Abstract

背景技术
【0002】儿童安全座椅的底座有助于把单个设备安装于通常为汽车的机动车辆内，用于如儿童成长所需的至少两种尺寸的儿童座椅。
【0003】对于最小的儿童即婴儿来说，是不能使用面向前的座椅的。婴儿载运装置是面向后安装于汽车内的。在一些国家，这种做法对于学龄前儿童也是一样的。就工业界使用的分组而言，前者为组0+儿童，后者为组1儿童。
发明内容
【0004】在本说明书中，术语“儿童安全座椅”意于至少包括面向后“婴儿载运装置”、面向后组1儿童座椅和面向前组1儿童座椅，这些均可以在事故中受保护地(accident-secure)连接于机动车辆。一般认为婴儿载运装置是乘客支座，其中婴儿处于斜卧姿态，而不是像在床上一样处于平躺姿态。这样，其沿脊柱长度方向承载乘客脊柱重量，而与支承臀部的乘客支座的传统座椅不同，脊柱重量作用于臀部并由此作用于座椅的座垫。婴儿载运装置不是词语“座椅”通常意义中的座椅。但术语“儿童安全座椅”是本领域包括婴儿载运装置的术语，并用于本说明书上下文中。
【0005】通常婴儿载运装置有提手，用于在车辆外时使用。
【0006】本发明的儿童安全座椅可以经由底座在事故中受保护地连接于机动车辆。此外，其也可以经由成人安全带固定在机动车辆内。
【0007】国际标准化组织固定装置(ISOFIX)是固定儿童安全座椅于机动车辆内的系统。它是基于联合国欧洲经济委员会(UNECE)条例44.03建立的。其本质上是在成人座椅的靠背和座垫接合处提供一对钢条，儿童安全座椅能被锁在钢条上。钢条可设置为环形，其可能结构在本说明书中统称为ISOFIX点。
【0008】如果没有顶部栓带，即在顶部作用的座椅靠背的栓带，在绕ISOFIX点转动时ISOFIX座椅可能过度前移。
【0009】欧洲专利申请第1,279,554号提供的座椅底座可依靠成人安全带固定于成人座椅中，该成人安全带还带有脚撑，用于支承座椅底座的前部。
【0010】此外，欧洲专利申请第1,300,280号提供了从ISOFIX锁到座椅和载运装置中儿童的重心上方的婴儿载运装置上的点的连杆(并非另外地用于固定座椅)，其目的是在事故中增加儿童的脊柱角度。但是，目前人们认为在实践中这种配置能与连杆一起作用，并且载运装置趋向于向下转动，与载运装置绕连杆向上转动相反。
【0011】本发明的目的是提供儿童安全座椅的改进的底座。
【0012】根据本发明提供了用于与机动车辆内成人座椅一起使用的儿童安全座椅的底座，底座包括：
·定位于成人座椅座垫上方的子结构；
·一对附连装置，其把所述子结构的后部在所述座椅的座垫和靠背的接合处连接于所述成人座椅，或者把所述子结构的后部连接于所述机动车辆用于将所述子结构的后部固定在所述接合处的结构；
·一对连杆，其一端枢轴连接于所述一对附连装置和/或所述子结构的后部，且其另一端枢轴连接于所述儿童安全座椅内高位连杆固定点；
·脚撑，其连接于所述子结构的前部用于伸展经过成人座椅座垫的前部边缘，并靠着所述机动车辆的地板；以及
·所述儿童安全座椅及其前端的子结构之间的机械连接机构，所述连接机构允许所述儿童安全座椅从所述成人座椅的靠背移走，所述儿童安全座椅的所述脚撑的末端随之升高。
【0013】尽管这一对附连装置可为子结构的成人安全带附连装置，在优选实施例中，其为ISOFIX锁，用于将子结构固定于成人座椅的ISOFIX点。
【0014】可以设想机械连接机构可为在儿童安全座椅和子结构的每一侧上并分别枢轴连接于儿童安全座椅和子结构的连接连杆，其下前端枢轴连接于子结构，上后端枢轴连接于儿童安全座椅。这种配置使得在事故中连杆的前端被限制在子结构，后端托起婴儿安全座椅，婴儿安全座椅的脚撑末端随之升高。
【0015】在优选实施例中，机械连接机构为简单接合器，其被配置成当儿童安全座椅从成人座椅靠背移开时提升儿童安全座椅下表面的一对坡道，下表面的前角在坡道中升高。但可以设想，通过子结构中承载下表面的横杆能够实现相同效果。随着下表面在横杆上滑动，儿童安全座椅中从与横杆接触的线至高位连杆固定点的距离增加，使得儿童安全座椅的脚撑末端升高。

具体实施方式
【0020】参照附图，所示儿童座椅底座具有子结构1，包括两个管形钢纵梁2，其前端折向下形成腿3。这些腿可伸缩地/套叠(telecopically)装有带脚5的内腿4。提供调整装置6用于调整腿3、4的伸缩长度。在其前端，这些腿被焊接在腿上的横梁7隔开。
