2) de-enzyming: mixing collagen peptide powder and distilled water before de-enzyming fresh leaves, putting into a sprayer, uniformly spraying on the fresh leaves, standing for 20min, and de-enzyming the fresh leaves in a de-enzyming machine to obtain de-enzymed leaves;
3) rolling: rolling the enzyme-removed leaves with a rolling machine under light pressure for 7min, then under heavy pressure for 12min, and finally under light pressure for 6min until the juice overflows and does not drop;
4) and (3) drying: and (2) putting the rolled tea leaves into a dryer or a frying pan for drying, wherein the drying process is carried out twice, the first section is carried out at the gross fire temperature of 115 ℃ for 11min, the water content of the tea leaves is reduced to 20%, the second section is carried out at the full fire temperature of 105 ℃ for 18min, the water content of the tea leaves is reduced to 5%, the tea leaves dried by the gross fire of the first section are spread for cooling for 50min, and then the second section is carried out at the full fire for drying, so that finished tea is obtained.
Example 4
Antioxidant experiment: the removal rate of free radicals of the collagen ecological green tea processed in example 1 was measured by DPPH method.
Accurately weighing 2.5mg of DPPH, dissolving with methanol, fixing the volume in a 100mL volumetric flask, preparing a DPPH standard solution with the mass concentration of 0.025mg/mL, and storing at 0-4 ℃ in a dark place for later use; taking properly diluted collagen ecological green tea soup and common green tea soup without collagen, respectively taking 2mL of solution to be detected and 2mL of DPPH standard solution, uniformly mixing, reacting for 30min under dark condition, measuring absorbance at 517nm, parallelly measuring for 3 times, and calculating the clearance rate by formula (1). A calibration curve was prepared by preparing DPPH dilutions having a concentration gradient of 0.005, 0.010, 0.015, 0.020, 0.025, or 0.030 mg/mL.
The linear regression equation y =20.67x-0.0201 (R) was obtained from the standard curve2=0.999), calculating the DPPH concentration in the solution to be detected after the reaction, and calculating the DPPH radical clearance rate in the sample to be detected according to the formula C = (1-a1/a0) × 100% (in the formula, a0 is the absorbance of the DPPH of the blank solution at 517nm, and a1 is the absorbance of the DPPH in the sample to be detected at 517 nm).
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, the average DPPH clearance of the collagen ecological green tea is as high as 93.37%, which is much higher than the average DPPH clearance of ordinary green tea, so that the antioxidant capacity of the collagen ecological green tea is stronger, and the combination of collagen and green tea has the synergistic effect of enhancing the antioxidant capacity.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
