Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种氮气空心玻璃砖，是在空心玻璃砖的中空充盈惰性气体氮气，利用氮气的惰性、稳定性，生产出比原空心玻璃砖隔音、隔热性能好的氮气空心玻璃砖，氮气空心玻璃砖可广泛用作建筑隔墙及建筑装璜材料。

本实用新型涉及一种氮气空心玻璃砖。
背景技术
空心玻璃砖是于1929年由英国圣海伦斯皮尔金顿兄弟有限公司发明的，时至今日，玻璃砖的生产还是建立在这个原理上的。
空心玻璃砖中空充盈的是空气，有隔音、隔热的性能，但对用于有特殊要求的环境，其隔音、隔热性能仍不够理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音隔热性能更好的空心玻璃砖。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：将空心玻璃砖中空部分充盈空气改成充盈惰性气体氮气，利用氮气的惰性、稳定性，从而使玻璃砖的隔音、隔热性能大大提高。

具体实施方法
将原空心玻璃砖自动生产线用密封房罩起来，密封房内充满纯度99％以上的氮气，在氮气的环境内生产出来的空心玻璃砖，中空充盈的即为氮气。如果不是自动化生产线，则工人可带氮气呼吸面罩进密封房内操作生产。玻璃砖生产时，两半坯熔结要密封，只留一小孔塞上海绵塞，以利遇到超高温环境时可泄放高温热涨的氮气。
Claims (2)
1.一种氮气空心玻璃砖，由两块玻璃半坯熔结而成，其特征在于：它的中空部分充盈的是氮气或其它惰性气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氮气空心玻璃砖，其特征在于：在玻璃砖的熔结缝部位留有带海绵塞的泄气孔(1)的。
