Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, provides a noninvasive skin wound closing device and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, a locking bar is difficult to adjust back reversely, the operation is inconvenient, the application range is narrow, the wound is easy to infect and scar, the wound is difficult to close accurately and the like; meanwhile, the device is convenient for the ventilation, drainage and dressing change of the wound and is also convenient for observing the healing condition of the wound at any time.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect of the invention, a non-invasive skin wound closure device is provided, which comprises an adjusting rod, a screw hole base, a lock catch base, a left base band, a right base band and an adhesive layer;
the lower surfaces of the left base band and the right base band are respectively provided with an adhesive layer, the left base band is at least provided with a screw hole base, a screw hole is formed in the screw hole base, and an internal thread structure is arranged in the screw hole; the right base band is at least provided with a lock catch base, and the lock catch base is provided with a lock hole and a lock tooth buckle;
the adjusting rod is at least provided with one, the one end of the adjusting rod is provided with an external thread, the external thread is matched with an internal thread structure on the screw hole base, the other end of the adjusting rod is provided with a handle, the middle part of the adjusting rod is provided with a locking tooth, and the locking tooth penetrates through a lock hole on the lock catch base and is clamped through a locking tooth buckle.
Preferably, the screw hole bases correspond to the locking buckle bases one by one, one adjusting rod penetrates through one screw hole base and the locking buckle base corresponding to the screw hole base, and the adjusting rods are arranged in parallel.
Preferably, the locking tooth buckle is a one-way locking tooth buckle, and the locking tooth is a one-way locking tooth.
Preferably, the screw hole bases on the left base band are arranged in groups two by two, and the two screw hole bases in each group on the left base band are connected through a first connecting piece;

the release protection paper on the sticking layer is slightly torn off, the left base band and the right base band are respectively stuck to two sides of the wound, the left base band and the right base band are lightly pressed by hands to be firmly stuck, one hand lightly presses the lock catch base, the other hand pulls the adjusting rod one by one, and the wound is driven to gather by adjusting the distance between the left base band and the right base band, so that the purpose of suturing the wound is achieved; if the wound tissue is gathered together too tightly, through the rotatory regulation pole, the external screw thread on the regulation pole will withdraw from in the screw on the screw base, adjusts wound tissue's tightening degree wantonly through helicitic texture's regulation effect to realize the accurate closure of wound or the regulation of wound closure degree.
In a third aspect of the invention, a noninvasive skin wound closing device is provided, which is a noninvasive skin wound two-way closing device and comprises an adjusting rod, a screw hole base, a lock catch base, a left base band, a right base band and an adhesive layer;
the lower surfaces of the left base band and the right base band are respectively provided with an adhesive layer, the left base band and the right base band are respectively provided with at least one screw hole base and at least one lock catch base, the screw hole bases and the lock catch bases are arranged at intervals, and the screw hole bases on the left base band and the right base band correspond to the lock catch bases one by one;
a screw hole is formed in the screw hole base, and an internal thread structure is arranged in the screw hole; the lock catch base is provided with a lock hole and a lock tooth buckle;
the one end of adjusting the pole is provided with the external screw thread, and the internal thread structure in the screw on external screw thread and the screw base cooperatees, and the other end of adjusting the pole is provided with the handle, and the mid portion of adjusting the pole is provided with the lock tooth, and the lock tooth passes the lockhole on the hasp base and blocks through the lock tooth buckle, and a regulation pole passes a screw base and the hasp base that corresponds with this screw base simultaneously, a plurality of regulation pole parallel arrangement, and two adjacent handles of adjusting the pole are located the left and right sides respectively.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the non-invasive skin wound closing device and the using method thereof disclosed by the invention avoid secondary damage to the skin by using needles and threads or skin nails, reduce the risk of wound infection, reduce the pain of a patient and reduce the hyperplasia of scars; the visualization of the wound is beneficial to the ventilation, drainage and dressing change of the wound and the dressing and healing condition observation of the wound skin margin; the application range is wider, and the device can be suitable for closing skin wounds with radian; the operation is simple and convenient, and the tightening degree of the closed wound can be adjusted without the help of external instruments, so that the accurate closing of the skin wound is achieved.

