In view of this, the present invention provides a dust collecting device, wherein the bottom wall of the dust collecting device is provided with a dust-proof structure portion, so as to avoid the occurrence of repeated dust raising, avoid secondary filtration of the raised dust, and improve the filtration efficiency. The invention also provides air treatment equipment which is high in filtering efficiency by applying the dust collecting device.

the dust collecting box is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet;
the dustproof structure part is arranged on the bottom wall of the dust collection box and used for reducing the wind speed at the bottom of the dust collection box.
Preferably, in the dust collecting device, an upper surface of the dust-proof structure portion is a corrugated surface.
Preferably, in the dust collecting device, slopes of two sides of a peak of the corrugated surface are different, and a side with a smaller slope faces the air inlet.
Preferably, in the dust collecting device, the dust-proof structure part and the dust collecting box are of a separate structure, and the dust-proof structure part is bonded to the bottom wall or fixed to the bottom wall by a fixing member.
Preferably, the dust collecting device further comprises a primary filter screen, and the primary filter screen is mounted on the dust collecting box and located between the air inlet and the air outlet.
Preferably, in the dust collecting device, the primary filter net is used for filtering particles with a diameter of 0.5mm or more.
Preferably, in the dust collecting device, the primary filter screen is located at the air outlet.
Preferably, in the above dust collecting device, the air inlet direction of the air inlet is perpendicular to the air outlet direction of the air outlet.
Preferably, in the dust collecting device, an air outlet direction of the air outlet is directed to an upper side of the dust collecting box.
An air treatment device comprises a dust collecting device, wherein the dust collecting device is the dust collecting device in any one of the technical schemes.
The invention provides a dust collecting device, which comprises a dust collecting box and a dustproof structure part; the dust collecting box is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the dustproof structure part is arranged on the bottom wall of the dust collection box and used for reducing the wind speed at the bottom of the dust collection box.
In the dust collecting device provided by the invention, the dustproof structure part on the bottom wall of the dust collecting box can effectively reduce the wind speed at the bottom of the dust collecting box, so that the dust accumulated at the bottom cannot generate the phenomenon of repeated dust raising, the secondary filtration of the raised dust is avoided, and the filtration efficiency is improved.
The invention also provides air treatment equipment which is high in filtering efficiency by applying the dust collecting device.
Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention discloses a dust collecting device, wherein the bottom wall of the dust collecting device is provided with a dustproof structure part, so that the phenomenon of repeated dust raising can be avoided, secondary filtration of the raised dust is avoided, and the filtration efficiency is improved. The embodiment of the invention also discloses air treatment equipment which is high in filtering efficiency by applying the dust collecting device.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dust collecting device, which includes a dust collecting box 102 and a dust-proof structure part 103; the dust collecting box 102 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the dust-proof structure 103 is disposed on the bottom wall of the dust box 102 to reduce the wind speed at the bottom of the dust box 102.
In the dust collecting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the dustproof structure part 103 on the bottom wall of the dust collecting box 102 can effectively reduce the wind speed at the bottom of the dust collecting box 102, so that the dust accumulated at the bottom cannot generate the phenomenon of repeated dust raising, the secondary filtration of the raised dust is avoided, and the filtration efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the upper surface of the dust-proof structure portion 103 is a corrugated surface. The recess between the adjacent ripple can collect the dust particle that subsides, avoids the dust particle of recess bottom to be blown by the air current and lifts.
Preferably, the slopes of two sides of the wave crest in the corrugated surface are different, and the side with the smaller slope faces the air inlet. The proposal can reduce the disturbance effect of the corrugated surface to the air flow, ensure the smooth circulation of the air flow from the air inlet to the air outlet, is favorable for the impurities carried in the air flow to fall into the grooves between the adjacent corrugations, effectively settle the impurities,
the dust-proof structure 103 is separate from the dust box 102, and the dust-proof structure 103 may be fixed to the bottom wall of the dust box 102 by bonding or fixing members. Of course, the dust-proof structure 103 may be integrated with the bottom wall of the dust box 102, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
Of course, the dust-proof structure 103 is not limited to have a corrugated surface, and may be configured as other geometric arrays with concave and convex shapes, for example, the dust-proof structure 103 is configured to include a plurality of spaced vertical plates, the plate surface of the vertical plate is perpendicular to the air inlet direction of the air inlet, and the groove formed between the adjacent vertical plates is used for settling the impurity particles. In this embodiment, the structure of the dust-proof structure 103 is not limited, and it is only necessary to ensure that the wind speed at the bottom of the dust box 102 can be reduced.
Furthermore, the dust collecting device further comprises a primary filter screen 101, wherein the primary filter screen 101 is installed on the dust collecting box 102 and is located between the air inlet and the air outlet. The primary filter screen 101 is used for filtering particles with the diameter larger than or equal to 0.5 mm. Furthermore, the primary filter screen 101 is located at the air outlet, so as to ensure that the air flow makes full use of the flowing space in the dust collection box 102 to settle impurities, thereby improving the filtering efficiency to the maximum extent.
In the dust collecting device provided by the embodiment, air passes through the air inlet of the dust collecting box 102 and inside the dust collecting box 102, and then leaves through the primary filter screen, during which hair and large-particle dust will be settled in the dust collecting box 102 or intercepted by the primary filter screen, and the dust collecting box 102 collects the hair and dust intercepted by the primary filter screen together, so as to prevent the air duct inside the equipment from being polluted.
In the dust collecting device provided in the above embodiment, the air inlet direction of the air inlet in the dust collecting box 102 is perpendicular to the air outlet direction of the air outlet. The air outlet is directed above the dust collecting box 102.
The whole process of raising dust in the airflow channel is divided into three stages: 1. the initial stage, the wind power needs to reach the stage which can sufficiently blow the dust on the surface of the channel; 2. a maintenance phase, in which the wind speed is such that a large amount of dust cannot be dropped, i.e. the amount of dust blown from the surface is greater than or equal to the amount of dust dropped; 3. and a weakening termination stage, wherein the wind power is gradually reduced in the stage, the dust falling amount is greater than the blowing amount, and the dust raising is finished until the wind power is weak to blow the dust on the bottom surface. In the dust collecting device of this embodiment, at low wind rate, the dust-proof structure 103 reduces the bottom wind speed, so that it is difficult to reach the dust-raising wind speed (when the dust is acted by the wind flow with higher wind speed, the dust may be blown up again to pollute the wind flow, this wind speed is called dust-raising wind speed), and the dust-raising phenomenon can be eliminated at the 1 st initial stage of the dust-raising process; at a high air volume, the dust-proof structure 103 reduces the bottom air velocity, making it difficult to maintain the raised dust at the 2 nd maintenance stage.
The dust collection box 102 provided by the embodiment can avoid dust flying and secondary filtration, prolong the service life of the filter screen, reduce the primary filtration maintenance times, improve the air purification effect, and play a role in storing dust, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the inside of equipment. In addition, the dust collecting box 102 provided by the embodiment has a simple structure, does not need complicated mechanical components, is convenient to produce and manufacture, and has low production cost.
The embodiment of the invention also provides air treatment equipment which comprises a dust collecting device, wherein the dust collecting device is the dust collecting device provided by the embodiment.
The air treatment device provided by this embodiment has the effect of high filtering efficiency, and of course, the air treatment device also has other effects related to the dust collecting device provided by the above embodiments, and details are not described herein.
