The front electrode 221 and the back electrode 222 are symmetrically arranged, and the area of the front electrode 221 (the area occupying the surface of the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22) is equal to the area of the back electrode 221, so that the absolute values of the charges on the front side and the back side of the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22 are equal, the phenomenon of heat generation due to the fact that the absolute values of the charges are not equal is avoided, and the same power supply can be simultaneously used for atomization, so that the energy consumption utilization rate is improved, and the atomization efficiency is improved. In this embodiment, both surfaces of the ultrasonic atomization plate 22 are in contact with the oil guide body 23 (oil guide cotton), and the oil guide body 23 is communicated with the oil bin 3, so that the tobacco tar in the oil bin 3 can be transmitted to the atomization surface of the ultrasonic atomization plate 22 through the oil guide body 23 to be ultrasonically atomized. The oil-guiding body 23 is made of a soft oil-guiding material, such as cotton.
The atomizing core 2 in this embodiment further includes a base 24, a fixing seat 25, and a pressing member 26.
The inner cavity of the base 24 is sequentially provided with a first cavity 241, an air outlet channel 242 and an insertion groove 243 from top to bottom. The first cavity 241 is disposed near the mouthpiece 11 of the housing 1, and the cross-sectional area of the first cavity 241 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the air outlet channel 242, so that when smoking, large oil droplets can be condensed in the first cavity 241 to prevent the user from smoking the oil. The bottom of the insertion groove 243 is provided with an insertion opening 2431 for inserting the fixing seat 25 into the insertion groove 243, and the base 24 is provided with an installation groove 244 for installing the pressing member 26 and the oil guide body 23. The pressing member 26 is provided with a pressing surface 261 and a pressing end 262, the pressing surface 261 is used for pressing the oil guiding body 23 in the mounting groove 244, the pressing end 262 is used for pressing the oil guiding body 23 on the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22 to make the oil guiding body 23 contact with the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22, and the pressing end 262 is provided with a ventilation groove 2621 to make the oil guiding of the oil guiding body 23 smoother. The pressing piece 26 and the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22 form an atomization cavity 28 therebetween. An oil inlet groove 245 for communicating the oil sump 3 with the mounting groove 244 is further provided on the base 24.
The upper part of the fixing seat 25 is provided with a through hole 251 for placing the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22, and a fixing groove 252 for fixing the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22 is arranged in the through hole 251. In order to stably place the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22 in the fixing groove 252 of the through hole 251, the shape of the through hole 251 is identical to the outer shape of the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22. Electrode grooves 253 and air grooves 254 communicated with the atomizing cavity 28 are vertically arranged on two surfaces of the lower part of the fixing seat 25, so that air flows can pass through two surfaces of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 22 and are connected with the electrode sheet 27.
When the atomizing core 2 is assembled, the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 22 is vertically placed in the fixing groove 252 of the fixing seat 25, and the electrode plates are placed in the electrode grooves 253 on the two sides of the fixing seat 25, so that the electrodes on the two surfaces of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 22 are electrically connected, and meanwhile, the gas grooves 254 are communicated with the surface of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 22; then the fixing seat 25 is inserted into the lower end of the base 24 from the insertion groove 243 of the base 24, and at this time, both sides of the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22 correspond to the installation grooves 244 on both sides of the base 24; finally, the oil guide body 23 is placed in the mounting groove 244, the oil inlet groove 245 on the base 24 is communicated with the oil guide body 23, the oil guide body 23 is pressed in the mounting groove 244 by the pressing piece 26, and the oil guide body 23 is in contact with the ultrasonic atomization sheet 22.
When the ultrasonic atomizer is used, the smoke in the oil bin 3 enters the oil guide body 23 through the oil inlet groove 245 on the base 24, and is then transmitted to the ultrasonic atomizing sheet 22 by the oil guide body 23 to form smoke through ultrasonic atomization.