example 1
A non-invasive skin wound closure device of this embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, includes an adjusting lever 1, a screw base 2, a latch base 3, a left base band 4, a right base band 5, and an adhesive layer.
The flexible but non-expandable material (the wound is closed, no significant contraction occurs, and therefore no upward bending or downward bending occurs) is used for the adjustment rod 1, and the flexible but non-expandable material is made from a rigid material, and the adjustment rod 1 cannot be bent for a wound on a cambered surface (such as a wound at a knee joint), so that the left and right base tapes and the adhesive layer are easy to lift, and the wound is easy to prick), so that the adjustment rod 1 can be bent along with the deformation of the tissue near the wound, but cannot be stretched along the length of the wound, and the materials include, but are not limited to, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate or other thermosetting polymers.
The screw hole base 2 and the lock catch base 3 are made of high polymer materials, and preferably, the screw hole base 2 and the lock catch base 3 are made of medical grade high polymer materials.
The left base band 4 and the right base band 5 are made of a soft medical polymer material, and preferably, a medical polymer material having air-permeable and antibacterial effects can be used, and more preferably, include, but are not limited to, an elastomer film or sheet (e.g., a polyurethane sheet, a silicone sheet, or a thermoplastic elastomer sheet), a woven fabric (containing at least a part of elastomer filaments, threads, or fibers), a fiber film, and the like.
The adhesive layer is a medical adhesive layer, preferably, the adhesive layer is a breathable and hypoallergenic pressure-sensitive adhesive or a hydrocolloid pressure-sensitive adhesive, the lower layer is protected by release protective paper, and bacteriostatic components and antioxidants are added into the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The lower surfaces of the left base band 4 and the right base band 5 are respectively provided with a sticking layer for sticking skin, the lower surfaces of the two sticking layers are respectively provided with release protective paper 6, and during use, the release protective paper 6 is torn off, and the two sticking layers are respectively stuck on the two sides of a wound. At least one screw hole base 2 is arranged on the left base band 4, a screw hole 21 is arranged on the screw hole base 2, and an internal thread structure 22 is arranged in the screw hole 21; the right base band 5 is at least provided with a lock catch base 3, the lock catch base 3 is provided with a lock hole 31 and a lock tooth buckle 32, and the lock tooth buckle 32 is a one-way locking lock tooth buckle.
One end of the adjusting rod 1 is provided with an external thread 11 which can be matched with an internal thread structure 22 in a screw hole 21 on the screw hole base 2; the other end of the adjusting rod 1 is provided with a handle 13 which is convenient to operate and can be designed into a cylindrical shape, a spindle shape, a disc shape or a circular ring shape without limitation; the middle part of the adjusting rod 1 is provided with a locking tooth 12, the locking tooth 12 is a one-way locking tooth, the locking tooth 12 penetrates through a lock hole 31 on the lock catch base 3 and clamps the locking tooth 12 through a locking tooth buckle 32 in the lock hole 31, and the adjusting rod 1 can be pulled or rotated, so that the distance between the left base belt 4 and the right base belt 5 is adjusted. When the noninvasive skin wound closing device of embodiment 1 is assembled, first, the handle 13 of the adjusting rod 1 is held, the adjusting rod 1 is assembled into the screw hole 21 of the screw hole base 2 through the external thread 12 at one end, then the handle 13 of the adjusting rod 1 passes through the through hole 33 of the lock catch base 3, the clearance area 14 on the adjusting rod 1 is moved into the lock hole 31 through the clearance between the first limit protrusion 34 and the second limit protrusion 35, the handle 13 on the adjusting rod 1 is pulled, the lock teeth 12 on the adjusting rod 1 are clamped by the lock teeth buckle 32 on the lock catch base 3, then the screw hole base 2 and the lock catch base 3 are respectively adhered to the left base belt 4 and the right base belt 5, the base belts themselves can be medical adhesive tapes with adhesive coated on one side, a gluing process can also be added on the non-adhesive base belts, an adhesive layer is coated, and finally, the release protective paper 6 is adhered, so as to complete the assembly.

Example 2
A non-invasive skin wound closure device of this embodiment 2 is a non-invasive skin wound bidirectional closure device, as shown in fig. 3 to 12, and includes an adjustment lever 1, a screw base 2, a latch base 3, a left base tape 4, a right base tape 5, and an adhesive layer.
The flexible but non-expandable material (the wound is closed, no significant contraction occurs, and therefore there is no upward bending or downward bending) is used for the adjustment rod 1, and the flexible but non-expandable material is used for the adjustment rod 1, which is made of rigid material, and the adjustment rod 1 is not able to bend for the wound on the cambered surface (such as the wound at the knee joint), which is easy to cause the left and right base tapes and the adhesive layer to tilt and is easy to prick the wound), so that the adjustment rod 1 can bend along with the deformation of the tissue near the wound, but does not extend along the length thereof, and such materials include but are not limited to nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate or other thermosetting polymers.