【0021】在其后端，纵梁2带有模制塑料材料轴承座8和套板9，其由螺栓10固定在合适位置。横管11横向穿过轴承。套板具有槽12，所述管具有压入滚动销14，因而管可自由旋转半圈，但不能纵向移动，即在纵梁2的横向方向不能移动。ISOFIX锁15的内部部件被焊至横管的末端。
【0022】ISOFIX锁15向内经由与上述8、9相似的轴承和套板(未示出)装有管形钢支柱16，并由模塑件17套住。支柱向内是抗回弹模塑件18，其具有在使用中顶住成人座椅的靠背B的一个肋19，以及顶住纵梁2的顶部的另一肋20。因此，当底座经由ISOFIX点L被锁至成人座椅时，在事故回弹情况下，底座不能升高。底座被锁住后，调整腿使其伸至地板F，且纵梁紧靠座椅座垫S上方。
【0023】婴儿载运装置30啮合在子结构上。载运装置30具有连接于其侧部32的提手31，其侧部延伸至座椅的底边，在此高度，侧部之间具有向下开口的通道。纵梁2可容纳于通道内，且导向槽33容纳从纵梁向侧面伸出的销21。当载运装置30中的婴儿面向后时在侧部32的前部和后部，角34容纳于在纵梁2、腿3以及横梁7接合处夹在纵梁2上的坡道模塑件22中。坡道被设置成使得在正面事故中，角34在坡道表面上升高，使婴儿处于更竖直方位。这是限制婴儿脊柱纵向加速所需的。
【0024】使用中，婴儿载运装置的顶部经由锁23连接于支柱16的远端。这些是将婴儿载运装置固定在ISOFIX点的主要固定装置并相应地设计的。它们对抗于在正面事故中作用于婴儿载运装置及婴儿的惯性，使其减速。作用于重心的惯性处于角34与锁23之间，使得角34在坡道中升高，在此过程中将婴儿转至更竖直姿态。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于与机动车辆内成人座椅一起使用的儿童安全座椅的底座，所述底座包括：
·定位于成人座椅座垫上方的子结构；
·一对附连装置，其把所述子结构的后部在所述座椅的座垫和靠背的接合处连接于所述成人座椅，或者把所述子结构的后部连接于所述机动车辆用于将所述子结构的后部固定在所述接合处的结构；
·一对连杆，其一端枢轴连接于所述一对附连装置和/或连接于所述子结构的后部，而其另一端枢轴连接于所述儿童安全座椅内高位连杆固定点；
·脚撑，其连接于所述子结构的前部，以便延伸经过成人座椅座垫的前部边缘，并紧靠所述机动车辆的地板；以及
·所述儿童安全座椅与其前端处的所述子结构之间的机械连接机构，所述连接机构允许所述儿童安全座椅从所述成人座椅的靠背移走，所述儿童安全座椅的所述脚撑的末端随之升高。
2.根据权利要求1所述的底座，其中所述附连装置是成人安全带附连装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的底座，其中所述附连装置是ISOFIX锁，用于将所述子结构固定于所述成人座椅的ISOFIX点。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的底座，其中所述机械连接机构是在所述儿童安全座椅和所述子结构的每一侧上的连接连杆，其分别枢轴连接于所述儿童安全座椅和所述子结构，下前端枢轴连接于所述子结构，上后端枢轴连接于所述儿童安全座椅。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的底座，其中所述机械连接机构为接合器，并被配置成当所述儿童安全座椅从所述成人座椅靠背移开时提升所述儿童安全座椅的下表面的一对坡道，所述下表面的前角在所述坡道中升高。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的底座，其中所述机械连接结构为所述子结构中承载所述儿童安全座椅的下表面的横杆。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的底座，其中所述连杆包括管形钢支柱。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的底座，其中所述子结构包括两个管形钢纵梁。
9.根据权利要求8所述的底座，其中所述两个纵梁的前端折向下，形成腿作为所述脚撑的一部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的底座，其中所述腿可伸缩地装有内腿。
11.一种包括权利要求1至10中任一项所述的底座和一种儿童安全座椅的组合。
