Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-3, an elevator sterilizing lamp is used for sterilizing the interior of an elevator, and comprises a lamp body 1, wherein the lamp body 1 comprises a mounting piece 11, the lamp body 1 is fixed on the inner side wall of the elevator through the mounting piece 11, the mounting piece 11 comprises a mounting groove 113, a first connecting plate 111 and a second connecting plate 112, the first connecting plate 111 and the second connecting plate 112 are vertically arranged, two ends of the mounting groove 113 are respectively connected with one ends of the first connecting plate 111 and the second connecting plate 112 in an inclined manner, two ends of the mounting piece 11 are provided with cooling fans 4, a cooling air channel 12 is formed between one side of the mounting piece 11 and the two cooling fans 4, and the wind directions of the cooling fans 4 at two ends of the mounting piece 11 are in the same direction; the mounting groove 113 is provided with an ultraviolet lamp 3 at a side far away from the radiating air duct 12; in this embodiment, the lamp body is fixedly installed at a right angle where the two inner side walls of the elevator are connected by the installation member 11.
In this embodiment, the first connecting plate 111 is provided with two or more first heat sinks 1111 extending away from the first connecting plate 111, the second connecting plate 112 is provided with two or more second heat sinks 1121 extending away from the second connecting plate 112, a gap is formed between the first heat sinks and two ends of the first connecting plate, and a gap is formed between the second heat sinks and two ends of the second connecting plate.
The ultraviolet lamp 3 includes a lamp bead 31, a substrate 32, and a third heat sink 33, the lamp bead 31 being mounted on one side of the substrate 32, the third heat sink 33 being mounted on the other side of the substrate 32; the ultraviolet lamp 3 is arranged on the mounting groove 113, the mounting groove 113 is internally provided with a through hole 1131 corresponding to the ultraviolet lamp 3, the lamp beads 31 are arranged on one side of the mounting piece 11 far away from the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the third heat dissipation fins 33 are arranged in the heat dissipation air duct 12.
The cooling fan 4 comprises a base 41 and a fan body 42, the base 41 is provided with a vent hole 43 for installing the fan body 42, and the cooling fan 4 is fixedly installed on the installation piece 11 through the base 41.
On the one hand, the third radiating fins 33 of the ultraviolet lamp 3 are arranged in the radiating air duct 12, two radiating fans 4 with the same wind direction are arranged at the two ends of the radiating air duct 12, the radiating fans 4 at the two ends work simultaneously, the air flow rate in the radiating air duct 12 is accelerated, and then the air rapidly takes away the heat on the third radiating fins 33 of the ultraviolet lamp 3; on the other hand, the heat generated by the ultraviolet lamp 3 is sequentially transferred to the mounting groove 113, and the mounting groove 113 transfers the heat to the first connecting plate 111 and the first radiating fin 1111 and the second connecting plate 112 and the second radiating fin 1121 on the two sides respectively, so that the radiating effect is good, the situation that the ultraviolet lamp 3 is damaged or fails due to the fact that the temperature is too high caused by poor radiation of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is prevented, and the service life of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is prolonged; and because the mounting groove of lamp body 1 and first connecting plate 111 and second connecting plate 112 slope setting, and first connecting plate 111 and second connecting plate 112 install perpendicularly on the elevator top surface, consequently, set up lamp body 1 in the right angle department of elevator inside wall, disinfect through the mode with ultraviolet lamp 3 direct irradiation at the elevator inner wall, because lamp body 1 presents the slope setting with the elevator top surface, the angle between is less than 180, when the luminous scope of lamp body 1 is around 120, can make the dead angle area that disinfects between the lamp body 1 both sides smaller, improve the bactericidal effect.
The ultraviolet lamp 3 further comprises a diffusion sheet 34; the mounting member 11 is provided with a diffusion sheet groove 114 for mounting the diffusion sheet 34 at a side of the mounting groove 113 away from the heat dissipation air duct 12, so that the diffusion sheet 34 can adjust the irradiation angle of the ultraviolet lamp 33, and the diffusion sheet 34 for ultraviolet rays can be conveniently mounted.
