Abstract
本发明涉及基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板及其制备方法。所述基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板,由A组分和B组分,按重量份配比70:30制成。所述A组分,由硅铝酸盐水泥、硼泥、铝粉、菌糠、石膏、硬脂酸锌、脱水剂、赤泥、粉煤灰和磁化水组成;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8。所述B组分,由硼泥、菌糠、速溶聚乙烯醇、高锰酸钾、硅灰、栲胶、研磨砂和磁化水组成;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8。本发明制备的基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板,将废弃的硼泥加以利用,不仅废物利用,节约能源,也保护了城市环境,所制备的基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板性能达到国家标准。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石膏板领域,特别涉及基于废弃硼泥的铝基铝塑防水石膏板。
背景技术
石膏板是以建筑石膏为主要原料制成的一种材料。它是一种重量轻、强度较高、厚度较薄、加工方便以及隔音绝热和防火等性能较好的建筑材料,是当前着重发展的新型轻质板材之一。石膏板已广泛用于住宅、办公楼、商店、旅馆和工业厂房等各种建筑物的内隔墙、墙体覆面板、天花板、吸音板、地面基层板和各种装饰板等,用于室内的不宜安装在浴室或者厨房。
硼泥是生产硼酸、硼砂等产品产生的废渣,为灰白色、黄白色粉状固体,呈碱性,含氧化硼和氧化镁等组分,俗称“硼泥”。硼泥的堆存处置不仅占用大量土地,而且会使堆场附近的土壤碱化并引起硼的迁移转化,造成环境污染。硼泥的主要化学组成为MgO和SiO2,并含有一定量的Fe2O3、B2O3和少量CaO、Al2O3等。硼以微量存在于其它矿物中,不形成独立的含硼矿物。高温煅烧后的硼泥的主要矿物组成为橄榄石、方镁石及少量的铁酸镁。所以如能将废弃的硼泥加以利用,不仅废物利用,解决能源,也保护了城市环境。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种基于废弃硼泥的铝基铝塑防水石膏板及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板,由A组分和B组分,按重量份配比70:30制成。
所述A组分,按重量份配比由以下原料组成:硅铝酸盐水泥3-7份、硼泥50-70份、菌糠3-7份、铝粉3-7份、石膏8-12份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、脱水剂1-3份、赤泥8-12份、粉煤灰8-12份、磁化水30-40份;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8。
所述B组分,按重量份配比由以下原料组成:硼泥50-70份、菌糠3-7份、速溶聚乙烯醇2-4份、高锰酸钾0.4-0.6份、硅灰3-5份、栲胶3-7份、研磨砂3-5份、磁化水30-40份;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8。
基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)A组分的配制:按上述的配比备料;将磁化水注入捏合机中,然后依次加入硅铝酸盐水泥、硼泥、铝粉、菌糠、石膏、硬脂酸锌和赤泥,研磨搅拌均匀后,加入NaOH调节PH值至8;然后加入粉煤灰,继续研磨搅拌均匀,最后加入脱水剂,研磨成糊状物,得A组分。
2)B组分的配制:按上述的配比备料;先将硼泥、菌糠、速溶聚乙烯醇和高锰酸钾注入分散器,研磨搅拌均匀后,加入研磨砂,继续研磨搅拌20-30分钟,加入磁化水搅拌均匀后,加入NaOH调节PH=8,最后加入硅灰和栲胶,研磨成糊状物,得B组分。
3)将A组分和B组分,按重量份配比70:30混合,搅拌均匀后置于模具中,于成型机中成型。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明制备的基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板,将废弃的硼泥加以利用,不仅废物利用,节约能源,也保护了城市环境。
2、基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板,性能达到国家标准。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(一)基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板,由A组分和B组分,按重量份配比70:30制成。
所述A组分,按重量份配比由以下原料组成:硅铝酸盐水泥5份、硼泥60份、铝粉5份、菌糠5份、石膏10份、硬脂酸锌2份、脱水剂2份、赤泥10份、粉煤灰10份、磁化水35份;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8。
所述B组分,按重量份配比由以下原料组成:硼泥60份、菌糠5份、速溶聚乙烯醇3份、高锰酸钾0.5份、硅灰4份、栲胶5份、研磨砂4份、磁化水35份;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8。
(二)基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)A组分的配制:按上述的配比备料;将磁化水注入捏合机中,然后依次加入硅铝酸盐水泥、硼泥、铝粉、菌糠、石膏、硬脂酸锌和赤泥,研磨搅拌均匀后,加入NaOH调节PH值至8;然后加入粉煤灰,继续研磨搅拌均匀,最后加入脱水剂,研磨成糊状物,得A组分。
2)B组分的配制:按上述的配比备料;先将硼泥、菌糠、速溶聚乙烯醇和高锰酸钾注入分散器,研磨搅拌均匀后,加入研磨砂,继续研磨搅拌20-30分钟,加入磁化水搅拌均匀后,加入NaOH调节PH=8,最后加入硅灰和栲胶,研磨成糊状物,得B组分;
3)将A组分和B组分,按重量份配比70:30混合,搅拌均匀后置于模具中,30-50℃下,于成型机中成型。
(三)性能检测
1、外观:石膏板,板型清楚,板角齐全、整齐,板面光滑。

1.基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板,其特征在于,所述基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板由A组分和B组分,按重量份配比70:30制成;
所述A组分,按重量份配比由以下原料组成:硅铝酸盐水泥3-7份、硼泥50-70份、铝粉3-7份、菌糠3-7份、石膏8-12份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、脱水剂1-3份、赤泥8-12份、粉煤灰8-12份、磁化水30-40份;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8;
所述B组分,按重量份配比由以下原料组成:硼泥50-70份、菌糠3-7份、速溶聚乙烯醇2-4份、高锰酸钾0.4-0.6份、硅灰3-5份、栲胶3-7份、研磨砂3-5份、磁化水30-40份;NaOH的添加量为调节体系的PH值至8。
2.基于硼泥为载体的铝基铝塑防水石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)A组分的配制:按权利要求1所述的配比备料;将磁化水注入捏合机中,然后依次加入硅铝酸盐水泥、硼泥、铝粉、菌糠、石膏、硬脂酸锌和赤泥,研磨搅拌均匀后,加入NaOH调节PH值至8;然后加入粉煤灰,继续研磨搅拌均匀,最后加入脱水剂,研磨成糊状物,得A组分;
2)B组分的配制:按权利要求1所述的配比备料;先将硼泥、菌糠、速溶聚乙烯醇和高锰酸钾注入分散器,研磨搅拌均匀后,加入研磨砂,继续研磨搅拌20-30分钟,加入磁化水搅拌均匀后,加入NaOH调节PH=8,最后加入硅灰和栲胶,研磨成糊状物,得B组分;
3)将A组分和B组分,按重量份配比70:30混合,搅拌均匀后置于模具中,于成型机中成型。
