Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-4 and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The embodiment of the application discloses a pesticide application monitoring method, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring the descending amount and the application amount of the liquid medicine of the application equipment at preset time intervals;
judging the leakage condition in the pesticide applying process according to the descending quantity and the pesticide application quantity;
if said decline is inconsistent with said administration rate, determining that a leak has occurred during administration.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment of the administration monitoring method of the present application, the method includes:
step S100, acquiring the application amount of the application device and the first amount of the residual liquid medicine in the application device at preset time intervals.
The nozzle of the medicine applying device is provided with a flow meter which can record the medicine applying amount of the medicine liquid sprayed from the nozzle and report the medicine applying amount. The liquid level meter is arranged in the pesticide application equipment and can calculate the first dosage of the residual liquid medicine in the pesticide application equipment according to the liquid level height in the pesticide application equipment and report the first dosage.
Step S200, calculating the descending amount of the liquid medicine in the medicine application equipment according to the first medicine amount and the second medicine amount; wherein the amount of decrease is equal to the difference between the second amount of drug and the first amount of drug.
The second dosage refers to the total amount of the liquid medicine in the dispensing device obtained when the working state of the dispensing device is changed. The working state of the pesticide applying equipment comprises a pesticide applying state and a pesticide non-applying state, and when the pesticide applying equipment is in the pesticide applying state, the pesticide applying equipment sprays out liquid medicine from the spray opening to carry out pesticide applying work; when the pesticide applying equipment is in a non-pesticide applying state, the pesticide applying equipment does not spray the pesticide liquid.
Step S300, judging the leakage condition in the pesticide applying process according to the descending amount and the pesticide applying amount; if the amount of decrease is not consistent with the amount of drug to be administered, it is determined that a leak has occurred during administration.
The method for judging whether the decline amount is consistent with the application amount comprises the following steps:
calculating a first difference value between the descending quantity and the application quantity, and judging whether the descending quantity is consistent with the application quantity according to the first difference value and a preset difference value;
if the first difference is smaller than the preset difference, the descending quantity is consistent with the application quantity;
if the first difference is greater than or equal to the preset difference, the descending amount is inconsistent with the application amount.
In this embodiment, by obtaining the application amount of the application device and the calculated descending amount of the liquid medicine of the application device, whether the application device leaks in the application process can be quickly and accurately judged, the leakage condition in the application process is determined, and when the descending amount is inconsistent with the application amount, the leakage in the application process of the application device is indicated.
In step S100 in the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
comparing the first dosage with a first preset flow;
and if the first dosage is less than or equal to the first preset flow, setting the working state of the medicine application equipment to be a non-medicine application state, and sending medicine adding reminding messages to the corresponding medicine application equipment.
The first preset flow rate is the minimum amount of medicine which can be supported by the medicine applying equipment, and when the first amount of medicine in the medicine applying equipment is less than or equal to the preset flow rate, the medicine applying equipment cannot continue to apply medicine. After the medicine application equipment receives the medicine adding reminding message, corresponding workers should go to the corresponding medicine station to add medicine into the medicine application equipment according to the medicine adding reminding message so as to continue subsequent medicine application work.
The preset time comprises a first preset time and a second preset time, and the second preset time is less than the first preset time. For example, in the present embodiment, the second preset time is greater than twice the first preset time and less than ten times the first preset time.
When the first dosage is larger than a first preset flow, acquiring the descending amount and the application dosage of the liquid medicine in the application equipment at intervals of a first preset time;
and when the first dosage is less than or equal to the first preset flow, acquiring the descending amount and the application dosage of the liquid medicine in the application equipment at intervals of second preset time.
