Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to a low-irritation fabric softening and bacteria removing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In daily environment, bacteria and viruses are ubiquitous, the bacteria and the viruses can affect the body health of people, particularly, fabrics such as clothes, towels, bedding and the like which are in direct contact with the skin of a human body in daily life can certainly have certain negative effects on the body health if the fabrics are subjected to sterilization and disinfection at irregular intervals, and particularly under the background that the current global epidemic situation is severe and flu is occasionally caused, the work of performing sterilization and disinfection on the fabrics in daily contact is necessary to ensure the health and safety of people.
With the upgrading of the requirement of consumers on daily fabric disinfection and sterilization, the common disinfection and sterilization washing products cannot meet the requirements of mass consumers, and particularly after epidemic outbreaks, the number of fabric disinfection and sterilization products on the market is increasing. Although the appearance of the products meets the daily disinfection and sterilization requirements of current market consumers on fabrics under certain conditions, the defects of single efficacy and performance and high irritation of the products are reflected, and the sterilization products with multiple efficacies, such as fabric sterilization liquid with mosquito repellent efficacy reported in patent CN109207285B, appear rarely and similar reports are very limited.
In view of the situation, the development of the sterilizing and disinfecting product for the fabric with double or multiple efficacies and small irritation has important market value and significance. On one hand, the method meets the consumption requirements of consumers on more effects of the degerming products, on the other hand, provides more effect possibilities for the market disinfection degerming products, and widens the market disinfection degerming product line.
In addition, along with the increasing use rate of the consumers for the fabric washing and protecting related products such as softener, bactericide and the like, the variety of the added washing and protecting products is increased when the fabric is washed, so that a great deal of inconvenience is brought to daily washing. Therefore, if the multiple effects of the low-irritation fabric bactericide product, such as the unification of the softening effect and the sterilization effect, can be realized, the washing is more convenient and efficient.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a low-irritation fabric softening and sterilizing agent and a preparation method thereof.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a fabric softening and degerming agent with low irritation comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.5 to 3 percent of bactericide,
0.5 to 3 percent of fabric softener,
1 to 10 percent of irritation modifying agent,
1 to 10 percent of solubilizer,
0.01 to 0.1 percent of pigment,
0.1 to 1 percent of essence,
0.001 to 3 percent of other auxiliary agents,
the balance of water.
The fabric softening and bacteria removing agent has double effects of sterilization and softening, and can be used for soaking fabrics after being diluted by 50 times, and the fabric softening and bacteria removing agent can be used for sterilizing the fabrics after being dried in the air, and the softness of the fabric softening and bacteria removing agent is equivalent to the effect of using a softening agent. Moreover, the fabric softening and bacteria removing agent has the advantages of mild overall formula system, low stimulation or no stimulation, no damage to fabrics and no damage to skin. Meanwhile, the types and the proportions of the components in the formula are carefully blended, and the obtained liquid has good stability and clear and transparent properties, and is suitable for commercial production and popularization and use on the market.
The team of the invention faces two technical problems when designing the formula:
first, we have found that when a quaternary ammonium salt type fabric softener is selected, it requires proper solubilization conditions in the formulation system to achieve clear and transparent liquid. The liquid is turbid and has poor stability under normal conditions, and the solution is layered after being placed at room temperature for a period of time. For this reason, we found through a lot of experiments that the product can be made to assume a transparent and clear stable state after adding a specific amount of solubilizer.
Secondly, the biological mildness of the bactericide is poor, and the irritation is large. To improve the mildness and reduce the irritation while maintaining the excellent bactericidal effect of a product. Through a large number of experiments, the team of the invention unexpectedly discovers that the irritation modifying agent with a specific content can be added into a formula system to effectively reduce the irritation of the product, and hardly influences the bactericidal property. It should be noted that the addition amount needs to be strictly controlled, too much affects the bactericidal property, and too little is not effective in reducing the irritation.
Preferably, the low-irritation fabric softening and degerming agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1.5 to 2.5 percent of bactericide,
1 to 2.5 percent of fabric softener,
1 to 4 percent of irritation modifying agent,
1 to 6 percent of solubilizer,
0.01 to 0.05 percent of pigment,
0.1 to 0.6 percent of essence,
0.001 to 1.5 percent of other auxiliary agents,
the balance of water.
