Description

Low-temperature-resistant diesel engine oil composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diesel engine oil, in particular to a low-temperature-resistant diesel engine oil composition.
Background
The engine oil plays roles of lubrication, antifriction, cooling, noise reduction, vibration reduction, cleaning, sealing, rust prevention, corrosion prevention and the like in the using process of the engine. The engine works under the harsh conditions of high thermal load and high mechanical load, so the engine oil has good lubricity, good oxidation stability, good wear resistance and friction reduction, good corrosion resistance and rust resistance, good viscosity-temperature property, good low-temperature fluidity, good pumpability, cleaning dispersibility and the like.
In order to ensure the lubricating effect of the engine, the engine oil needs to have proper viscosity and good viscosity-temperature characteristics, so that the viscosity is slightly influenced by temperature change. The excessive viscosity of the lubricating oil can increase the motion resistance between friction pairs, the low-temperature starting is difficult, the mechanical efficiency is reduced, and the fuel consumption is increased. And the viscosity is too low, a tough oil film cannot be formed between the friction pairs, the antifriction effect is poor, and the abrasion of the engine is increased. Diesel engines are often required to operate under high load for a long period of time in low-temperature environments such as cold regions and cold seasons, and therefore the low-temperature resistance of engine oil is highly required. And the requirement of current environmental protection laws and regulations on engine oil is stricter, and high-quality low-sulfur, low-phosphorus and low-ash engine oil is widely popularized. Therefore, there is a high necessity to develop a diesel engine oil having excellent low temperature resistance that meets strict environmental standards.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a diesel engine oil composition with excellent low-temperature resistance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a low-temperature-resistant diesel engine oil composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of base oil, 10-15 parts of a diesel engine oil complexing agent, 10-20 parts of a viscosity index improver and 0.1-0.5 part of a pour point depressant; wherein the viscosity index improver is an HSD type viscosity index improver; the pour point depressant comprises alkyl naphthalene and/or polymethacrylate. The low-temperature resistance of the diesel engine oil can be better ensured by adopting the compounding mode of the viscosity index improver and the pour point depressant.
The HSD type viscosity index improver is preferably dissolved using a group III base oil.
As a self-service hairIn one of the parallel technical solutions, the diesel engine oil composition meets CH-4 specification requirements, including a viscosity grade of 0W-30, the viscosity range being: 9.3<The viscosity is less than or equal to 12.5mm 2 /s。
As a second parallel technical scheme of the invention, the engine oil composition meets the CF-4 specification requirement, and comprises a viscosity grade of 0W-40, wherein the viscosity range is as follows: 12.5<Viscosity is less than or equal to 16.3mm 2 /s。
In order to further promote the improvement of the low-temperature resistance of the diesel engine oil, the mass ratio of the viscosity index improver to the pour point depressant in the diesel engine oil composition is preferably (20-200): 1. More preferably (20-60): 1.
Preferably, the pour point depressant is a polymethacrylate pour point depressant.
More preferably, the pour point depressant is Vx 1-248; the HSD type viscosity index improver is VII-260.
In order to be better matched with the functional additive, the invention further improves the coordination effect of each component by optimizing the base oil. The base oil is preferably a mixture of a group V base oil and a group IV base oil or a mixture of a group IV base oil and a group III base oil.
Preferably, in the base oil, the mass ratio of the group IV base oil to the group V base oil or the group III base oil is (2-5): 1.
In the invention, the diesel engine oil complexing agent preferably meets the quality requirement of CH-4 or CF-4. More preferably, it is Lz4980A, or a mixture of Lz4980A and Lz 8680A.
As a preferable scheme, the invention provides a CH-40W-30 diesel engine oil composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the invention also provides a preparation method of the diesel engine oil composition, which comprises the following steps: and mixing the base oil, the diesel engine oil complexing agent, the viscosity index improver and the pour point depressant in proportion.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the diesel engine oil composition provided by the invention can meet the specification requirements of CH-40W-30 and CF-40W-40, passes various low-temperature performance tests, has excellent low-temperature resistance, can ensure the normal operation of a diesel engine in a natural environment below-40 ℃, provides good low-temperature lubricity for the engine, and is particularly suitable for the diesel engine in alpine regions and in cold seasons.
