2) cultivating first generation seed Ganoderma sinensis obtained by hybridization in the step 1), hybridizing different Ganoderma sinensis according to the step 1), so as to obtain seeds with excellent quality, and cultivating and planting to obtain preferred Ganoderma sinensis;
s2 preparation of culture Medium
