近年来,全球饮茶的普及和人均饮茶水平都有了很大的提高,目前全世界有近五十个国家和地区产茶,一百多个国家和地区需要进口茶叶,据专家预测,茶叶作为清新、健康、自然的饮品,于二十一世纪将有很大发展。随着人民生活水平的提高、饮品保健意识的增强,对饮品的要求也越来越高,人们更希望在茶叶中添加一些有益于人体健康之成份,以达到通过饮茶就可防病、治病、保健身体之目的,而目前尚未见到具有茶叶、生姜及甘草的协同保健作用的茶饮品。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有茶叶、生姜及甘草的协同保健作用的姜茶以及这种姜茶的制备方法,其滋味鲜爽、口感回甜,工艺方法简单、成本低廉、饮用方便、适用不同人饮用,且生津止渴、消痰化气、开胃、祛寒健胃,其包装类型适中,携带及饮用都很方便,能适应二十一世纪的发展需要。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:这种姜茶是以茶叶为主要原料,配以生姜及甘草制成,其茶叶∶生姜∶甘草的配比(按重量份)为3-5∶2.5-3.5∶2.5-3.5。

在本发明中,生姜具有优良的保健作用,民间曾广为流传着“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜、不要医生开处方”的谚语,现代科学研究证明,生姜中含有丰富的维生素E、姜酚及其它芳香、辛辣的油性物质等,维生素E具有养颜、抗衰老作用,而姜酚可调节前列腺素并有利胆作用,其它成分可促进血液循环、刺激胃液分泌、促进肠蠕动并帮助消化;茶叶自古以来就是我国及世界许多国家的传统饮料,其味甘、苦,近年来研究发现,其中所含的成分将近400多种,有咖啡碱、可可碱、黄嘌呤及苷类化合物,萜烯类、酚类、醇类、醛类、酸类、酯类、芳香油化合物,丰富的氨基酸如谷氨酸、半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸等,多种维生素如维生素C、维生素B等,多种矿物质如钙、磷、铁、氟、锰、硒、铜等,其中许多物质是对增进人体健康、防治疾病有益的,如主要成份茶多酚具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗动脉硬化、抗龋护齿、抑菌、强心、抗心律失常等功效,唐代陈藏器曾在其所著《本草拾遗》中写道:“诸药为百病之药,茶为万病之药”,其保健功能为安神除烦、明目、令人少睡、清头目、止渴生津、清热解毒、消暑、消食、醒酒、去腻减肥、下气(消胀止恶)、利尿(通小便)、通便、治痢、去痰、祛风解表、坚齿、治心痛、疗疮治瘘、疗饥、益气力、益智并养生益寿,而近代从生物化学和医学角度来看,茶叶的功效还有:可降低冠心病的发病率、降低高血压的发病率、强心、对动脉硬化有疗效、可降血脂、可治糖尿病、能沉淀水和食品污染的矿物质有害离子(如砷、汞)、杀菌消炎、抑制病毒、抗辐射、防治眼科疾病、防治癌症等;而甘草中含有甘草甜素等,中医学上以根茎入药,其性平、味甘,功能缓中补虚、泻火解毒、调和诸药,生用可治咽痛、痈疽肿毒、小儿胎毒等症,据现代研究,甘草有肾上腺皮质激素样的作用,可治慢性肾上腺皮质机能低下症和胃、十二指肠溃疡病,此外也可作调味剂。本发明是将茶叶、生姜及甘草这几种具有药用价值的原料配在一起,由于这几种原料的协同保健作用,使这种茶具有较好的口感及保健作用,尤其是其生津止渴、祛寒健胃的效果较为显著。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作详细描述。
实施例1
将采回的绿茶鲜叶经杀青后进行揉捻,烘干,然后得精制茶未备用;
将生姜洗净后去皮,然后烘干,粉碎成姜未备用;
将甘草晒干后粉碎成甘草未备用;
取上述精制茶未60g、姜未45g、甘草未45g混合均匀即得150g产品,质检合格后包装成每包为2-5g的袋泡茶若干包。

将采回的红茶鲜叶经杀青后进行揉捻,烘干,然后得精制茶未备用;
将生姜洗净后去皮,然后烘干,粉碎成姜未备用;
将甘草晒干后粉碎成甘草未备用;
取上述精制茶未50g、姜未50g、甘草未50g混合均匀即得150g产品,质检合格后包装成每包为2-5g的袋泡茶若干包。
所得产品的各项理化指标见下表:

饮用时,可随时将成品一袋放入杯中,用开水冲泡5-10分钟即可,可加水几次,第一次姜味较浓,以后茶味渐渐出来,如患风寒感冒,可将包装袋撕开直接倒进杯中冲饮,不需要吃药即可治愈感冒。
Claims (3)
1、一种姜茶,其特征在于:它以茶叶为主要原料,配以生姜及甘草制成,其茶叶∶生姜∶甘草的配比(按重量份)为3-5∶2.5-3.5∶2.5-3.5。
2、如权利要求1所述的姜茶,其特征在于:茶叶∶生姜∶甘草的配比(按重量份)为4∶3∶3。
3、一种姜茶的制备方法,包括:
(1)原料准备
茶叶鲜叶→杀青→揉捻→烘干→精制茶未
生姜→洗净去皮→烘干→粉碎→姜未
甘草→晒干→粉碎→甘草未
(2)配料
将精制茶未与姜未及甘草未按配比混合、拌匀。
(3)质检
(4)包装。
