Abstract
本发明涉及一种集成式热管及其换热方法。热管包括一个作为吸热端的腔体(1-2)和若干作为散热端的载热体(1-4)。腔体(1-2)和载热体(1-4)的内腔连通,其中充填着少量工质。吸热端(1-2)与发热体(例如电子元器件)紧密接触。载热体(1-4)间隔布置,中间形成散热通道(1-4a)。腔体(1-2)内的工质(1-3)吸收热量蒸发,蒸发的工质达到载热体(1-4)并在其中冷凝。本发明通过载热体(1-4)的各种布置,使热管获得了大的散热表面积。
