背景技术
1.技术领域
本发明涉及内窥镜光导,更具体而言,涉及一种具有用于发光二极管的柔性散热器的内窥镜光导。
2.相关技术描述
在内窥镜手术领域中,将可见光引导到人体中以照亮各种手术部位是必要的。传统上,这通过将光纤光导的远侧端部附接到内窥镜的光纤光柱来实现。光导的相对的近侧端部被连接到电子光源。通常,光源是交流电压供电的电子器件外壳,所述电子器件外壳容纳具有光纤电缆的高输出灯,所述光纤电缆联接到内窥镜的光柱用于优化光的传输。现有的光纤光导的特征之一它们是柔性的,并且当调节或旋转内窥镜以观察体内的不同手术部位时,能够由外科医生容易地操纵。

发明内容
本发明包括用于内窥镜的柔性电子光导,所述柔性电子光导包括用于光导的发光二极管模块的散热器。散热器被设计为使电子光导保持外科医生所期望的柔性形状因数,同时将来自光源的热量分流,以使外科医生要触摸的部件不会过热。电子光导不使用玻璃光纤,而是依靠校准的固定照明输出件,所述校准的固定照明输出件在产品的整个寿命中不会减少。当使用传统光纤光导时,电子光导还减少了存在的联接光学表面的数量。当使用电子光导时,消除了在光导的近侧端部的光源处的连接,因为LED被直接定位于镜柱上。通过消除这种光学连接,还消除了相关的表面损失,从而增加了光输出。
更具体而言,本发明是一种柔性电子光导,所述柔性电子光导具有在壳体内的发光二极管模块,所述发光二极管模块具有发光二极管(LED)。电力电缆被联接到LED,以为LED提供电源。邻近发光二极管模块的柔性管从LED延伸并且围绕电力电缆,以将热量从发光二极管模块分流出去。

具体实施方式
参见附图,其中相同的数字在全文中表示相同的部分,在图1中可以看到,内窥镜10具有插入管12,所述插入管允许手持件14内的成像部件捕获插入管12的相对端的视野的光学图像。柔性轴16从手持件14延伸,以将由手持件14内的成像部件捕获的图像传输到远程定位的显示器,例如观察屏或监视器。电子光导18在内窥镜10的光输入端口20处横向联接到插入管12。

Claims (26)
1.一种用于内窥镜的柔性电子光导,所述柔性电子光导包括

联接到所述发光二极管的电力电缆;以及
柔性管,所述柔性管邻近所述发光二极管并且围绕所述电力电缆延伸,以将热量从所述发光二极管分流出去。
