In one embodiment, the primary interrogation feedback information may include a plurality of information elements; the information unit may correspond to a related key word; in the record display page, the keywords of the doctor text data can be displayed differently from the non-keyword text.
In the present embodiment, a keyword may be provided for an information unit. There may be multiple keywords for each information unit. The keywords corresponding to different information units are at least partially different. So that different information units eventually contain different content. In some embodiments, the keywords are different for different information units. Specifically, for example, the plurality of keywords corresponding to the information unit "diagnosis result" may be disease name words. The plurality of keywords corresponding to the information unit "medication suggestion" may be medicine name words.
In the embodiment, after a doctor triggers an editing instruction for an information unit, the doctor text data associated with the current information unit in the record display page can be conveniently seen. The display mode of the keywords corresponding to the information unit can be distinguished from the display mode of the non-keywords. Specifically, for example, the way of displaying the keywords differently from the non-keywords may include at least one of the following: different background colors, different fonts, different character colors or different character sizes, etc. Of course, those skilled in the art may make other modifications within the spirit of the present invention, and further description thereof is omitted.
In some embodiments, the doctor text data associated with different information units is different. Different doctor text data express different meanings. So that the text contents contained in different doctor text data are also different. Because the content requirements of different information units are different, doctor text data associated with different information units are different. Therefore, doctors can select the doctor text data as a content source of an information unit on the record display page conveniently. Moreover, different information units express different contents, so that repeated feedback of different information units aiming at the same content can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the method for generating the inquiry feedback information may further include: acquiring user voice data and corresponding user text data in the communication process between the doctor and the user; the user text data is obtained by voice recognition of corresponding user voice data; correspondingly, in the step of displaying the record display page including the doctor text data, the record display page including the doctor text data and the user text data is displayed; the recording display page is provided with a voice playing control corresponding to the user text data; and under the condition that the voice playing control is triggered, the user voice data corresponding to the user text data is played.
In the present embodiment, the inquiry and communication process between the doctor and the user is generally a dialogue between the doctor and the user. So that the doctor's dialog with the user is usually a continuous process. Therefore, the doctor text data and the user text data form the context of the communication process between the doctor and the user as a whole. In this embodiment, the doctor client further acquires user voice data and user text data. Therefore, the display page can be recorded, and the doctor text data and the user text data can be displayed at the same time, so that great convenience is brought to the doctor for reviewing the communication process.
In this embodiment, during the communication between the user and the doctor, the user client may generate the user speech data according to the speech sound of the user. In some embodiments, the user client may generate a user voice data stream for the speaking voice of the user, and the user client may transmit the user voice data stream to the server, so that the server may perform processing on the user voice data stream, such as content detection, etc., perform segmentation processing on the user voice data stream to generate user voice data, and perform voice recognition to generate user text data. The server may then send the user speech data and corresponding user text data to the doctor client. In one embodiment, the method for generating the inquiry feedback information further comprises: sending the target inquiry feedback information to a user client of the user so that the user client displays the target inquiry feedback information in an inquiry feedback information page; and the inquiry feedback information page is provided with a voice playing control, and under the condition that the voice playing control is triggered, doctor voice data of the Chinese doctor text data in the target inquiry feedback information is played.
In this embodiment, the physician client may send the target interrogation feedback information to the user client. In this way, the user can operate the user client to refer to the target inquiry feedback information. Therefore, after the user and the doctor complete communication, the doctor orders in the communication process with the doctor can be reviewed according to the target inquiry feedback information. The method brings convenience to the user, and avoids the problem that the user forgets the communication content with the doctor to delay the treatment of the disease.
In this embodiment, when the user client displays the target inquiry feedback information, a voice playing control may be displayed in the inquiry feedback information page. So that the user can click the voice playing control as required to play the doctor voice data. In some embodiments, the doctor voice data may be a recording of a doctor's utterance during a user's conversation with the doctor. Therefore, the user can click the voice playing control, and can hear the speaking voice of the doctor corresponding to the content of the target inquiry feedback information. The user can review the whole communication process conveniently, and the content of the target inquiry feedback information can be understood by combining the voice and sound contrast of the doctor speaking. In some implementations, the voice play control can be associated with textual content in the targeted interrogation feedback information. And when the corresponding text content is clicked, playing the corresponding doctor audio data. Of course, the voice playing control can also be a single picture, which is placed beside the corresponding text content.
In this embodiment, when the target inquiry feedback information is sent to the user client, the doctor voice data of the doctor text data in the target inquiry feedback information may be sent to the user client together. In this embodiment, a preset disease word data set may be preset in the doctor client, and the preset disease word data set may include a plurality of standard disease words. The matched target disease word can be used as the disease possibly suffered by the patient. Therefore, the target disease words are provided for the user as a part of the target inquiry feedback information, so that the user can know the disease condition conveniently.
In this embodiment, the doctor client may be preset with a matching model, and after inputting the doctor text data into the matching model, the matching model may further provide the corresponding target disease word. In some embodiments, the doctor text data may also be segmented, and the segmented words are input into the matching model to obtain the target disease words. In some embodiments, the doctor client may also obtain a text vector by converting the text data of the user without setting a model, a disease word vector is already set for each standard disease word, and the standard disease word corresponding to the disease word vector closest to the text vector is used as the target disease word. It is to be understood that other modifications may be made by those skilled in the art based on the teachings of the present embodiment, and all such modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a method for generating inquiry feedback information. The inquiry feedback information generation method can be used for a server. The inquiry feedback information generating method may include the following steps.
Step S30: and acquiring doctor audio data generated in the communication process of the doctor client and the user client.
In this embodiment, the server may receive the doctor voice data sent by the doctor client and the user voice data sent by the user client during the communication between the doctor and the user. Specifically, for example, the server may receive a doctor voice data stream sent by the doctor client, and further process the doctor voice data stream to obtain doctor voice data corresponding to a segment of voice content. Alternatively, in some embodiments, after the doctor client records the doctor's voice as audio data, the doctor client generates doctor audio data and transmits the doctor audio data to the server.

