When the oven is used, under the action of the internal pressure of the oven container 101, the gas in the oven container 101 enters the steam channel bent pipe 204 and then enters the steam radiating pipe 203 from the steam channel bent pipe 204, part of heat of the gas is transmitted to the radiating aluminum profile 202 from the steam radiating pipe 203, and the fan 206 blows cold air into the radiating aluminum profile 202 to cool; then, the cold air and the hot air are mixed in the steam outlet connection member 201 and finally ejected from the air ejection member 102. So it is at first through wall pipe formula cold air cooling, this one-level cooling is more gentle, again through cold and hot gas mixture cooling, after such two-stage cooling, the hot gas temperature that comes out in from oven container 101 just can drop rapidly, controls the blowout temperature at the within range of safety at last.

Further, the steam path bending device further comprises a supporting piece 208, a cam 209 and a stepping motor 2010 which are matched with the steam path bending pipe 204, wherein the supporting piece 208 and the cam 209 are respectively positioned at two corresponding sides of the steam path bending pipe 204, and the cam 209 is arranged on the stepping motor 2010; the cross-sectional size of the internal bore is changed by the cam 209 squeezing the steam path elbow 204 to deform.

When the steam oven has two functions of steaming and baking, the requirements on the internal pressure are different, if the steam oven is used for steaming, more steam and higher internal pressure are required, so that the steam is easier to permeate into food materials, and a better steaming effect can be achieved; when the food is roasted, moisture on the food materials needs to be taken away quickly, only high temperature is needed, but internal pressure does not need to be increased.
Therefore, when in use, the cross section of the inner hole of the steam channel elbow 204 is set according to different steaming and baking functions. During baking, the cam 209 is rotated to the initial position by the stepping motor 2010, and the inner hole of the bent steam path pipe 204 is not squeezed, so that air in the bent steam path pipe 204 circulates most smoothly. During steaming, the stepping motor 2010 drives the rotating cam 209 to extrude the steam channel elbow 204 to reduce the cross section of the inner hole of the steam channel elbow 204, so that air circulation in the steam channel elbow 204 is blocked, and the purpose of increasing the internal pressure of the oven container 101 is achieved.