The avoidance through holes 1131 are correspondingly arranged corresponding to the lamp beads 31 of the ultraviolet lamp 3, the substrate 32 is arranged in one side of the mounting groove 113 close to the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the lamp beads 31 penetrate 1131 and are arranged on one side of the mounting groove 113 far away from the heat dissipation air duct 12; in this way, the substrate 32 and the third cooling fins 33 of the ultraviolet lamp 3 except the lamp beads 31 are positioned in the cooling air duct 12, so that the substrate 32 and the third cooling fins 33 can be air-cooled, and the heat dissipation effect is better.
The base 41 is provided with a fan housing 44 at one side of the fan body 42 away from the vent holes 43; the fan cover 44 is a through groove with openings at two ends, and the inner diameter of the fan cover 44 gradually increases from one end close to the ventilation hole 43 to one end far from the ventilation hole 43; the above arrangement, the inner diameter of the fan housing 44 gradually increases from the end close to the vent hole 43 to the end far away from the vent hole 43, so that the cooling fan 4 can better suck and discharge air into the cooling air duct 12, and the cooling effect is better.
In the present embodiment, there is a gap between two adjacent first heat sinks 1111, and the length of the first heat sink 1111 on the side far from the mounting groove 113 is longer than the length of the first heat sink 1111 on the side close to the mounting groove 113; a gap is formed between two adjacent second heat dissipation fins 1121, the length of the second heat dissipation fin 1121 at the side far away from the installation groove 113 is longer than the length of the second heat dissipation fin 1121 at the side close to the installation groove 113, and the length of the second heat dissipation fin 1121 at the side far away from the installation groove 113 is longer than the length of the first heat dissipation fin 1111 at the side close to the installation groove 113; in the above arrangement, the lengths of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 are arranged in a stepped manner in a direction away from the mounting groove 113, which facilitates air flow and increases heat dissipation speed; on the other hand, the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 do not block the light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 3, so that the sterilizing effect is not affected.
The first heat sink 1111 has a first fixing slot 1113 formed at one end near the heat dissipation air duct 12 for screw fixation, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the slot by screws; a second fixing slot 1123 for screw fixing is formed at one end of the second heat sink 1121 near the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the slot by screws; in the above arrangement, the base 41 can be fixedly connected with the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 by screws, respectively, so that the heat dissipation fan 4 can be easily fixed to the mounting member 11.
The first heat sink 1111 is provided with two or more grooves along the length direction of the first heat sink 1111; the second heat sink 1121 has two or more grooves along the length direction of the second heat sink 1121, so that the areas of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 can be increased, and the heat dissipation effect can be improved.
The first connecting plate 111 is further provided with a first installation part 1112, and the first installation part 1112 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; the second connecting plate 112 is also provided with a second mounting part 1122, and the second mounting part 1122 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; thus, the mounting piece 11 is convenient to fixedly mount on the inner wall 2 of the elevator, and the inner wall 2 of the elevator can be fixedly connected with the lamp body 1 through bolts.
The first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 are located at both sides of the ultraviolet lamp 3 and the top surfaces of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 near the ultraviolet lamp 3 are not higher than the top surface of the ultraviolet lamp 3.
The first connecting plate 111 is provided with first cooling fins 1111 extending outwards, and the first cooling fins 1111 are arranged perpendicular to the first connecting plate 111; the second connecting plate 112 is provided with second radiating fins 1121 extending outwards, and the second radiating fins 1121 are arranged perpendicular to the second connecting plate 112; in this way, the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 can contact more external air to enhance the heat dissipation effect, and in this embodiment, the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 extend away from the heat dissipation air duct, and in another embodiment, the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 may extend into the heat dissipation air duct.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, fig. 4 to 9 and fig. 14, this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the lamp body 1 further comprises a side lamp body 5, the side lamp body 5 is positioned at two sides of the ultraviolet lamp 3, the side lamp body 5 comprises a side ultraviolet lamp 51 and connecting seats 52 arranged at two ends of the side ultraviolet lamp 51, a clamping slot 411 is arranged on the base 41 and positioned on the first connecting plate 111 or the second connecting plate 112 corresponding to the connecting seats 52, electric connecting pieces 53 are respectively arranged on the connecting seats 52 and the clamping slots 411 correspondingly, and the electric connecting pieces 53 are electrically connected with the side ultraviolet lamp 51; the connecting seat 52 is provided with a hole site for fixing, and the base 41 is correspondingly provided with a hole site for fixing at one side of the clamping slot 411; the first connecting plate 111 is provided with more than one first radiating fin extending outwards on one side close to the radiating air duct 12, and the second connecting plate is provided with more than one second radiating fin extending outwards on one side close to the radiating air duct.