Step S36: receiving target inquiry feedback information sent by the doctor client side, and sending the target inquiry feedback information to the user client side; wherein the target interrogation feedback information is generated based on the physician text data.
In this embodiment, the server may establish communication for the doctor client and the user client. In the communication process of the doctor client and the user client, the server can perform voice recognition on the received doctor audio data to obtain doctor text data corresponding to the doctor audio data. Therefore, the server can send the doctor text data to the doctor client, so that the doctor can conveniently generate target inquiry feedback information according to the doctor text data displayed by the doctor client. In this way, after receiving the target inquiry feedback information, the server may send the target inquiry feedback information to the user client.
In the present embodiment, the doctor text data may be displayed in chronological order on the record display page of the doctor client. Corresponding to the doctor text data, a voice playing control can be correspondingly displayed. Thus, under the condition that the voice playing control is triggered, the doctor client can play corresponding doctor audio data. Therefore, help is brought to a doctor for reviewing communication contents with the user. Moreover, the target inquiry feedback data is generated by selecting the doctor text data, so that convenience is brought to the doctor.
In one embodiment, the server may generate primary interrogation feedback information from the physician text data; and sending the primary inquiry feedback information to the doctor client so that the doctor client displays the primary inquiry feedback information.

In some embodiments, the server may automatically generate primary interrogation feedback information from the physician text data. In the case where the edit button is triggered, it may be considered that an edit instruction of the doctor for the corresponding information unit is received. The doctor client can send the editing instruction to the server. After the server receives the editing instruction, the doctor text data and the doctor audio data can be sent to the doctor client. Claims (14)

1. An inquiry feedback information generating method comprises the following steps:
acquiring Chinese doctor voice data and corresponding doctor text data in the communication process between a doctor and a user; the doctor text data is obtained by corresponding doctor voice data voice recognition;
displaying a record display page including the doctor text data; the recording display page is provided with a voice playing control corresponding to the doctor text data; under the condition that the voice playing control is triggered, doctor voice data corresponding to the doctor text data is played;
and generating target inquiry feedback information according to the doctor text data selected by the doctor on the record display page.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the step of presenting a record presentation page including the physician text data: acquiring primary inquiry feedback information generated based on the doctor text data;
accordingly, in case of receiving an edit instruction for the primary inquiry feedback information, the record presentation page including the doctor text data is presented.
3. The method of claim 2, the primary interrogation feedback information comprising a plurality of information units;
correspondingly, the editing instruction corresponds to an information unit, and doctor text data associated with the information unit is displayed on the record display page.
4. The method of claim 2, the primary interrogation feedback information comprising a plurality of information units; the information unit corresponds to a related key word; and in the record display page, displaying the keywords of the doctor text data in a way of distinguishing the texts of the keywords from the texts of the non-keywords.
5. The method of claim 2, the primary interrogation feedback information comprising a plurality of information units; doctor text data associated with different information units are different.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising: acquiring user voice data and corresponding user text data in the communication process between the doctor and the user; the user text data is obtained by voice recognition of corresponding user voice data;
correspondingly, in the step of displaying the record display page including the doctor text data, the record display page including the doctor text data and the user text data is displayed; the recording display page is provided with a voice playing control corresponding to the user text data; and under the condition that the voice playing control is triggered, the user voice data corresponding to the user text data is played.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: sending the target inquiry feedback information to a user client of the user so that the user client displays the target inquiry feedback information in an inquiry feedback information page; and the inquiry feedback information page is provided with a voice playing control, and under the condition that the voice playing control is triggered, doctor voice data of the Chinese doctor text data in the target inquiry feedback information is played.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
matching the doctor text data in a preset disease word data set to obtain a target disease word; the target disease words are used as part of the target inquiry feedback information; wherein the preset disease word data set comprises a plurality of standard disease words.
9. An inquiry feedback information generating method comprises the following steps:
acquiring doctor audio data generated in the communication process of a doctor client and a user client;
performing voice recognition on the doctor audio data to obtain doctor text data;
sending the doctor audio data and the doctor text data to the doctor client so that the doctor client displays a record display page comprising the doctor text data; under the condition that a voice playing control corresponding to the doctor text data of the recording and displaying page is triggered, doctor audio data corresponding to the doctor text data is played;
receiving target inquiry feedback information sent by the doctor client side, and sending the target inquiry feedback information to the user client side; wherein the target interrogation feedback information is generated based on the physician text data.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising: generating primary inquiry feedback information according to the doctor text data; and sending the primary inquiry feedback information to the doctor client so that the doctor client displays the primary inquiry feedback information.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising: and under the condition of receiving an editing instruction which is sent by the doctor client and aims at the primary inquiry feedback information, sending the doctor audio data and the doctor text data to the doctor client.

The method of claim 11, wherein the primary interrogation feedback information comprises a plurality of information units, the content of each information unit being generated from the physician text data, respectively; wherein doctor text data associated with different information units are different.
13. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
acquiring user voice data generated in the communication process of the doctor client and the user client;
carrying out voice recognition on the user voice data to obtain user text data;
correspondingly, in the step of sending the doctor audio data and the doctor text data to the doctor client, the doctor audio data and the doctor text data, and the user voice data and the user text data are sent to the doctor client; to cause the doctor client to present the record presentation page including the doctor text data and the user text data; the recording display page is also provided with a voice playing control corresponding to the user text data; and under the condition that the voice playing control is triggered, the user voice data corresponding to the user text data is played.
14. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