In the embodiment of the application, when the liquid medicine in the medicine applying equipment is not enough to continuously support the medicine applying work, corresponding staff is reminded through the medicine adding reminding message, the medicine applying equipment needs to be added, and the medicine applying equipment is placed in a non-medicine applying state through remote control. When the residual medicine amount in the medicine applying equipment is larger than the first preset flow, the medicine applying equipment can perform medicine applying work, and when the medicine applying equipment sprays medicine, the liquid level of the liquid medicine in the medicine applying equipment changes rapidly, so that the descending amount and the medicine applying amount of the liquid medicine in the medicine applying equipment need to be acquired at short time intervals, and whether the medicine applying equipment leaks or not is judged at high frequency, so that the economic loss or the environmental hazard caused by the leakage of the liquid medicine is reduced. When the residual medicine amount in the medicine applying equipment is larger than or equal to the first preset flow, the content of the liquid medicine in the medicine applying equipment is less, the medicine applying equipment does not perform medicine applying work, and only the liquid level change speed caused by leakage is slow, so that the descending amount and the medicine applying amount of the liquid medicine in the medicine applying equipment are obtained at a longer time interval, and the leakage condition of the medicine applying equipment can be judged more accurately.
In step S200 of the embodiment of the present application, there are two ways of changing the working state of the drug delivery device, i.e., manual control and remote control. During manual control, a worker can perform manual control to change the working state of the pesticide applying equipment; when the first dosage of the medicine applying equipment is smaller than or equal to the first preset flow, the working state of the medicine applying equipment is set to be a non-medicine applying state through remote control.
Since the application amount recorded by the flow meter is the total amount of the liquid medicine flowing through the flow meter, and the second amount of medicine is acquired each time the operating state of the application device is changed, the application amount is cleared simultaneously when the operating state of the application device is changed.
The change of the operating state of the dispensing device comprises two situations:
1. the working state of the pesticide applying equipment is changed from a pesticide applying state to a non-pesticide applying state;
2. the operating state of the administration device is changed from a non-administration state to an administration state.
In step S300 of the embodiment of the present application, when determining that a leakage occurs during the drug delivery process, two cases are included:
1. if the working state of the medicine application device is changed from the medicine application state to the non-medicine application state, the nozzle of the medicine application device does not spray the medicine liquid in the next process, and when the descending amount is inconsistent with the medicine application amount, the leakage of the medicine box storing the medicine liquid on the medicine application device is explained.
2. If the working state of the pesticide applying device is changed from the non-pesticide applying state to the pesticide applying state, the pesticide applying device performs pesticide spraying in the process, pesticide liquid is continuously sprayed out of the spraying opening, and when the descending amount is inconsistent with the pesticide application amount, leakage occurs at the spraying opening of the pesticide applying device.
When leakage occurs in the pesticide applying process, a pesticide applying leakage reminding message is sent to the corresponding pesticide applying equipment to prompt staff on the corresponding pesticide applying equipment that the pesticide applying equipment leaks.
When a medicine box on the medicine applying equipment leaks, determining to send a continuous work prompt or a return repair prompt to the corresponding medicine applying equipment according to the first medicine amount and a preset standard;
if the first medicine amount is larger than or equal to the preset standard, the fact that the residual medicine amount in the medicine chest is large is indicated, a return repair prompt is sent to the corresponding medicine application equipment, and corresponding workers are instructed to move the medicine application equipment to a medicine station for maintenance;
if the first medicine amount is smaller than the preset standard, the fact that the residual medicine amount in the medicine box is small is indicated, a continuous work prompt is sent to the corresponding medicine application equipment, the corresponding staff is instructed to continue medicine application work, and the medicine application equipment is moved to a medicine station to be overhauled after the medicine application work is completed.
When the leakage occurs at the nozzle of the pesticide application equipment, a return repair message is sent to the corresponding pesticide application equipment, and the corresponding staff is instructed to move the pesticide application equipment to the pesticide station for overhauling.
In this embodiment, in two different cases where the working state of the dispensing device changes, the specific leakage position of the dispensing device can be determined when the leakage occurs in the dispensing process while the leakage occurs in the dispensing process, and based on this, the worker corresponding to the dispensing device is guided to perform related operations through the dispensing leakage reminding message, the continuous working message and the return repair message.
Referring to fig. 1, step S300 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S310, acquiring and recording leakage position information of the pesticide application equipment in real time;
the pesticide applying equipment is provided with a positioning module, the positioning module can record and report the position information of the pesticide applying equipment, and when the pesticide applying process is judged to leak, the leaked position information of the pesticide applying equipment is acquired and recorded in real time.
