Abstract

Background
The traditional cigarette releases nicotine and aroma components in tobacco in a combustion mode, so that the requirements of consumers are met. The heating cigarette is to heat the tobacco product to the atomization temperature by an external heat source, so as to achieve the effect of generating smoke. And the heating temperature is lower than the combustion temperature of the tobacco, so that a large amount of harmful substances generated by the combustion of the cigarettes can be obviously reduced, and the harm of second-hand smoke to non-smoking people is reduced. Because the heating temperature of the heated cigarette is lower than the burning temperature, compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco aroma components of the heated cigarette are difficult to completely release, and the smoke quantity is insufficient, so that the cigarette is difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers. Preferably, the piston 6 is reciprocally moved in a horizontal direction within its movement channel, the movement channel of the piston 6 and the channel section variable section 9-1 being at least partially coincident. The variable passage section 9-1 has a larger cross section than the rest of the main gas flow passage 9 when the piston 6 is in the initial position away from the main gas flow passage 9.

When a part of the piston 6 moves inside the passage section variable section 9-1, the section of the passage section variable section 9-1 is smaller than the section of the other part of the main gas flow passage 9.
Preferably, the smoking set further comprises a control module 11 which controls the movement of the piston 6.
Preferably, the center line of the movement channel of the piston 6 and the center line of the smoke outlet 3-1 coincide. I.e. the piston 6 and the heating chamber are distributed at the same level on both sides of the main gas flow channel 9.

(6) The motor 7 controls the piston 6 to move away from the passage section variable section 9-1, and at this time, the section of the passage section variable section 9-1 becomes large, and positive pressure is formed here according to venturi effect, so that the first one-way control valve 5 is closed, and the heating chamber is sealed again.
The technical proposal can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

The sealing sleeve 4 is located at the outer side of the heating cavity 3 and is used for sealing the tobacco section 14, and the sealing sleeve 4 is in buckling connection with the shell 2. The periphery of the heating cavity 3 is sealed, and only a smoke outlet 3-1 is arranged.
The main gas flow passage 9 has a passage section variable section 9-1.
The suction nozzle 1 is positioned above the smoking set and is tightly connected with the main airflow channel 9;
the heating cavity 3 is positioned at one side of the main airflow channel 9 with the variable cross section 9-1, is in a hollow cylindrical structure, and is used for placing the tobacco segment 14 therein for heating and generating smoke;
the output end of the heating cavity 3 is connected with the input end of the control module 11. I.e. the pins of the heating cavity 3 are connected with the control module, and the heating process of the heating cavity 3 is controlled by the control module 11.
The air flow out direction of the heating cavity 3 is vertically connected with the air flow out direction of the channel section variable section 9-1, and a first one-way control valve 5 is arranged at the joint of the air flow out direction of the heating cavity 3 and the air flow out direction of the channel section variable section 9-1.
The first unidirectional control valve 5 has a unidirectional opening and closing function, and can only be opened in a direction away from the sealing sleeve 4;
the piston 6 is located on the other side of the channel section variable section 9-1 and can reciprocate in the horizontal direction in the movement channel thereof, and the movement channel of the piston 6 and the channel section variable section 9-1 are at least partially overlapped.
The passage section variable section 9-1 is thus changed into a structure having an adjustable section by the reciprocating movement of the piston 6 such that the section of the passage section variable section 9-1 is larger or smaller than the section of the other portion of the main gas flow passage 9, creating a different venturi effect.
The center line of the piston 6 movement channel coincides with the center line of the smoke outlet 3-1 of the heating cavity 3,
The motor 7 is located below the piston 6 and is connected to the control module 11.
The air pressure sensor 8 is connected with the control module 11;
The air pressure sensor 8 is disposed in the main air flow channel 9, and is capable of sensing air pressure variation in the main air flow channel 9 and transmitting an air pressure variation signal to the control module 11, and the control module 11 controls the movement distance or frequency of the piston 6 by controlling the rotation of the motor 7 according to the air pressure variation signal.
The second one-way control valve 10 is located at the upstream end portion of the main air flow passage 9, and the second one-way control valve 10 has a one-way opening and closing function that can only be opened in a direction approaching the suction nozzle 1.
The tobacco segments 14 may be portions of tobacco cut from a cigarette or may be individual segments of tobacco.
Example 2
The method of using the smoking set of example 1 is as follows:

(1) Putting a tobacco section into the heating cavity, starting a smoking set, and sucking by a user through the suction nozzle 1 after preheating is finished;

(5) When the single-port suction is completed, the air pressure sensor 8 senses the air pressure change in the main air flow channel 9 again, generates a signal and transmits the signal to the control module 11, and the control module 11 controls the motor 7 to rotate;
(6) The motor 7 controls the piston 6 to move away from the passage section variable section 9-1, and at this time, the section of the passage section variable section 9-1 becomes larger, and when the section is larger than the section of the other part of the main air flow passage 9, positive pressure is formed here according to venturi effect, so that the first one-way control valve 5 is closed, the heating chamber is sealed again, and the second one-way control valve 10 is also closed because the air pressure in the main air flow passage 9 is no longer larger than the atmospheric pressure.
