Abstract
An automatic cleaning control system comprises at least one electrostatic oil fume purifier, a fan, an inductor and a spraying device, wherein the spraying device is provided with a plurality of nozzles; the spraying device electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the spraying device; the clear water electromagnetic valve is used for controlling a clear water source for providing clear water for the spraying device; a medicine pump electromagnetic valve for controlling the medicine pump for providing medicine liquid for the spraying device; and the CPU is used for controlling the fan, the electrostatic oil fume purifier, the spraying device electromagnetic valve, the clear water electromagnetic valve and the medicine pump electromagnetic valve and receiving a fire signal sent by the inductor in the electrostatic oil fume purifier. The CPU controls the fan, the oil fume purifier, the electromagnetic valve of the spraying device, the clean water electromagnetic valve and the electromagnetic valve of the medicine pump, realizes the cleaning of the electrostatic oil fume purifier, is convenient to maintain, does not need high-altitude disassembly, cleaning and maintenance, has high purification efficiency, and can effectively prevent the influence on the environment and the potential safety hazard possibly generated to the human body in the cleaning process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrostatic oil fume purifiers, in particular to an automatic cleaning control system.
Background
In the prior art, the electrostatic oil fume purifier adopts high-voltage electrostatic adsorption, so that oil stains in an electric field of the electrostatic oil fume purifier need to be cleaned and maintained regularly on a filter screen and adsorbed to an ionizer and a collector, and the use and purification efficiency of the later-stage electrostatic oil fume purifier are influenced. However, since many electrostatic oil fume purifiers are generally installed at high altitude, all the oil fume purifier parts need to be taken out for cleaning and maintenance, which brings great inconvenience and safety risk. Some enterprises produce improved soot cleaning equipment, but the solution is not ideal.
Accordingly, the prior art is subject to improvements and enhancements.

and the CPU is used for controlling the fan, the electrostatic oil fume purifier, the spraying device electromagnetic valve, the clear water electromagnetic valve and the medicine pump electromagnetic valve and receiving a fire signal sent by the inductor in the electrostatic oil fume purifier.
As a further proposal of the invention, the device also comprises a time controller which is used for sending time signals to the electromagnetic valve of the spraying device, the electromagnetic valve of the clear water and the electromagnetic valve of the medicine pump and is controlled by the CPU.

s6, closing the electromagnetic valve of the medicine pump and starting the electromagnetic valve of the clear water;
s7, supplying water to the spraying device by a clear water source, spraying clear water by a nozzle of the spraying device for washing the electrostatic field, and finishing the washing, wherein the water spraying time is adjustable;
and S8, repeating the steps, and cleaning the next electrostatic oil fume purifier, wherein the number of the electrostatic oil fume purifiers can be selected.
As a further scheme of the invention, the method also comprises S0, and the CPU controls the time controller to send time signals to the electromagnetic valve of the spraying device, the electromagnetic valve of the clear water and the electromagnetic valve of the medicine pump.
As a further scheme of the invention, when the fan and the electrostatic oil fume purifier work, a smoke hood, a pipeline or equipment of the electrostatic oil fume purifier generates fire, an inductor of the electrostatic oil fume purifier sends a fire signal to the CPU, the CPU closes the fan and the electrostatic oil fume purifier, and simultaneously starts the clear water electromagnetic valve and the spraying device electromagnetic valve, a clear water source supplies water for the spraying device, and a nozzle of the spraying device sprays clear water, so that the aim of fire prevention is fulfilled.

As a further scheme of the invention, after the cleaning program is ended, the CPU starts the fan and the electrostatic oil fume purifier in sequence.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the CPU controls the fan, the oil fume purifier, the spraying device electromagnetic valve, the clear water electromagnetic valve and the medicine pump electromagnetic valve, so that the electrostatic oil fume purifier is cleaned, the electrostatic oil fume purifier is convenient to maintain, the cleaning and the maintenance are not required to be disassembled at high altitude, the purification efficiency is high, and meanwhile, the potential safety hazard which is possibly generated to the human body and the environmental influence in the cleaning process can be effectively prevented.

The control mode of the automatic cleaning control system comprises the following steps:
s1, before cleaning, the CPU turns off the fan and the electrostatic oil smoke purifier;

When the fan and the electrostatic oil fume purifier work, a smoke hood, a pipeline or equipment of the electrostatic oil fume purifier generates fire, an inductor of the electrostatic oil fume purifier sends a fire signal to the CPU, the CPU closes the fan and the electrostatic oil fume purifier, the clear water electromagnetic valve and the spraying device electromagnetic valve are started simultaneously, a clear water source supplies water for the spraying device, and a nozzle of the spraying device sprays clear water to achieve the purpose of fire prevention.
When the fan or the electrostatic oil fume cleaner is turned on by mistake, the washing process is terminated.
After the cleaning program is ended, the CPU starts the fan and the electrostatic oil fume purifier in sequence to air-dry the residual water vapor in the electrostatic oil fume purifier so as to ensure that the electrostatic equipment works normally.