And step S320, obtaining and recording a leakage track according to the leakage position information.
And obtaining a leakage track which moves after the corresponding pesticide applying equipment leaks according to the obtained leakage position information, and after the pesticide applying equipment returns to the pesticide station, assigning a worker to detect the surrounding environment of the leakage track according to the leakage track and taking corresponding prevention measures. For example, if the concentration of the chemical solution exceeds the standard in a part of the leakage trace, water needs to be supplied to the region to reduce the concentration of the chemical solution, thereby reducing the damage of the chemical solution to the environment.
When the working state of the pesticide applying equipment is a pesticide applying state, acquiring a nozzle pressure parameter of the pesticide applying equipment in real time, and judging whether a nozzle of the pesticide applying equipment breaks down or not according to the nozzle pressure parameter and a preset pressure value;
and if the nozzle pressure parameter is smaller than the preset pressure value, judging the nozzle fault of the pesticide applying equipment, and sending nozzle fault prompt information to the corresponding pesticide applying equipment.
When the spout pressure parameter is less than the preset pressure value, the degree of atomization of the sprayed liquid medicine is low, the pesticide application effect is poor, the spout fault prompt information is sent to the pesticide application equipment, the corresponding worker on the pesticide application equipment is reminded to move the pesticide application equipment to a pesticide station, and the spout is maintained.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a method for monitoring drug delivery differs from the first embodiment in that, when the drug delivery device is in a drug-adding state, the following steps are performed, including:
step S400, the medicine adding amount of the medicine applying equipment and the first medicine amount of the residual medicine liquid in the medicine applying equipment are obtained at preset time intervals.
Be provided with the flowmeter in the medicine station, when dispensing equipment adds the medicine in the medicine station, the flowmeter can record the medicine volume that adds the liquid medicine to dispensing equipment in the medicine station to this medicine volume of adding is reported.
Step S500, calculating the rising amount of the liquid medicine in the medicine applying equipment according to the first medicine amount and the second medicine amount; wherein the amount of the rise is equal to the difference between the amount of the second medicament and the amount of the first medicament.
Step S600, judging the leakage condition of the dosing process according to the rising amount and the dosing amount; and if the medicine adding amount is inconsistent with the rising amount, judging that leakage occurs in the medicine adding process.
The method for judging whether the rising amount is consistent with the medicine adding amount comprises the following steps:
calculating a second difference value between the ascending quantity and the dosing quantity, and judging whether the ascending quantity is consistent with the dosing quantity according to the second difference value and a preset difference value;
if the second difference is smaller than the preset difference, the rising amount is consistent with the dosing amount;
if the second difference is larger than or equal to the preset difference, the rising amount is inconsistent with the dosing amount.
In step S400 in the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
comparing the first dosage with a second preset flow;
and if the first dosage is larger than or equal to the second preset flow, setting the working state of the medicine station to be an unaddressed state, and sending a full prompt message to the corresponding medicine application equipment.
The second preset flow is the stable amount of the liquid medicine stored in the medicine box of the medicine applying equipment, and when the first amount of the medicine is larger than or equal to the second preset flow, the medicine box of the medicine applying equipment is considered to be full. And when the medicine application equipment receives the full reminding message, the corresponding staff stops the medicine application process.
In this embodiment, by obtaining the dosing amount of the dosing device from the dosing station and the calculated rising amount of the liquid medicine in the dosing device, whether the dosing device leaks in the dosing process can be quickly and accurately determined, the leakage condition in the fake dosing process is determined, and when the rising amount is inconsistent with the dosing amount, the dosing device leaks in the dosing process.
In another embodiment of the present application, step S400 includes: when the medicine adding process is finished, the medicine adding amount of the medicine applying equipment and the first medicine amount of the residual liquid medicine in the medicine applying equipment are obtained. And when receiving an end message from the drug application equipment, judging that the drug adding process is ended. And reporting the ending message by the corresponding staff of the pesticide applying equipment through the pesticide applying equipment after finishing adding pesticide to the pesticide applying equipment.
