Abstract

本发明涉及一种含有黄土粘土矿物香烟的制备方法,其能除去重金属和存在于香烟中对人类健康有害的组分。
一般公知存在于香烟中的一些组分和重金属为致癌物质。特别地,经过一段时间后这些致癌物质将积累在吸烟者的肺部和肾部。
香烟一般含约2mg尼古丁和约2.0~3.3mg焦油,二者均能引起高血压,并随着年龄的增长而产生致癌作用。
而且,烟雾中含有约2~6%的一氧化碳(CO)对血液中血红蛋白的亲和性是氧的210倍。血液中的如此高含量的CO将导致一氧化碳中毒。
进一步地,烟叶含有一些对人体有害的重金属。存在于香烟中的代表性重金属包括镉、铜、铅和锌。1kg烟叶含1~2mg镉、10~20mg铜、1~3mg铅和30~50mg锌。在这些金属中,镉和铅将引起严重的生理或精神错乱。
吸入香烟烟雾中的有害组分和重金属和呼出未吸入的烟雾对不吸烟者和吸烟者的健康都极为有害,因此,许多国家都限制吸烟,并且对香烟课以重税以保护其国民免受香烟的危害。

所述黄土的空隙度为约50%-55%。当水分增加时,空隙度降低了。
特别是黄土中含有的蒙脱石粘土矿物具有复杂的化学组成“M(Al,Mg,Fe,Li)4(Si,Al)8O20(OH)4·nH2O”其中,M为可交换的阳离子,选自Na,Ca和K。
公知蒙脱石为有效的吸附剂。蒙脱石的微孔结构具有足够大的表面以吸收并除去烟叶中的有害组分及重金属。
蒙脱石具有非常高的阳离子交换能力(CEC,80~150meg/100g),AlO(OH)2层中的一部分Al3+将与Mg2+交换,以及在Si2O5中的Si4+将与Al3+交换以使三层结构呈电中性。因此,蒙脱石具有由两个四面体层和一个八面体层组成的2∶1型的晶格结构。
最近发现黄土中含有的其它矿物可发出对人体有益的远红外线。而且,因为黄土中含有的氧化铁(III)、氧化亚铁(II)、氧化钙和氧化镁中具有一定量的自由氧,所述自由氧将与吸烟时产生的一氧化碳反应,通过下式化学反应式氧化为二氧化碳:
申请人发现,通过将具有高阳离子交换能力(CEC)和空隙度的黄土粘土矿物施用于香烟过滤嘴、填料和封套上,可得到能克服常规香烟吸附度不足缺点的香烟。所述含有黄土粘土矿物的香烟可充分地除去有害组分和重金属。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种能充分吸附并除去香烟中有害组分及重金属的、含黄土粘土矿物的香烟制备方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种根据本发明的方法制备的含黄土粘土矿物的香烟。
本发明的含黄土粘土矿物的香烟特点在于将黄土悬浮液施用于普通香烟过滤嘴、填料和封套。本发明香烟中的粘土矿物总量为香烟干重的约0.1%-10%。
当所述含量超过干重的10%,香烟的香味和口感将受到破坏。当所述含量低于0.1%,所述有害组分及重金属的吸附程度不够。
本发明的一种制备含有黄土粘土矿物的香烟的方法,其包括步骤:(a)通过将黄土与含水溶剂混合,过滤掉可过滤的颗粒,并干燥滤出液来收集黄土粉末;(b)筛分出黄土粉末;(c)通过将筛分的黄土粉末加入到含水溶剂中制备黄土均质悬浮液,并振荡该悬浮液;以及(d)在香烟生产过程中,将所述悬浮液施用于香烟过滤嘴、填料或封套,随后干燥。
在步骤(a)中,颗粒尺寸为3~50μm的天然黄土以溶剂重量的约1%-约50%加入含水溶剂中,例如,甲醇、乙醇和水,过滤并且所述滤出液通过普通干燥器,例如热空气干燥器干燥,从而水分含量为约0.01%-约1.0%。所述黄土粉末含有粘土矿物诸如蒙脱石、高岭石以及伊利石。
在步骤(b)中,筛分的黄土粉末颗粒尺寸为1.0~1.5μm。
在步骤(c)中,加入含水溶剂例如甲醇、乙醇和水的黄土粉末的比例在1∶5到1∶50之间。在从室温到60℃的温度范围内,进行振荡工艺0.5~2小时。
此后,普通香烟填料生产工艺简述如下:
烟叶首先称重,并以水汽浸透以使烟叶变得潮湿。在冷却至室温后,从烟叶中除去叶状茎。将烟叶与薄层状东莨若碱parviflora混合,并向混合物循环施加浸泡水汽以保持混合物的水分含量。向混合物施加甘油和丙二醇湿润剂,并切成碎片。在冷却至室温后,如果需要,向混合物中加入香料制得填料。施加黄土悬浮液的步骤包括喷洒、浸渍或浸泡所述香烟过滤嘴、填料和封套。
在步骤(c)中制备的黄土悬浮液喷洒于上述普通填料生产工艺制备的原始香烟填料上。所述喷洒可在切割成碎片的过程中、之后或之前进行。
采用普通喷头的喷洒方法对于本领域的普通技术人员是公知的。喷洒之后,喷洒过的香烟填料被彻底干燥,并以常规香烟生产工艺来制备所需的含有黄土粘土矿物香烟。
用于施加所述香烟过滤嘴的方法为喷洒。
此后,对本发明予以详述。但是,可以理解的是,所述的描述和具体的实施例仅出于解释的目的,在本发明的精神和范围内所作的各种变换及修改,对于了解本发明的普通技术人员来说是显而易见的。
实施例1
1千克产自韩国的天然黄土加入10升水中,在室温下搅拌1小时,并放置于荫凉处。随后,该溶液被过滤,收集滤出液并通过热空气干燥器在120℃-130℃的温度下干燥3小时以获得350g黄土粉末。所得的粉末筛分粒度达1.5μm。再向粉末中加入4升水并振荡形成黄土悬浮液。所述黄土悬浮液喷洒于原始香烟填料上,并彻底干燥制得含有黄土粘土矿物的香烟填料。
实施例2
除了不同之处在于是向原始香烟过滤嘴而不是向香烟填料喷洒外,所述香烟过滤嘴以和实施例1中相同的方式制备。
实施例3
除了不同之处在于是把原始香烟封套浸泡于黄土悬浮液中,而不是向香烟填料喷洒外,所述香烟封套以和实施例1中相同的方式制备。
实施例4
根据常规香烟生产工艺,通过采用实施例1中制备的填料、实施例2中制备过滤嘴以及实施例3中制备的封套制得含有黄土粘土矿物的香烟。
烟雾成分通过在实施例4中制得的相应香烟的过滤嘴,并且分别通过气体收集器收集7根市售香烟的烟雾,并且它们的尼古丁、焦油和一氧化碳含量通过一气体分析仪予以测定。结果示于表3。