The arrangement is that the irradiation angle of the ultraviolet lamp is about 120 degrees between the ultraviolet lamp and the top surface of the elevator, and the elevator sterilizing lamp in the prior art is generally directly arranged at the top of the elevator, so that sterilizing dead angle areas are easy to appear at two sides of the ultraviolet lamp body, the sterilizing to the elevator is incomplete, and the dead angle areas exist; after the side lamp body 5 is arranged on the side of the lamp body 1, the elevator can be comprehensively sterilized, dead angle areas are eliminated, sterilization is more thorough, and hidden danger is eliminated.
The slot 411 includes a first fixing member 4111, a second fixing member 4112, a third fixing member 4113 and a fourth fixing member 4114; the first fixing member 4111, the second fixing member 4112, the third fixing member 4113 and the fourth fixing member 4114 surround the fixing cavity 4115; a notch is arranged on one side of the fixed cavity 4115; the second fixing member 4112 and the fourth fixing member 4114 are both located between the first fixing member 4111 and the third fixing member 4113; one end of the second fixing member 4112 and one end of the fourth fixing member 4114 are respectively connected with two ends of the first fixing member 4111; the other end of the second fixing member 4112 and the other end of the fourth fixing member 4114 are connected to both ends of the third fixing member 4113. The first fixing member 4111 and the third fixing member 4113 extend toward the center of the fixing cavity 4115 to form a supporting device 4116; the second fixing member 4112 is recessed with a snap-fit groove 4117 away from the fixing cavity 4115.

Example 3
1-2 and 10, an elevator sterilizing lamp is used for sucking air in an elevator into a heat dissipation air duct to perform sterilization and then outputting the sterilized air, and comprises a lamp body 1, wherein the lamp body 1 comprises a mounting piece 11, the lamp body 1 is fixed on the inner side wall of the elevator through the mounting piece 11, the mounting piece 11 comprises a mounting groove 113, a first connecting plate 111 and a second connecting plate 112, the first connecting plate 111 and the second connecting plate 112 are vertically arranged, two ends of the mounting groove 113 are respectively connected with one ends of the first connecting plate 111 and the second connecting plate 112 in an inclined way, two ends of the mounting piece 11 are provided with heat dissipation fans 4, a heat dissipation air duct 12 is formed between one side of the mounting piece 11 and the two heat dissipation fans 4, and wind directions of the heat dissipation fans 4 at two ends of the mounting piece 11 are in the same direction; the mounting groove 113 is provided with an ultraviolet lamp 3 at one side close to the radiating air duct 12; in this embodiment, the lamp body is fixedly installed at a right angle where the two inner side walls of the elevator are connected by the installation member 11.
The arrangement is that on one hand, the lamp beads 31 of the ultraviolet lamp 3 sterilize the air in the radiating air duct 12, meanwhile, the ultraviolet lamp is arranged in the radiating air duct 12, two radiating fans 4 with the same wind direction are arranged at two ends of the radiating air duct 12, the radiating fans 4 at two ends work simultaneously, the air flow rate in the radiating air duct 12 is quickened, the heat on the lamp beads 31 of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is taken away by the air rapidly, and meanwhile, the sterilization effect of the ultraviolet lamp on the air in the elevator is improved; on the other hand, the heat generated by the ultraviolet lamp 3 is sequentially transferred to the mounting groove 113, and the mounting groove 113 transfers the heat to the first connecting plate 111 and the first radiating fin 1111 and the second connecting plate 112 and the second radiating fin 1121 on the two sides respectively, so that the radiating effect is good, the situation that the ultraviolet lamp 3 is damaged or fails due to the fact that the temperature is too high caused by poor radiation of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is prevented, and the service life of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is prolonged.
In this other embodiment, the mounting member 11 is provided with the illumination lamp 6 on the other side opposite to the mounting groove 113; it is convenient to sterilize the inside of the elevator and also to illuminate the inside of the elevator, and the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 are positioned at both sides of the ultraviolet lamp 3 and close to the top surfaces of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 of the ultraviolet lamp 3, and are not higher than the top surface of the illuminating lamp 6.
