2),例如在EP-A-0887269中描述的类型的弹性端连接设备装配到相关主体20,弹性端连接设备34在垂直于由销23、24的轴所限定的平面的X方向具有有限的屈服度,且在使用中限定了每个夹钳-对侧夹钳对在管3上施加压力的方向和包装材料被切割的方向。
每个对侧夹钳13具有切割器35,它在横向密封带17处切割管3以从管3上分离从形成链10、11发出且最终被转化为各包装件2的已形成的包。
在如下的描述中仅参考了一个对侧夹钳13,因为所有的对侧夹钳13和各切割器35明显地是相同的。
参考图2到图5,切割器35装配到对侧夹钳13以在横向于管3的切割方向X滑动,切割器35是平的且是矩形形状的且在对侧夹钳13的主要尺寸的方向延长,且切割器35包括第一前切割刃36。
切割器35定位在第一构造(图3)中,其中切割器35在X方向的滑动导致第一切割刃36在横向密封带17处切割管3。
更特定地,切割器35以滑动方式容纳在压力条31的中央槽40内且功能上连接到已知的凸轮促动设备43,凸轮促动设备43控制了切割器35在X方向的运动。
非常简要地说,促动设备43包括多个装配到框架4的凸轮50(在图3中仅示出了一个);和对于每个在形成链11上的对侧夹钳13包括多个与切割器35成整体的凸轮跟随件41(在图3中仅示出了一个),且凸轮跟随件41与各凸轮50和与各返回弹簧60(在图3中仅示出了一个)相互作用,以在静止位置和切割位置之间移动切割器35,在静止位置第一切割刃36容纳在压力条31内,在切割位置第一切割刃36从压力条31伸出以在横向带17处切割管。
每个凸轮跟随件41包括在端上装配有凸轮跟随件惰辊49的圆柱形杆48,凸轮跟随件惰辊49与固定到框架4的促动设备43的相关的凸轮50合作。杆48也具有形成在杆48的位于惰辊49的相对端的自由端部分52内的直径槽51,轴向地从主体20伸出且宽松地容纳在压力条31的腔53内。槽51通过切割器35的位于第一切割刃36的相对端的边缘39接合。
切割器35通过螺钉54刚性地固定到凸轮跟随件41的每个,螺钉54旋入杆48内的与槽51交叉的径向孔55内且接合切割器35内的各通孔56。每个凸轮跟随件41也包括由装配到杆48的垫圈46限定的停止件,且当相关的切割器35处于切割位置时,停止件搁靠在主体20的后表面47上。
应该强调的是可以使用其他类型的与示出的一个操作不同的促动设备43使切割器35可以在X方向上移动。
切割器35有利地包括位于第一切割刃36的相对端的第二切割刃61(图3到图5),且可以选择地定位在第二构造中,其中在所述的X方向的滑动导致第二切割刃61与管3的横向带17相互作用以完成切割操作。
更特定地,第二切割刃61形成在边缘39上,使得通过旋松螺钉54而从凸轮跟随件41释放切割器35,且通过将切割器35旋转180度以将第一切割刃36容纳在槽51内且将第二切割刃61定位为面向管3,将切割器35设定为第二构造。
当切割器35处于第二构造中时,第一切割刃36容纳在槽51内且促动设备43以与上述方式完全相同的方式在静止位置和工作位置之间移动切割器35,在静止位置第二切割刃61容纳在压力条31内,在工作位置第二切割刃61从压力条31伸出以在横向带17处切割管3。
更特定地,第一切割刃36(仅在图3中示出)和第二切割刃61(在图3到图5中示出)每个包括多个交替的齿62和间隙63。
在以下的描述中,仅参考一个齿62和一个间隙63,因为第一切割刃36和第二切割刃61的齿62和间隙63显见地都是相同的。
齿62由两个平的壁64限定,壁64对称地从切割器35伸出。
壁64在各端部分66汇合为边缘65,端部分66具有等腰三角形形式且位于相对于切割器35的外侧。更特定地,每个端部分66包括两个限定了切割器35的相对侧上的壁64且限定了所述的等腰三角形的两个侧的部分67。
部分67相对于齿62的中央平面R对称地延伸且在其之间限定了测量值32度到38度的角度α,如在图5中所指示。角度α优选地为35度,试验显示这是用于改进第一切割刃36和第二切割刃61的工作寿命的最佳的角度。
间隙63侧向地由各邻近的齿62的两个壁64限定,该壁64从相对侧汇合为间隙63的弯曲凹入的底部分70的各端。
更特定地,限定了间隙63的壁64相对于彼此倾斜角度β,角度β的测量值为72度到78度,如在图4中指示。角度β优选地为75度,试验显示这是用于改进第一切割刃36和第二切割刃61的工作寿命的最佳的角度。
关于形成和密封包装件的单元1的操作是已知的,且因此不详细描述。
非常简要地说,夹钳12和对侧夹钳13根据由凸轮15、16所施加的运动循环地与包装材料的管3相互作用。在其中管3被逐渐地压紧和压缩且包装材料被局部地折叠以形成平的横向密封带17的第一步骤后,夹钳12和对侧夹钳13到达各路径P、Q的部分P1、Q1,沿部分P1、Q1在管3上施加最大夹紧压力,且开动夹钳12的加热元件29以热封包装材料且因而沿两个密封线密封材料,密封线由加热元件29的起作用表面30限定(图3)。