Preferably, the bactericide is one or more of dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride, didecyldimethylammonium chloride, didodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, didodecyldimethylammonium bromide, dioctadecyldimethylammonium bromide, octyldecyldimethylammonium chloride, octyldecyldimethylammonium bromide, dioctyldimethylammonium bromide, didecyldimethylammonium chloride and benzalkonium chloride.
Preferably, the fabric softener is one or more of di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium sulfate, dimethyl diester ammonium chloride, di-ester group propyl quaternary ammonium salt, triethanolamine ester group quaternary ammonium salt, amide ester group quaternary ammonium salt, di-ester group organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, short carbon chain alkyl ammonium bromide, dioleoyl ethyl hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, di-palmityl carboxyethyl hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, hydrogenated tallow dialkyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt, bisamidoalkoxy (methyl) quaternary ammonium salt, tallow imidazoline ammonium salt, dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, dialkyl imidazoline ammonium methyl sulfate and dialkyl diamido methyl ammonium sulfate.

It is noted that not any kind of solubilizer added to the present formulation system is effective in improving the clarity and stability of the solution. We found that the addition of a specific amount of diethylene glycol butyl ether resulted in a solution that was stable and clear and transparent, but that had a more pungent odor. We further chose to add a specific amount of acetoketal to find the best effect without irritating odor.
Further preferably, the solubilizer is solketal.
Preferably, the other auxiliary agents comprise one or more of pH adjusting agents, thickening agents, light-screening agents, silicone oil and derivatives thereof, color fixative and the like, wherein the pH adjusting agents are selected from one or more of triethanolamine + hydrochloric acid, triethanolamine + H501, triethanolamine + oxalic acid, triethanolamine + citric acid monohydrate, liquid alkali + hydrochloric acid and liquid alkali + oxalic acid.
Preferably, the irritation modifying agent has a chemical formula:
wherein x + y + z is 40-100.
Through a large number of experiments, the team of the invention unexpectedly discovers that the irritation of the product can be effectively reduced by adding the compound with a specific content in a formula system as an irritation modifier, and the bactericidal property is hardly influenced. The presumed mechanism that the compound can reduce the irritation of a product formula system and does not influence the bactericidal property of a product is as follows: in general, most of the surfactants used in the present invention are complex mixtures of a plurality of compounds, and the surfactant monomers inevitably exist in an aqueous solution, but studies have shown that these non-micelle-forming surfactant monomers or polymers having a small polymerization degree interact with SC keratin when they are brought into direct contact with the skin, thereby causing swelling of the skin, etc. On the other hand, since these surfactant monomers causing irritation have small structural sizes themselves and easily permeate into the structure of the outer skin layer and induce structural changes of constituent proteins, once a Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC) is reached, micelles cannot be deposited or permeate to the surface of the stratum corneum due to the increased volume. Therefore, when the system is added with the condition that the monomers can be induced to approach the critical micelle or directly form the micelle with the monomers through intermolecular interaction, the effects of enhancing the stability of the micelle and increasing the size of the micelle can be achieved, and the irritation of the formula system can be reduced. In particular, due to the particularity of the system of the present invention, the irritation-reducing agent should be added in an appropriate amount to ensure the bactericidal ratio.
Preferably, x + y + z is 40, 60, 80, 90 or 100.
A method for preparing fabric softening and degerming agent comprises the steps of sequentially adding bactericide, fabric softener, solubilizer, irritation modifier, essence and pigment into a container, stirring for pre-dissolving, adding other auxiliary agents after pre-dissolving, adding water, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain the fabric softening and degerming agent.
Preferably, heating is performed during the pre-dissolving process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
(1) the fabric softening and bacteria removing agent has double effects of sterilization and softening, and can be used for soaking fabrics after being diluted and dried, so that the fabric sterilization can be realized, and the softness of the fabric softening and bacteria removing agent is equivalent to the effect of using a softening agent.
(2) The fabric softening and bacteria removing agent has a mild overall formula system, has a low-stimulation or non-stimulation effect, does not damage fabrics and does not damage skins. Meanwhile, the types and the proportions of the components in the formula are carefully blended, and the obtained liquid has good stability and clear and transparent properties, and is suitable for commercial production and popularization and use on the market.

