Bow spring 98 may be retained in inner member 80 by welding or other suitable fasteners 100 . Pin 92 may be riveted through hole 102 formed in the other end of bow spring 98 . Other forms of resiliently biased latch pins or other cooperating spring loaded latch and locking structures will be apparent.
