The feeding mechanism 4 comprises a lifting base 19 and a mounting frame 24, a discharger 20 is arranged at the upper end of the lifting base 19, a discharging rotary box 21 is arranged at the upper end of the discharger 20, the mounting frame 24 is fixed at the upper end of the operating platform 1, a vibrator 23 is fixed at the upper end of the mounting frame 24, a material guide rail 22 is arranged on the vibrator 23 and the mounting frame 24, one end of the material guide rail 22 is connected to a discharge port of the discharging rotary box 21, the other end of the material guide rail 22 is located at the lower side of the material taking assembly 5, and a plurality of adjusting foot cups are arranged at the lower end of the lifting base 19;

the clamping material lifting push rod 32 drives the clamping material rotating clamping jaw 33 to move downwards to clamp the joint or the valve body, then the clamping material lifting push rod 32 is withdrawn upwards, the clamping material electric screw rod 31 drives the clamping material lifting push rod 32 to move to drive the joint or the valve body to move to the installation screw port of the water distributor main pipe 14, then the clamping material lifting push rod 32 drives the clamping material rotating clamping jaw 33 to move downwards, and when the clamping material rotating clamping jaw 33 moves, the joint or the valve body is driven to rotate to be screwed into the installation screw port of the water distributor main pipe 14.
The discharging disc mechanism 34 comprises an adjusting base 35, a discharging electric screw rod 36 is arranged at the upper end of the adjusting base 35, a plurality of movable placing plates 37 are arranged on the discharging electric screw rod 36, and discharging discs 38 are placed at the upper ends of the placing plates 37; joints or valve bodies are placed on the material placing disc 38, the material placing electric screw rod 36 drives the placing plate 37 to move, so that the material placing disc 38 is driven to move, the joints or the valve bodies are driven to move, namely the joints or the valve bodies are matched with the material clamping assembly 6, and all the joints or the valve bodies placed on the material placing disc 38 are sequentially clamped.
The assembling process of the water separator assembler comprises the following steps:
step one, setting information such as working positions and time of various mechanisms and various components through a screen control box 7 according to specifications of different water distributor main pipes 14;
step two, wrapping waterproof adhesive tapes on each joint of the main pipe 14 of the water separator or the screw end of the valve body, and then respectively placing the waterproof adhesive tapes on the two discharging rotary boxes 21 and the discharging disc 38;
placing the cart provided with the main water distributor pipe 14 and the finished product cart on an operation side, standing an operator on the operation side, and respectively positioning the cart provided with the main water distributor pipe 14 and the finished product cart on two sides of the operator;
step four, an operator takes the main pipe 14 of the water distributor to be assembled off the cart, the main pipe is respectively placed between the adjusting electric clamping jaws 13 and the rotating electric clamping jaws 15 of the two adjusting and clamping mechanisms 3, the adjusting electric clamping jaws 13 and the rotating electric clamping jaws 15 are controlled by the control box with screen 7, and the main pipe 14 of the water distributor is clamped;
step five, adjusting the mounting screw of the water distributor main pipe 14 to be below the material taking rotating clamping jaw 29 or the material clamping rotating clamping jaw 33 by matching the adjusting electric screw rod 11 with the turntable motor 8;
step six, the discharging device 20 drives a joint or a valve body inside the discharging rotary box 21 to output, the vibrator 23 drives the material guide rail 22 to vibrate, and the joint or the valve body is positioned at the tail end of the material guide rail 22;
seventhly, the extending end of the lifting push rod 28 drives the material taking rotating clamping jaw 29 to move downwards to clamp the joint or the valve body at the tail end of the guide rail 22, the electric push rod 27 drives the material taking rotating clamping jaw 29 to move to the position above the installation screw of the water distributor main pipe 14, and the material taking rotating clamping jaw 29 drives the joint or the valve body to be screwed into the installation screw or other joints or valve bodies of the water distributor main pipe 14; the clamping electric screw rod 31 drives the clamping lifting push rod 32 to move backwards, so that the clamping rotating clamping jaws 33 clamp a connector or a valve body placed on the material discharge tray 38, the clamping electric screw rod 31 drives the clamping lifting push rod 32 to move forwards, the clamping rotating clamping jaws 33 are driven to move to the position above an installation screw of the water distributor main pipe 14, and the clamping rotating clamping jaws 33 drive the connector or the valve body to be screwed into the installation screw or other connectors or valve bodies of the water distributor main pipe 14;
step eight, the adjusting motor 17 drives the rotary electric clamping jaw 15 to rotate through the pulley pair 16, so that the installation screw to be installed on the other surface of the main pipe 14 of the water separator is switched;
step nine, the turntable mechanism 2 drives the water distributor main pipe 14 to sequentially move to different stations for automatic installation;
step ten, controlling and adjusting the electric clamping jaw 13 and rotating the electric clamping jaw 15 through the control box with the screen 7 by an operator to loosen the main pipe 14 of the water distributor provided with each joint or valve body, and taking down the main pipe 14 of the water distributor provided with each joint or valve body by the operator to place the main pipe on a finished product cart.
