To facilitate an understanding of the above embodiments and their preferred versions, the following examples are provided herein for implementation references:
the first stage is as follows: because the engine oil mixed solution contains fuel oil, in order to consider the safety of the drying test, firstly, the fuel oil in the engine oil mixed solution is heated and volatilized for the first time, for example, the first heating temperature is set to be 80 ℃ (the first heating temperature can be lower than the boiling point of water, and only the fuel oil needs to be volatilized, so the first heating temperature is preferably considered to be more than or equal to 80 ℃ and less than 100 ℃), and the heating is carried out according to the first drying time, the specific first drying time is determined according to the capacity of the engine oil mixed solution and the content of the fuel oil component contained in the engine oil mixed solution, and the specific execution standard can refer to the following table (the drying time comparison table of the engine oil mixed solution at 80 ℃);
and a second stage: because the engine oil mixed solution contains a large amount of moisture, the drying in this round mainly heats and volatilizes the moisture, so the second heating temperature can be set to 100 ℃ (only the moisture is volatilized in this stage, and therefore the range of the second heating temperature is preferably considered to be greater than or equal to 100 ℃ and less than 120 ℃), and the heating is carried out according to the second drying time, the specific second drying time can be mainly determined according to the capacity of the engine oil mixed solution, and the specific execution standard can refer to the following table (the 100 ℃ drying time comparison table of the engine oil mixed solution);
and a third stage: the purpose of the round of drying is to thoroughly dry the engine oil mixed solution, a third heating temperature and a third drying time can be set, and specifically, considering that the engine oil is accelerated to age when the temperature exceeds 150 ℃, the drying operation can be performed at 120 ℃ (correspondingly, the third heating temperature is preferably in a range of more than or equal to 120 ℃ and less than 150 ℃); here, the third drying time may be determined according to the volume of the oil mixture, or may be determined without considering the volume of the oil mixture, such as, but not limited to, drying thoroughly in 40 hours at once.
It should be noted that the sequence of the three drying stages cannot be changed, that is, the three drying operations must be performed in sequence according to the sequence of the heating temperature from low to high. Furthermore, in the three-wheel drying operation process, the state of the engine oil mixed liquid during drying can be judged in a visual detection mode, whether stirring operation is performed in the drying process or not is determined, and if stirring is required, the stirring tool needs to be used for drying with the engine oil mixed liquid synchronously.
And finally, after the drying operation is finished, the drying effect can be detected in a visual and/or weighing mode. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) after the three-stage drying operation is finished, acquiring an image of the dried engine oil solution by adopting an image acquisition mode, judging whether water deposit and oil-water layering conditions exist in the engine oil solution or not based on the image of the engine oil solution, and outputting a drying qualified conclusion if the water deposit and the oil-water layering conditions do not exist in the engine oil solution; if so, the drying operation is repeated according to the three stages.
(2) After the three-stage drying operation is completed, the engine oil solution can be weighed by using an electronic scale and recorded as a first weight; then, only the third heating temperature is adopted and the drying is carried out according to the preset fourth time, for example, the drying is continued for 2 hours at 120 ℃, then the weighing is carried out again, and the second weight is recorded; and comparing the first weight with the second weight, outputting a drying qualification conclusion if the binary difference is less than or equal to a preset change rate, and repeating the drying operation according to the three stages if the binary difference is greater than the change rate. Specifically, if the change rate is set to 0.1g/h, the difference between the two values can be obtained according to the following formula: (first weight-second weight)/fourth time in g/h.
In summary, the design concept of the present invention is that three drying cycles are performed according to different drying actions and the preset heating temperature is changed from low to high, and the corresponding drying time is set in each drying cycle mainly according to the volume of the engine oil mixed liquid, so as to heat and volatilize the doped fuel oil and water in stages, and thoroughly dry the engine oil mixed liquid; after the three-wheel drying operation, the drying effect of the dried engine oil solution is verified and tested by combining a visual detection mechanism and/or a weighing detection mechanism, and a drying qualified conclusion is output or the three-wheel drying operation is executed again. The invention provides the operation flow specification aiming at the drying treatment of the engine oil mixed liquid, provides the corresponding parameter setting, and can effectively improve the lubricating effect of the engine while making up the gap of the field for the drying operation of the engine oil mixed liquid of the engine.
