Abstract
一种用于三代测序建库的融合引物、建库方法、测序方法和建库试剂盒。融合引物从5’端至3’端依次包括同源重组序列、标签序列和特异性扩增引物序列,其中同源重组序列用于将融合引物的扩增产物进行同源重组拼接,标签序列用于区分不同的扩增产物,特异性扩增引物序列用于与靶标序列结合以进行引物延伸。使用融合引物扩增靶标序列,对扩增产物进行同源重组拼接,增加测序芯片上样本数量,降低测序成本。
