Abstract
提供了一种突变的羟基苯丙酮酸双加氧酶多肽、其编码基因及用途,所述突变的羟基苯丙酮酸双加氧酶多肽保留催化对羟基苯丙酮酸转化为尿黑酸或尿黑酸盐的活性,且对HPPD抑制剂除草剂的敏感性低于原始的未突变HPPD,其在对应于SEQ ID NO:1所示氨基酸序列的372位点上包含如下突变:F372A、F372G、F372V、F372P、F372S、F372T、F372C、F372M、F372Q、F372D或F372缺失。所述突变体可以赋予植物对HPPD抑制剂除草剂表现出较高的耐受性,可用于培育耐受HPPD抑制剂除草剂的植物。