In conclusion, the turntable mechanism 2 is matched with the adjusting and clamping mechanism 3, so that the rotation and the movement of the main pipe 14 of the water separator are met, the stations are conveniently and sequentially switched, each mounting screw is positioned below the material taking assembly 5 and the material clamping assembly 6, and the quick screw connection mounting is met;
the feeding mechanism 4 is matched with the material taking assembly 5, so that the connector and the valve body can be stably conveyed and installed, the operation is simple, and the matching degree is high;
the material clamping assembly 6 is matched with the material placing disc mechanism 34, so that the joints and the valve bodies can be stably conveyed and installed, the operation is simple, the matching degree is high, and the joints and the valve bodies of different types can be placed;
the invention has the advantages of simple operation, small occupied area, high automation degree, quick station switching and convenient use.

1. A water separator assembler comprises an operating platform (1), a material placing disc mechanism (34) and two feeding mechanisms (4), and is characterized in that the material placing disc mechanism (34) and the two feeding mechanisms (4) are respectively located on three sides of the operating platform (1), the two feeding mechanisms (4) are opposite in position, a screen-provided control box (7), a turntable mechanism (2), two material taking assemblies (5) and a material clamping assembly (6) are arranged on the operating platform (1), the two material taking assemblies (5) and the material clamping assembly (6) are respectively located on three sides of the turntable mechanism (2), the two material taking assemblies (5) are opposite in position, the material taking assemblies (5) are opposite to the feeding mechanisms (4) in corresponding positions, the material clamping assembly (6) is opposite to the material placing disc mechanism (34), two adjusting clamping mechanisms (3) are arranged on the turntable mechanism (2), and the two adjusting clamping mechanisms (3) are arranged in a central symmetry mode;
a storage cabinet is arranged at the lower end of the operating platform (1), a mounting rod is rotatably arranged at one corner of the upper end of the operating platform (1), a control box (7) with a screen is slidably arranged on the mounting rod, the fourth side of the operating platform (1) is an operating side, and a plurality of adjusting foot cups are arranged at four corners of the lower end of the operating platform (1);
the turntable mechanism (2) comprises a turntable motor (8), a cam divider (9) and a turntable (10), the turntable motor (8) is fixed inside the operating platform (1), the turntable motor (8) is located inside the storage cabinet, the cam divider (9) is fixed at the upper end of the operating platform (1), an output shaft of the turntable motor (8) is in transmission connection with an input end of the cam divider (9), and the turntable (10) is fixed at an output end of the cam divider (9);
the adjusting and clamping mechanism (3) comprises an adjusting electric screw rod (11), the adjusting electric screw rod (11) is fixed at the upper end of a rotary table (10), an adjusting mounting plate (12) is arranged on the adjusting electric screw rod (11), rotary bases are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the adjusting mounting plate (12), an adjusting electric clamping jaw (13) and a rotary electric clamping jaw (15) are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two rotary bases in a rotating mode, a water distributor main pipe (14) is clamped between the adjusting electric clamping jaw (13) and the rotary electric clamping jaw (15), an adjusting motor (17) is fixed on the outer side of the rotary base provided with the rotary electric clamping jaw (15), a belt pulley pair (16) is arranged between an output shaft of the adjusting motor (17) and a rotating shaft of the rotary electric clamping jaw (15), two symmetrical sliding groove holes (18) are formed in the adjusting mounting plate (12), and an adjusting half-tooth screw rod is arranged between the rotary base provided with the adjusting electric clamping jaw (13) and the sliding groove hole (18);
the material taking assembly (5) comprises an L-shaped frame (25), the L-shaped frame (25) is fixed at the upper end of the operating platform (1), a sliding rail (26) and an electric push rod (27) are fixed on the side face of the upper end of the L-shaped frame (25), a material taking lifting push rod (28) is arranged on the sliding rail (26) in a sliding mode, the telescopic end of the electric push rod (27) is fixedly connected with the material taking lifting push rod (28), and a material taking rotating clamping jaw (29) is arranged at the extending end of the material taking lifting push rod (28);