在表3中的标记“*”代表7根香烟的平均值。如上表3中所示,尼古丁、焦油和CO除掉约20%-50%。
试验香烟被点燃,收集灰分,并采用ICP(induced-coupled plasma)光谱测定法进行测定。结果示于表4。

在表4中的标记“*”代表7根香烟的平均值。如上表3中所示,超过30%的镉、铅和铜被除去。
本发明的含黄土香烟的辐射率被测定。室温下,本发明的含黄土香烟在波长5~25μm处具有峰值。
对应于该波长范围的射线对人体有益。此外,所述由试验香烟产生的副流通过裸眼观测。结果表明本发明的香烟的副流(sub-stream)比其它香烟减少50%以上。
如上所述,根据本发明的方法制备的含黄土粘土矿物的香烟比其他市售香烟具有更佳的尼古丁、焦油、一氧化碳以及重金属例如镉和铅吸附和除去能力。
尽管所公开的本发明优选实施例解释了本发明,但不脱离本发明所附权利要求的保护范围和精神所作的任何修改,添加以及替换,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言都是显而易见的。
Claims (16)
1.一种含有黄土粘土矿物的香烟通过将黄土施用于香烟过滤嘴、填料或封套上而制得。
2.如权利要求1所述的香烟,其中,黄土粘土矿物的含量为香烟干重的至少约0.1-约10%。
3.一种通过将黄土施用于香烟过滤嘴、填料或封套上而制备含黄土粘土矿物的香烟的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
(a)通过将黄土与含水溶剂混合,过滤掉可过滤的颗粒并干燥滤出液来收集黄土粉末;
(b)筛分出黄土粉末;
(c)通过将筛分出的黄土加入含水溶剂中制得均质悬浮液,并振荡该悬浮液;以及
(d)在香烟生产过程中,将所述悬浮液施用香烟过滤嘴、填料或封套上,随后干燥。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述黄土粉末包括粘土矿物。
5.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所筛分的黄土粉末颗粒尺寸为1.0-1.5μm。
6.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所加入含水溶剂的黄土粉末比例在1∶5到1∶50之间。
7.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(d)包括将黄土悬浮液喷洒于由填料生产工艺制得的原始香烟填料上的步骤。
8.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(d)包括将黄土悬浮液喷洒于香烟过滤嘴上或以黄土悬浮液浸渍所述香烟过滤嘴,并彻底干燥的步骤。
9.如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(d)包括将黄土悬浮液喷洒于香烟封套上或以黄土悬浮液浸渍所述香烟封套,并彻底干燥的步骤。
10.一种通过将黄土施用于香烟过滤嘴、填料或封套上而制备含黄土粘土矿物的香烟的方法,其中,黄土粘土矿物的含量为香烟干重的约0.1-约10%,所述方法包括步骤:
(a)通过将黄土与含水溶剂混合,过滤掉可过滤的颗粒,并干燥滤出液来收集黄土粉末;
(b)筛分出黄土粉末;
(c)通过将筛分出的黄土加入含水溶剂中制得均质悬浮液,并振荡该悬浮液;以及
(d)在香烟生产过程中,将所述悬浮液施用香烟过滤嘴、填料或封套上,随后干燥。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述黄土粉末包括粘土矿物。
12.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所筛分的黄土粉末颗粒尺寸为1.0-1.5μm。
13.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所加入含水溶剂的黄土粉末比例在1∶5到1∶50之间。
14.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(d)包括将黄土悬浮液喷洒于由填料生产工艺制得的原始香烟填料上的步骤。
15.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(d)包括将黄土悬浮液喷洒于香烟过滤嘴上或以黄土悬浮液浸渍所述香烟过滤嘴,并彻底干燥的步骤。
16.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(d)包括将黄土悬浮液喷洒于香烟封套上或以黄土悬浮液浸渍所述香烟封套,并彻底干燥的步骤。