在以上的步骤期间,切割器35保持在第一构造且在图3中所示的静止位置。
在夹钳12和对侧额13从包装材料收回前,设备43被激活以将切割器35推出压力条31。
切割器35的第一切割刃36因此沿横向于材料的切割线且在两个密封线之间切割包装材料。
一旦切割器35的第一切割刃36通过材料则它被接收在夹钳12内相应的槽内。
一旦材料被切割,促动设备43以已知的方式将切割器35复位到压力条31内的静止位置。
夹钳12和相关的对侧夹钳13分开,且从连续的包装材料的管3分离且仍具有枕包形式的包装件2可以传递到接下来的加工站,例如折叠站,其中包装件呈现出其最终的构造。
当第一切割刃36磨损时,将切割器35设定为第二构造,使得后来的切割操作由第二切割刃61进行。
更特定地,旋松螺钉54以从凸轮跟随件41释放切割器35;且切割器35旋转180度到第二构造。
在第二构造中,第一切割刃36容纳在槽51内且当促动设备43将切割器35推出压力条31时,第二切割表面61沿横向于材料的切割线且在两个密封线之间切割包装材料。
根据本实用新型的单元1的优点从前述的描述中明白。
特别地,与已知的单刃切割器相比,单元1使得减小了总的切割成本且很大地增加了切割器35的工作寿命。
切割操作的成本实际上取决于切割器35的成本和当第一切割刃36磨损时更换切割器35所用的时间。
切割器35能以相同于或更快于拆卸已磨损的已知的单刃切割器且组装新的已知的单刃切割器的时间从第一构造切换到第二构造。
切割器35也能以更快于磨快已磨损的已知的单刃切割器的时间从第一构造切换到第二构造。
因切割器35具有第二切割刃61,即使第一切割刃36已完全地磨损时切割器35也能有效地使用。
特征为第一切割刃36和第二切割刃61的切割器35因此比两个已知的单刃切割器更便宜。
另外,因为角度α和β很大地增加了第一切割刃36和第二切割刃61的齿62和间隙63的耐磨性,切割器35具有极长的工作寿命。
显然地,可以改变如在此描述和图示的单元1而不偏离在附带的权利要求书中限定的保护范围。
特别地,单元1可以是包括仅一对或两对循环地作用在包装材料的管3上的夹钳12和对侧夹钳13的类型。
最后,切割器35可以装配到如对置于对侧夹钳13的夹钳12。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于从热封片包装材料的管(3)连续地生产可倒出食品产品的无菌密封包装件(2)的包装单元(1),所述的管(3)填充有所述的食品产品且所述的单元(1)包括:
至少一对循环地与所述的管(3)相互作用以在管(3)的多个横截面处密封管(3)的夹钳(12、13);和
用于从所述的管(3)通过沿各所述的横截面的横向切割操作分离已形成的所述的包装件(2)的切割装置(35);所述的切割装置(35)包括至少一个装配到所述的夹钳(12、13)中的一个(13)以在横向于所述的管(3)的切割方向(X)滑动的切割器(35);
每个所述的切割器(35)包括各第一切割刃(36)且可安装在各第一构造中,其中切割器(35)在所述的切割方向(X)上的滑动导致所述的各第一切割刃(36)与所述的管(3)相互作用以进行所述的切割操作;
其特征在于,每个所述的切割器(35)包括在所述的第一切割刃(36)的相对端的各第二切割刃(61);且每个所述的切割器(35)可以选择地安装在第二构造中,其中所述的切割器(35)在所述的切割方向(X)上的滑动导致所述的各第二切割刃(61)与所述的管(3)相互作用以进行所述的切割操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单元,其特征在于,每个所述的夹钳(12、13)装配到相关的传送器(10、11)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的单元,其特征在于,所述的第一和所述的第二切割刃(36、61)每个包括各多个交替的实心元件(62)和空心元件(63)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的单元,其特征在于,所述的实心元件(62)的至少一个由两个从所述的切割器(35)伸出且汇合为边缘(65)的侧壁(64)限定;所述的边缘(65)包括至少两个相互倾斜32度到38度的第一角度(α)的部分(67)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的单元,其特征在于,所述的第一角度(α)测量为35度。
6.根据权利要求3到5的任一项所述的单元,其特征在于,所述的空心元件(63)的至少一个由各所述的实心元件(62)的两个所述的壁(64)限定,两个壁(64)从相对侧汇合为凹入部分(70);每个所述的空心元件(63)的所述的壁(64)在其间限定了72度到78度的第二角度(β)。