the feeding mechanism (4) comprises a lifting base (19) and a mounting frame (24), a discharger (20) is arranged at the upper end of the lifting base (19), a discharging rotary box (21) is arranged at the upper end of the discharger (20), the mounting frame (24) is fixed at the upper end of the operating platform (1), a vibrator (23) is fixed at the upper end of the mounting frame (24), a material guide rail (22) is arranged on the vibrator (23) and the mounting frame (24), one end of the material guide rail (22) is connected to a discharging port of the discharging rotary box (21), the other end of the material guide rail (22) is located on the lower side of the material taking assembly (5), and a plurality of adjusting foot cups are arranged at the lower end of the lifting base (19);
the material clamping assembly (6) comprises a T-shaped frame (30), the T-shaped frame (30) is fixed at the upper end of the operating platform (1), a material clamping electric screw rod (31) is arranged on the side surface of the upper end of the T-shaped frame (30), a movable material clamping lifting push rod (32) is arranged on the material clamping electric screw rod (31), and a material clamping rotating clamping jaw (33) is arranged at the end part of the extending end of the material clamping lifting push rod (32);
the discharging disc mechanism (34) comprises an adjusting base (35), a discharging electric screw rod (36) is arranged at the upper end of the adjusting base (35), a plurality of movable placing plates (37) are arranged on the discharging electric screw rod (36), and the discharging discs (38) are placed at the upper ends of the placing plates (37).
2. The assembly process of the water separator assembler according to claim 1, wherein the assembly steps are as follows:
step one, setting working position and time information of each mechanism and each component through a screen control box (7) according to specifications of different water distributor main pipes (14);
step two, wrapping the screw rod end of each joint or valve body of the main pipe (14) of the water separator with a waterproof adhesive tape, and then respectively placing the waterproof adhesive tape on the two discharging rotary boxes (21) and the material placing disc (38);
placing the cart in which the main water distributor pipe (14) is placed and the finished product cart on the operation side, standing an operator on the operation side, and respectively positioning the cart in which the main water distributor pipe (14) is arranged and the finished product cart on two sides of the operator;
taking the main pipe (14) of the water distributor to be assembled off the cart by an operator, respectively placing the main pipe between an adjusting electric clamping jaw (13) and a rotating electric clamping jaw (15) of the two adjusting clamping mechanisms (3), and controlling the adjusting electric clamping jaw (13) and the rotating electric clamping jaw (15) through the control box (7) with a screen to clamp the main pipe (14) of the water distributor;
step five, adjusting an installation screw of a water distributor main pipe (14) to be below a material taking rotating clamping jaw (29) or a material clamping rotating clamping jaw (33) through the matching of an adjusting electric screw rod (11) and a turntable motor (8);
step six, the discharging device (20) drives a joint or a valve body inside the discharging rotary box (21) to output, the vibrator (23) drives the guide rail (22) to vibrate, and the joint or the valve body is located at the tail end of the guide rail (22);
seventhly, the extending end of the lifting push rod (28) drives the material taking rotating clamping jaw (29) to move downwards to clamp a joint or a valve body at the tail end of the guide rail (22), the material taking rotating clamping jaw (29) is driven by the electric push rod (27) to move to the position above an installation screw port of the water distributor main pipe (14), and the material taking rotating clamping jaw (29) drives the joint or the valve body to be screwed into the installation screw port or other joints or valve bodies of the water distributor main pipe (14); the clamping electric screw rod (31) drives the clamping lifting push rod (32) to move backwards, so that the clamping rotating clamping jaws (33) clamp the joint or the valve body placed on the material discharge disc (38), then the clamping lifting push rod (32) is driven to move forwards through the clamping electric screw rod (31), the clamping rotating clamping jaws (33) are driven to move to the position above the installation screw port of the water distributor main pipe (14), and the clamping rotating clamping jaws (33) drive the joint or the valve body to be screwed into the installation screw port or other joints or valve bodies of the water distributor main pipe (14);
step eight, the adjusting motor (17) drives the rotary electric clamping jaw (15) to rotate through the belt pulley pair (16), so that the installation screw to be installed on the other surface of the water distributor main pipe (14) is switched;
step nine, the turntable mechanism (2) drives the main pipe (14) of the water separator to move to different stations in sequence, and automatic installation is carried out;
step ten, an operator controls and adjusts the electric clamping jaw (13) through the screen control box (7) and rotates the electric clamping jaw (15) to loosen the main pipe (14) of the water distributor provided with each joint or valve body, and the operator takes down the main pipe (14) of the water distributor provided with the water distributor and places the main pipe on a finished product cart.
