7) early stage soaking experiment: the sample plate after the early stage water spraying experiment is partially immersed in water for 96H, and after being taken out, the sample plate has the performance of resisting wet rubbing and powder falling on the non-immersed part and the immersed part; and (5) observing the degree of efflorescence at the joint of the non-soaked part and the soaked part after air drying (the placement is more than or equal to 16H), and evaluating the early performance of the product.
Table 1 shows the early anti-efflorescence test data of the inorganic exterior wall coating prepared by the present invention:
as shown in Table 1, the high-performance inorganic exterior wall coating prepared by the invention can obviously improve the defects of early rain marks, early flooding and efflorescence and the like, and can obviously improve the adaptability of the product to early environment. High performance inorganic exterior wall coating sample 1 is the best solution.
The samples of examples 1, 2 and 3 of the high-performance inorganic exterior wall coating prepared by the invention are subjected to full performance evaluation by referring to the technical indexes of JG/T26 liquid inorganic coating for interior and exterior walls of buildings and combining with the detection conditions of GB/T9755-2014 synthetic resin emulsion exterior wall coating.
TABLE 2 Key Performance data for high Performance inorganic exterior wall coating samples
As can be seen from Table 2, the high performance inorganic exterior wall coating sample prepared by the invention has excellent stain resistance and washing resistance, and other properties meet the design indexes.
The inorganic exterior wall coating produced by the method can further produce a series of functional inorganic exterior wall coatings for further opening and utilization.
The above embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, but the spirit of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or modifications within the scope of the present invention by those skilled in the art are covered by the claims of the present invention.
