Abstract
本实用新型公开了有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置,包括固定在轮辋上的气门嘴和气门芯,传感器信号盒,包括一盒座和一连接部,连接部有一弧形连接面,在连接面上开设有第一槽,连接部下方的盒座上开设第三槽;D形棘轮块,呈D形状,包括一平面部和一圆柱面部,在圆柱面部的中央还开设有一与平面部垂直的第二槽,在安装孔一侧的圆柱面部沿圆柱中心线方向开设了若干条棘齿;U形棘爪和直弹簧,卡设在连接面的第三槽内,直弹簧在U形棘爪的底部,U形棘爪的顶部对应D形棘轮块的棘齿;连接件,通过信号盒的第一槽和D形块的第二槽将传感器信号盒和D形棘轮块固定在气门嘴上。本实用新型适合在5~35度所有不同规格的轮辋上安装使用,具有通用性,安装方便的特点。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带有轮胎压力监测传感器Tire Pressure MonitoringSensor,简称TPMS,旋转角度可调节,能适应5°~35°不同规格轮辋的棘轮式汽车TPMS信号盒装置。
现有技术
现有汽车轮胎均需充足一定压力的气体。由于轮胎压力的大小直接影响汽车行驶的安全,所以对轮胎安装电子安全传感产品,用于实时监测轮胎气压非常必要,各国的汽车生产商都提出了在汽车轮胎上装含电子传感器和气门嘴的监测装置,用于监测轮胎压力。但因轮胎封闭式的特殊结构形式,所以气门嘴必须可在外部安装,又由于现在的汽车轮胎气门嘴含电子信号盒装置,和原传统气门嘴相比体积增加较大(须增加测控用电子元件与电池),所以安装很困难;而且,还因汽车轮辋(圈)尺寸规格较多,而汽车轮胎用于放置电子元件与电池的电子信号盒安装必须坚固可靠,能承受轮胎滚动时的向心(离心)力,需压紧贴合于轮辋上,可靠的锁紧于汽车轮辋孔;但如汽车轮胎气门嘴电子信号盒完全与轮辋贴合,则会因轮辋高速旋转运动与地面摩擦产生热量,直接传递至轮胎里的电子信号盒内,而影响电子元件的可靠性不易散热;再有因轮胎高速回转且因速度与路面平整度的变化,产生向心(离心)力大小变化,造成汽车轮胎气门嘴所受径向载荷不断变化,使其安装后锁紧不可靠,易松脱。另外由于车胎的轮辋为圆弧型,且半径尺寸,弧型大小及形状不一,所以安装的汽车轮胎气门嘴电子信号盒与轮辋贴合不好,一种规格电子信号盒无法适用多种规格轮辋尺寸;所以目前国内能可靠、成功、经济性的用于商业用途的产品不多,国外也极少,主要原因是设计结构繁琐、复杂,缺少商业实用性。如有的是通过钢带将电子信号盒绑在轮辋上,则容易因钢带的震动而松动,脱落;或通过胶水将电子信号盒粘在轮辋上,但因轮胎内湿度,温度等条件都较恶劣,而且由于是紧贴在轮辋上钢或铝材,刹车时的温度很快就传递至此,使内部的电子元件处于高温状态,造成电子元件温度有时会超过其所能承受的限度,造成损坏,长期使用后,胶水粘接力本身发生变化,造成脱落;还有将气门嘴和电子信号盒塑封在一起,为此其电子信号盒与气门嘴嘴体不可回转调整,在加工精度一致的条件下,一种规格信号盒只能适用一种尺寸规格的轮辋。也有一些电子信号盒与气门嘴做可调整的,但是很难保证结构的稳定性,在长期的震动下会松动。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种带有轮胎压力监测传感器,旋转角度可调,能适应5°~35°不同规格轮辋的棘轮式汽车TPMS信号盒装置,该装置的气门嘴可用金属气门嘴也可用卡扣气门嘴。
本实用新型提供一种有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置,包括固定在轮辋上的气门嘴和气门芯,其特征在于,进一步包括:传感器信号盒,包括一盒座和一连接部,所述连接部有一弧形连接面,在所述连接面上开设有第一槽,所述连接部下方的所述盒座上开设第三槽;D形棘轮块,呈D形状,包括一平面部和一圆柱面部,在所述圆柱面部的中央还开设有一与所述平面部垂直的第二槽,在所述安装孔一侧的圆柱面部沿圆柱中心线方向开设了若干条棘齿;U形棘爪和直弹簧,卡设在所述连接面的第三槽内,所述直弹簧在所述U形棘爪的底部,所述U形棘爪的顶部对应所述D形棘轮块的所述棘齿;一连接件,通过所述信号盒的第一槽和D形块的第二槽将所述传感器信号盒和D形棘轮块固定在气门嘴上。
比较好的是,所述传感器信号盒的连接面与所述D形块的圆柱面的为同心圆弧。
比较好的是,所述第一槽为弧形长槽,所述第三槽的方向与所述棘齿方向一致。
比较好的是,所述装置进一步包括橡胶柱,所述信号盒的两端分别有一连接孔,所述橡胶柱通过连接孔固定信号盒在轮辋上。
比较好的是,所述棘齿条数为1~7。
本实用新型的装置的信号盒和气门嘴嘴体采用活动连接,利于安装和调试,具有通用性,适合多种尺寸规格的轮辋使用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置如图1所示,包括:传感器信号盒1、D形棘轮块2、气门嘴3、气门芯4、螺丝5、U形棘爪6、直弹簧7和橡胶柱9。
其中的传感器信号盒1如图4所示,包括一个盒座11和位于盒座11中央的连接部12,连接部12由两对称的凸伸的连接件122、123和两连接件之间有一定弧度的连接面124组成,在连接面124的垂直方向上开设有一长槽121。在该连接部11的两连接件122和123之间的下端水平开设一棘爪滑动槽12。此外,在信号盒盒座11的两端还对称开设有两个连接孔14和15。
