Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oily sludge treatment, and particularly relates to a screening and hot washing combined pretreatment method and device for oily sludge.
Background
The oil-containing sludge is mainly obtained from the processes of petroleum exploration, exploitation and refining. The prior art often uses a pyrolytic desorption process to treat oily sludge. For oily sludge with high oil content and/or liquid content, a hot washing process is usually adopted, and crushing and/or screening impurity removal steps are required before hot washing, for example, a desorption treatment method and a device thereof disclosed in Chinese patent document CN 108795464A, wherein the desorption treatment method comprises five steps of crushing, hot washing, thermal desorption, oil gas treatment and ash residue treatment, and a stirring shaft is arranged for stirring during hot washing. Further, as disclosed in chinese patent document CN 110606633 a, a method and a system for recycling and reducing oily sludge are disclosed, in which a screening and impurity removing step is added between crushing and hot washing. In the prior art, the steps of screening and hot washing are generally carried out in sequence.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a screening and hot washing combined pretreatment method and a device for oily sludge, which can simultaneously complete screening and hot washing steps, are not easy to block sieve pores and are beneficial to improving the hot washing effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the oily sludge screening and hot washing combined pretreatment method comprises the steps that material screening is carried out in a hot washing cavity, a spiral conveyor is arranged in the hot washing cavity, a screen hole is formed in the shell of the spiral conveyor, so that hot washing liquid in the hot washing cavity can enter the interior of the shell of the spiral conveyor through the screen hole, and a feeding end and a discharging end are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell of the spiral conveyor; the inner wall of the shell of the screw conveyer is regularly rolled and scraped while the helical blades of the screw conveyer push the oily sludge to move forward, the oily sludge is dissolved in hot washing liquid and enters a hot washing cavity along with oily sewage through sieve pores, and insoluble materials are led out from the discharge end of the shell of the screw conveyer.
The application combines screening into a hot washing process, and saves space and time. Compared with the intermittent centralized treatment mode of the oily sludge, the flowing type sequential treatment mode ensures that each part of the oily sludge can be fully rolled and dissolved, and insoluble materials mixed in the oily sludge continuously stir the oily sludge, so the hot washing effect is relatively good. On the other hand, the oil sludge has viscosity, so that under the combined action of insoluble materials with proper particle size, sieve pores are easy to be blocked. Along with the rotation of the spiral blade, the top end of the spiral blade regularly rolls and scrapes the inner wall of the shell of the spiral conveyor, so that insoluble materials cannot block the sieve pores.
As an improvement, the spiral blade of the spiral conveyor is 0-10mm away from the inner wall of the shell of the spiral conveyor.
As a modification, the screw conveyor shell is driven by a shell driving motor, so that the screw conveyor shell can rotate. After the screw conveyer shell rotates, the sieve pores are continuously circulated from a low position to a high position and repeatedly washed by hot washing liquid, so that the sieve pores are dredged and prevented from being blocked.
As a further improvement, the rotating direction of the shell of the screw conveyer is opposite to the rotating direction of the helical blades in the screw conveyer, so that the rolling effect on the oily sludge on the inner wall of the shell of the screw conveyer is improved.
As an improvement, the liquid level of the hot washing liquid is higher than the bottom of the shell of the screw conveyer, and the hot washing liquid can be soaked in all oily sludge.
As a further improvement, the oily sludge is pre-screened below the feed end of the screw conveyor housing. One of the functions of pre-screening is to prevent large volumes of insoluble material from entering the screw conveyor.
As a further improvement, the pre-screening adopts a rotary extrusion feeding part, the oily sludge is extruded into the interior of the shell of the screw conveyer, and large-particle materials with the particle size larger than a limited particle size are discharged out of the shell of the screw conveyer. The rotary extrusion feeding guarantees the particle size of materials in the screw conveyor on the one hand, and most importantly, the solid oily sludge is extruded into the screw conveyor in an extrusion mode, and the extrusion action is favorable for dispersing the materials and improving the hot washing effect.

The rotatory grid plays the effect of cutting particulate matter, and when oiliness mud fell in the grid bottom, the grid bottom was implemented with rotatory feeding chamber bottom and is rolled the material, extrudes the material between the grid simultaneously.
As a further improvement, the rotary extrusion feeding part is provided with an extrusion screw, and the extrusion screw realizes the auxiliary extrusion of the oily sludge.
As another improvement, the spiral blade is fixed on the spiral conveying shaft, and the hot washing liquid is sprayed to the material through a hot washing liquid channel arranged in the spiral conveying shaft. The internal injection is not only beneficial to dispersing materials, but also beneficial to reducing the adhesion of viscous oil sludge to the helical blade.
As a modification, the hot washing liquid is heated by a heating coil.
The application also provides a device adopting the pretreatment method.
The oily sludge screening and hot washing combined pretreatment device comprises a hot washing cavity, wherein a spiral conveyor is arranged in the hot washing cavity, a spiral conveyor shell is provided with sieve pores, so that hot washing liquid in the hot washing cavity can enter the interior of the spiral conveyor shell through the sieve pores, and the two ends of the spiral conveyor shell are respectively provided with a feeding end and a discharging end; the inner wall of the shell of the screw conveyer is rolled and scraped while the helical blades of the screw conveyer push the oily sludge to move forward, the oily sludge is dissolved in hot washing liquid and enters a hot washing cavity along with oily sewage through sieve holes, and insoluble materials are led out from the discharge end of the shell of the screw conveyer.
As a refinement, the screw conveyor housing and the screw blade are driven by different motors.
As a modification, a pre-screening component is arranged below the feeding end of the shell of the spiral conveyer.
As a further improvement, the pre-screening component is a rotary extrusion feeding component.
As a further improvement, the rotary extrusion feeding part is a part of the shell of the screw conveyor, a grid is arranged on the rotary extrusion feeding part, a rotary feeding cavity is arranged outside the rotary extrusion feeding part, a large material outlet is arranged on the rotary feeding cavity, and the rotation of the rotary extrusion feeding part enables the oily sludge to realize extrusion feeding between the inner wall of the rotary feeding cavity and the outer wall of the rotary extrusion feeding part.
As an improvement, an extrusion screw is arranged on the rotary extrusion feeding part, and the extrusion screw realizes the auxiliary extrusion of the oily sludge.
As a further improvement, the spiral blade is fixed on the spiral conveying shaft, and the hot washing liquid is sprayed to the material through a hot washing liquid channel arranged in the spiral conveying shaft.
In conclusion, the spiral conveyor is combined with the hot washing process, so that the effects of saving space and improving the hot washing effect are achieved, the edges of the spiral blades regularly roll and scrape the inner wall of the shell of the spiral conveyor, the problem that materials block sieve holes is solved, the two working procedures are organically integrated, the stirring of insoluble materials is beneficial to improving the hot washing effect of oily sludge, and the insoluble materials after the hot washing are beneficial to screening due to smaller viscosity.