COMPARATIVE EXAMPLES 1 to 5
The fabric softener (quaternary ammonium salt) selected by the invention needs proper solubilization conditions in a formula system to realize the clarity and transparency of the formula. In comparative example 1, when no solvent was added to the formulation system, the formulation was cloudy and not stable, and the solution was allowed to separate at room temperature for a while. In order to make the solution clear and transparent and improve the stability of the formula, a certain solubilizer is added. Examples 2-3 formulations become more stable and clear and transparent after addition of 3% and 5% respectively of butyl diglycol, based on comparative example 1, but the solvents have the disadvantage of being more odorous and irritating. On this basis, we added the acetone glycidol separately and the formulation as a whole was stable and clear in texture under the respective conditions examined (examples 4-5).
Examples 6 to 7
The preferred resulting formulation of example 4 was applied to towels and subjectively and instrumentally tested for softness, which showed less than good softness as commercially available softeners. For this reason, the test was conducted by examining the increase of the addition amount of the softener, and examples 6 to 7 were all comparable in softness to the ordinary commercially available softener, and the results showed that the softening effect was slightly better than the softener when the fabric softener was added to 1%.
Examples 8 to 13
Note: the irritation modifiers of examples 8-13 were:
examples 14 to 17
Note: the irritation modifiers of examples 14-17 were:
where x + y + z is 40.
Considering whether the irritation of the formula system can be reduced while the multiple-effect integration is realized, a certain amount of irritation modifying agent is added into the basic formula of the previous embodiment as the irritation modifying agent (examples 8-13), and the data show that the expected effect can be achieved by the sterilization rates of the examples 11-13, and under the condition of the same addition amount of irritation modifying agent, the irritation is slightly enhanced while the sterilization rate is higher, but the irritation is in the range from low irritation to no irritation standard, so that the mildness of the formula of the examples 11-13 is proved.
The irritancy of examples 7-17 was tested using the Zein method, and example 7 was used as a control for examples 11-17, wherein no irritation modifier was added and the irritancy was in the strong irritation category (studies showed a stimulation value of Zein > 4g/L for strong irritancy; 2 g/L. ltoreq. Zein value 4g/L for low irritancy; Zein < 2g/L for no irritancy), and examples 8-17 were in the weak to no irritancy category.
All the irritation test results and the sterilization rate data of examples 7-17 above show that the overall irritation of the formulation is improved very well after the irritation-improving agent is added to the system. By comparing the results of example 7 with those of 14-17, the irritation value of the formulation decreased relatively as the amount of irritation-improving agent added increased. The results of the bactericidal rate tests of examples 8-17 show that: the sterilization rate of the formula is gradually improved along with the increase of the addition of the effective sterilization components, and meanwhile, the addition of the effective sterilization components cannot be too low to ensure the sterilization rate of a formula system. In addition, in order to improve the mildness of a formula system, the addition amount of the irritation improver is not as large as possible, and from the test result, when the addition amount of the irritation improver reaches 3%, the sterilization rate of the system starts to be influenced, and the recommended upper limit of the addition amount is considered to be 4%. Meanwhile, the research shows that when the stimulus value Zein is more than 4g/L, the solution belongs to the strong stimulus category, the critical 4g/L of the test result of the stimulus value of example 14 indicates that the lower limit of the addition amount of the stimulus modifier is not less than 1 percent to realize the mildness of the system.
Examples 18 to 21
The formulations of examples 18 to 21 are shown below, and in the formula framework with the standard sterilization rate and the smaller irritation value, the irritation improver compounds with different polymerization degrees are added into the formula system for testing and completing investigation and test, and from the test results, the irritation improver compounds with different polymerization degrees are added into the formula system to show the mildness of the whole formula system under the formula framework, and the possibility of applying the compounds to similar novel multi-effect one-in-one fabric sterilization products is also proved.
Note: the compounds of examples 18, 19, 20, 21 have a degree of polymerisation of x + y + z of 60, 80, 90 and 100 respectively.
The raw materials and equipment used in the invention are common raw materials and equipment in the field if not specified; the methods used in the present invention are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.