The illuminating lamp 6 comprises a lamp bead 31 and a base plate 32, wherein the lamp bead 31 is arranged on one side of the base plate 32; the ultraviolet lamp 3 is arranged on the mounting groove 113, the mounting groove 113 is internally provided with a avoidance through hole 1131 corresponding to the ultraviolet lamp 3, and the lamp beads 31 are arranged on one side of the mounting piece 11 far away from the heat dissipation air duct 12.
The illumination lamp 6 further comprises a diffusion sheet 34; the mounting member 11 is provided with a diffusion sheet groove 114 for mounting the diffusion sheet 34 on a side of the mounting groove 113 away from the heat dissipation air duct 12, so that the diffusion sheet 34 can adjust the irradiation angle of the illumination lamp 6, and the diffusion sheet 34 is convenient to mount.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 5, 9, and 11 to 13, this embodiment is different from embodiment 3 in that: in this embodiment, the lamp body 1 further includes a side lamp body 5, the side lamp body 5 is located at two sides of the ultraviolet lamp 3, the side lamp body 5 includes a side ultraviolet lamp 51 and connection bases 52 disposed at two ends of the side ultraviolet lamp 51, a clamping slot 411 is disposed on the first connection plate 111 or the second connection plate 112 corresponding to the connection bases, electric connection pieces 53 are disposed on the connection bases 52 and the clamping slots 411 respectively, and the electric connection pieces 53 are electrically connected with the side ultraviolet lamp 51; the connecting seat 52 is provided with a hole site for fixing, and the base 41 is correspondingly provided with a hole site for fixing at one side of the clamping slot 411; above setting, because ultraviolet lamp 3 shines the angle around 120, shines the area limited to the air in the heat dissipation wind channel 12, and then disinfects incompletely, has the dead angle area, through behind the side-mounting side lamp body 51 in heat dissipation wind channel 12, can throw the heat dissipation wind channel 12 comprehensively and disinfect, eliminates the dead angle area for disinfect more thoroughly, eliminates the hidden danger.

The illumination lamp 6 further comprises a diffusion sheet 34; the mounting member 11 is provided with a diffusion sheet groove 114 for mounting the diffusion sheet 34 on a side of the mounting groove 113 away from the heat dissipation air duct 12, so that the diffusion sheet 34 can adjust the irradiation angle of the illumination lamp 6, and the diffusion sheet 34 is convenient to mount.
A gap is formed between the two adjacent first heat sinks 1111, the length of the first heat sink 1111 on the side far from the mounting groove 113 is longer than the length of the first heat sink 1111 on the side close to the mounting groove 113, and the length of the first heat sink 1111 on the side far from the mounting groove 113 is longer than the length of the first heat sink 1111 on the side close to the mounting groove 113; a gap is formed between the two adjacent second cooling fins 1121, the length of the second cooling fin 1121 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is longer than the length of the second cooling fin 1121 at the side close to the mounting groove 113, and the length of the second cooling fin 1121 at the side far away from the mounting groove 113 is longer than the length of the first cooling fin 1111 at the side close to the mounting groove 113; in the above arrangement, the lengths of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 are arranged in a stepped manner in a direction away from the mounting groove 113, which facilitates air flow and increases heat dissipation speed; on the other hand, the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 do not block the light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 3, so that the sterilizing effect is not affected.
The first heat sink 1111 has a first fixing slot 1113 formed at one end near the heat dissipation air duct 12 for screw fixation, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the slot by screws; a second fixing slot 1123 for screw fixing is formed at one end of the second heat sink 1121 near the heat dissipation air duct 12, and the base 41 is fixedly connected to one side of the slot by screws; in the above arrangement, the base 41 can be fixedly connected with the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 by screws, respectively, so that the heat dissipation fan 4 can be easily fixed to the mounting member 11.
The first heat sink 1111 is provided with two or more grooves along the length direction of the first heat sink 1111; the second heat sink 1121 has two or more grooves along the length direction of the second heat sink 1121, so that the areas of the first heat sink 1111 and the second heat sink 1121 can be increased, and the heat dissipation effect can be improved.
The first connecting plate 111 is further provided with a first installation part 1112, and the first installation part 1112 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; the second connecting plate 112 is also provided with a second mounting part 1122, and the second mounting part 1122 is provided with a through hole for fixedly connecting with the inner wall 2 of the elevator through a bolt; thus, the mounting piece 11 is convenient to fixedly mount on the inner wall 2 of the elevator, and the inner wall 2 of the elevator can be fixedly connected with the lamp body 1 through bolts.
