Claims (6)
1. The high-concentration safe environment-friendly long-acting disinfectant is characterized by comprising 0.1-0.3 part of Arabic gum, 0.2-0.4 part of star crystal zinc salt, 0.5-0.7 part of sodium silicate and 98.6-99.2 parts of deionized water.
2. The highly concentrated safe and environmentally friendly disinfectant liquid according to claim 1, wherein: the disinfectant consists of 0.2 part of Arabic gum, 0.3 part of star-shaped crystal zinc salt and 0.7 part of sodium silicate and 98.8 parts of deionized water.
3. The highly concentrated safe and environmentally friendly long-acting disinfectant as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the star-shaped crystal zinc salt is prepared by mixing one or more of zinc oxide star-shaped needle whisker crystal, zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate star-shaped needle whisker crystal and zinc citrate star-shaped needle whisker crystal.
4. The highly concentrated safe and environmentally friendly disinfectant liquid as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the particle size of the star-shaped crystal zinc salt is 0.1-0.5 μm.
5. A preparation method of a high-concentration safe environment-friendly long-acting disinfectant is characterized in that the preparation method of the star-shaped crystal zinc salt comprises the following steps:
(1) dispersing and emulsifying star-shaped crystal zinc salt, Arabic gum and sodium silicate in a reaction kettle by adopting ultrasonic waves to obtain a solution A;
(2) and fully and uniformly stirring the solution A and the deionized water in a vacuum planetary stirrer under a heating condition, and performing secondary dispersion and emulsification by using ultrasonic waves to uniformly dissolve and disperse the star-shaped crystal zinc salt into the deionized water, wherein the star-shaped crystal zinc salt is used for fully combining the star-shaped crystal zinc salt with water molecules to obtain the high-concentration disinfectant.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the conditions in step (1) are as follows: the temperature is 40-60 ℃, the ultrasonic power is 3000W, and the frequency is 20 KHz; the conditions in the step (2) are as follows: the temperature is 90-100 ℃, the ultrasonic power is 3000W, and the frequency is 20 KHz; the vacuum degree is 15-20Kpa, and the stirring speed is 200-300 r/min.