图3给出D形棘轮块2的结构,呈D形状,包括一个平面部21和圆柱面部22,在D形块2的圆柱面部22的中央还开设有一通孔为安装孔24,与其平面部21相垂直。在D形棘轮块2的圆柱面部22的安装孔24一侧,沿圆柱中心线方向开设了若干条棘齿23。通常考虑到轮辋的规格,该棘齿23分为七级,如图所示,每级与圆心之间的夹角为5°,七极棘齿共计35°。
安装时,如图2所示(该图为信号盒连接部12中去掉一个连接件123后的结构)。首先将D形棘轮块2通过其安装孔24插设在气门嘴3上,其平面部21一侧压靠住气门嘴3的嘴体表面台阶。然后将U形棘爪6和直弹簧7设置在连接部12的棘爪滑动槽125中,该棘爪6的底端顶住直弹簧7,之后将传感器信号盒1的连接面124上的弧形长槽121插设在气门芯4上,由于连接面124呈弧形,而且D形棘轮块2和连接面124的两个圆弧形为同心圆弧,因此能够很好地与D形棘轮块2的圆柱面部22吻合,没有任何间隙,且U形棘爪6与D形棘轮块2上开有棘齿23的一侧相接触。最后用螺丝5穿过传感器信号盒1的长槽121和D形棘轮块2的安装孔24,从而可以将信号盒1和D形棘轮块2固定在气门嘴3上。另外,根据需要可以将两个橡胶柱9安装在信号盒1两端的连接孔14和15上。如图1安装使用时,当向下压信号盒1,信号盒1绕D形棘轮块2向下转动,橡胶柱9接触轮辋后,在信号盒1和橡胶柱9之间被压缩,到U形棘爪6卡入D形棘轮块2相应的棘齿内,施加给信号盒1的压力被放松,U形棘爪6前端的上平面在橡胶柱9和直弹簧7的回弹力作用下可以紧靠在D形棘轮块2相应的棘齿下平面内。
工作时,由图4可见信号盒1与螺丝5连接处有一个竖直方向的弧型长槽121,信号盒1的连接面124可沿D形棘轮块2的弧面转动,由于螺丝5和D形棘轮块2两边压住信号盒1使其只能绕D形棘轮块2上下转动。但由于D形棘轮块2上分布着多条棘齿23,当传感器信号盒1绕D形棘轮块2逆时针转动时,U形棘爪6在棘齿23的斜面压迫下使里面的直弹簧7变形,U形棘爪6缩入棘爪滑动槽125内,信号盒1可以沿D形棘轮块2转动到需要角度。当传感器信号盒1绕D形棘轮块2顺时针转动时,U形棘爪6在直弹簧7回复作用力下从棘爪滑动槽125中伸出,卡在棘齿23的平面上,此时传感器信号盒1绕D形棘轮块2的转动就被限制,当人工向后拨开U形棘爪6时,传感器信号盒1又可绕D形棘轮块2顺时针转动。通过这个棘轮机构实现了传感器信号盒1只能绕D形棘轮块2逆时针转动,到需要角度后就被卡住的功能。
由于本实用新型D形棘轮块2上有限定的棘齿数,因此,所实现的是有级可调的结构。本实用新型的有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置适合在5°~35°所有不同规格的轮辋上安装使用,具有通用性,安装方便,与气门嘴的传统安装方法一样,只需增加一个向下按传感器信号盒的动作。对使用的气门嘴无特殊要求,即卡扣式橡胶嘴和金属气门嘴均可采用。结构简单、可靠,由于它只需有单一的产品品种就能满足所有不同规格的轮辋安装使用,所以与生产多品种相比,生产成本大大降低。
以上诸实施例仅供说明本实用新型之用,而非对本实用新型的限制,有关技术领域的技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下,还可以作出各种变换或变化,因此所有等同的技术方案也应该属于本实用新型的范畴应由各权利要求限定。
Claims (5)
1、一种有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置,包括固定在轮辋上的气门嘴和气门芯,其特征在于,进一步包括:
传感器信号盒,包括一盒座和一连接部,所述连接部有一弧形连接面,在所述连接面上开设有第一槽,所述连接部下方的所述盒座上开设第三槽;
D形棘轮块,呈D形状,包括一平面部和一圆柱面部,在所述圆柱面部的中央还开设有一与所述平面部垂直的第二槽,在所述安装孔一侧的圆柱面部沿圆柱中心线方向开设了若干条棘齿;
U形棘爪和直弹簧,卡设在所述连接面的第三槽内,所述直弹簧在所述U形棘爪的底部,所述U形棘爪的顶部对应所述D形棘轮块的所述棘齿;
一连接件,通过所述信号盒的第一槽和D形块的第二槽将所述传感器信号盒和D形棘轮块固定在气门嘴上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置,其特征在于,
所述传感器信号盒的连接面与所述D形块的圆柱面的为同心圆弧。
3、根据权利要求2所述的有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置,其特征在于,
所述第一槽为弧形长槽,所述第三槽的方向与所述棘齿方向一致。
4、根据权利要求3或2所述的有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置,其特征在于,
所述装置进一步包括橡胶柱,所述信号盒的两端分别有一连接孔,所述橡胶柱通过连接孔固定信号盒在轮辋上。
5、根据权利要求4所述的有级可调胎压监测传感器信号盒的组合装置,其特征在于,所述棘齿条数为1~7。
