At present, cotton seed delinting mainly comprises two methods of chemical delinting and mechanical delinting, wherein the chemical delinting is to make residual velvet on the surfaces of hair seeds carbonized and crisp by strong acid such as nucleic acid to fall off, the production rate is high, the delinting quality is good, but the cotton linter is a cellulose raw material with high use value and is also an important raw material for military industry and light chemical industry, the cotton linter after chemical delinting cannot be reused, cotton seeds can be influenced to a certain extent, the investment is large, and the method is not friendly to the environment; the mechanical delinting is to forcibly grind the residual fluff on the surfaces of the hair seeds by adopting a physical method, and mainly comprises a friction type delinting machine and a sawtooth delinting machine, wherein the friction type delinting machine adopts a plurality of rollers which are arranged side by side and are densely distributed with bristles on the surfaces to rotate, the friction between the rollers is utilized for delinting, and a negative pressure adsorption structure is arranged on the outer side of a screen mesh for short fiber adsorption; however, short fibers cannot be discharged in time in the friction delinting process of the traditional friction delinting machine, so that the problem of poor flowability of the wool cotton seeds is easily caused, and the short fibers can be adhered to the bristles, so that the friction force acting on the wool cotton seeds is large, the heat is generated more, the heat dissipation is poor, the cotton seeds are scalded, and the breakage rate is high.
