Description

Clothes treating device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a clothes treatment device.
Background
Laundry treatment devices such as washing machines, laundry dryers, clothes dryers and the like generally produce a large amount of lint after washing and drying processes.
When a large amount of lint enters the drying tunnel of the clothes treatment device, the lint may be accumulated at the heater, the fan and other parts, which may cause the air volume of the fan to decrease, reduce the drying speed of the clothes treatment device, and may cause the fan to be locked under severe conditions.
The existing clothes treating apparatus generally has a lifting space in the aspect of the treatment of the lint.

Optionally, the lint pickups comprise voids between the plurality of pickups arranged in rows. Fluid that flushes the lint captured by the lint trap can exit the lint trap through the gap and carry away the lint captured by the lint trap when exiting.
Optionally, the plurality of collection posts are cylindrical. Thus, the lint generated during the clothes treatment process can be captured better, and the captured lint is easily separated from the plurality of collecting pillars when washing.
Optionally, the garment treatment assembly comprises an outer tub, the lint collection element being located in the outer tub. The lint trap may help reduce, eliminate lint exiting the laundry processing assembly from the outer tub.
Optionally, the tub comprises an extension adjacent to the lint collection, and the drying tunnel assembly comprises a fan inlet section located in the extension. The lint collecting element may advantageously reduce or eliminate lint entering the drying tunnel assembly and the inlet of the fan from the tub.
Optionally, the outer tub comprises a main body and a protrusion at an edge of the main body, the extension extending from the protrusion. The fan inlet part may thus be mounted on the extension part of the outer tub from which the protrusion is extended outward at the rim of the main body part to receive the fluid after passing through the lint collecting element.
Optionally, the extension portion has a smaller dimension in the protrusion extending direction than the protrusion. Thus, it is possible to facilitate a rational utilization of the space of the laundry treating apparatus.
Optionally, the outer tub comprises a main body, and the lint collector comprises a collecting part combined with the main body. The collecting portion may facilitate collecting lint from the main body portion of the outer tub.
Optionally, the outer tub includes a protrusion at an edge of the body part, and the lint picker includes a coupling part coupled with the protrusion. The protrusions and the bonds may help secure and mount the lint pickers.
Optionally, the combining part is positioned at both sides of one side of the collecting part. The engaging portion may be advantageous in providing a better fixation and support of the collecting portion.
Optionally, the combining part comprises a clamping part clamped with the protrusion. The clamping of the clamping portion with the protrusion may contribute to convenience of the combination of the combining portion with the protrusion.
Optionally, the collecting part comprises an outer frame, and the plurality of collecting columns are surrounded by the outer frame. The external frame can help provide support and positioning for the plurality of collection posts.
Optionally, the drying tunnel assembly includes a fan inlet, the lint collection element being adjacent the fan inlet. The lint collection element may be beneficial in reducing or eliminating lint that enters the inlet portion of the fan.
Optionally, the lint collector comprises a plurality of rows of the plurality of collecting pillars and a connecting portion between each row of the plurality of collecting pillars. The plurality of rows of the plurality of collecting posts and the connecting portions may help to catch lint passing through the lint collecting element and facilitate washing.
Optionally, a water flow flushing part is arranged above the lint collecting part, the collecting columns are connected through a connecting part, and each collecting column comprises a connecting end connected with the connecting part and a free end extending vertically or obliquely downwards. When coming from the water washing of rivers washing piece during the batting collection piece, the water of washing can directly flow to the batting that a plurality of collection posts caught is gone down with the batting. And after the fluff wound on the upper parts of the collecting columns is wetted by water, the downward movement is accelerated under the action of gravity, and the downward thrust is applied to the fluff on the lower parts of the collecting columns, so that the removal of the fluff is further facilitated.
The subject matter of any independent claim above may be combined with any subject matter or combination of subject matter of any dependent claims as may be permitted under the circumstances of technology to form new claimed subject matter.
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same or similar reference numerals may be used to refer to the same or similar elements in different embodiments, and the description of the same or similar elements in different embodiments may be omitted.
