Claims (9)

1. The method for realizing the real estate transaction system based on the blockchain is characterized in that the real estate transaction system at least comprises a blockchain network layer and a data storage and certification layer which are in communication connection with each other, and the method comprises the following steps:
Based on a blockchain alliance technology, respectively deploying corresponding blockchain nodes at least two participation subjects of the house property transaction to build the blockchain network layer, wherein the blockchain nodes are used for jointly storing transaction service data storage certificates;
the corresponding data storage and verification units are respectively deployed at the at least two participating subjects to build the data storage and verification layer, and the data storage and verification units are used for acquiring local transaction service data from a service system of the corresponding participating subject and/or storing or reading the transaction service data storage and verification into the blockchain network layer, wherein the transaction service data storage and verification is the storage and verification data of the local transaction service data in the blockchain network layer;
Establishing communication connection between a corresponding blockchain node of each of the at least two participating principals and a data storage certification unit so as to establish communication connection between the blockchain network layer and the data storage certification layer;
Configuring second internal business logic of the blockchain node, wherein the second internal business logic comprises the steps of providing the transaction business data evidence to a participating entity associated with the transaction business data evidence in an original form, and providing the transaction business data evidence to a participating entity not associated with the transaction business data evidence in a form of a corresponding hash code; and encrypting the user sensitive data by using a public key, and providing a secret key corresponding to the public key for a participating subject associated with the user sensitive data so as to decrypt the encrypted data and obtain the user sensitive data.
2. The blockchain-based real estate transaction system implementation method of claim 1 wherein the participating principals include at least two of the following principals:
sellers, buyers, real property management departments, intermediaries, tax management departments, and banks that transact real property loans.
3. The blockchain-based real estate transaction system implementation method of claim 1 or 2 wherein the local transaction business data includes transaction text information and/or transaction spare parts including identification card information of a picture, PDF or audio-video type and electronic contract documents, the implementation method further comprising:
configuring first internal business logic of the data storage unit, wherein the first internal business logic comprises:
At least one of the following operations is performed while storing the local transaction service data in the blockchain network layer:
Storing the transaction text information into the blockchain node in a plaintext or ciphertext mode;
And storing the original text of the transaction spare part into the data storage unit, and storing the acquired hash code of the transaction spare part into the blockchain node.
4. The blockchain-based real estate transaction system implementation method of claim 3 further comprising:
Establishing communication connection between the data storage unit and the corresponding business system of the participating main body, and configuring a system interface of the data storage unit to realize at least one of the following functions:
The business system of the corresponding participating main body obtains the transaction business data certificate from the blockchain node or the data certificate unit through the system interface;
And submitting transaction text information and/or hash codes of the transaction spare parts generated by the corresponding business systems of the participating subjects to the block chain link points to finish the uplink, and sending the original text of the transaction spare parts to other data certification units in the data certification layer.

the on-chain data query module is used for querying the service capability of the transaction service data recorded by the blockchain network layer;
the spare part data storage module is used for storing the spare part texts of the transaction and relating to specific transactions;
And the spare part data query module is used for querying the transaction spare part original text stored by the spare part data storage module.
6. The blockchain-based real estate transaction system implementation method of claim 1 or 2 further comprising:
