In the user classification step S12, the users are classified into general users, operators, and administrators in the order of authority from low to high.
The user registered in the system through the mobile phone number and the verification code defaults to a common user, and the common user can inquire or modify the user information of the common user or inquire the history of the common user renting shared articles. The user logged in the white list of the operator defaults to the operator, the authority of the operator is higher than that of the ordinary user, a new shared article can be added into the equipment list, article information (such as an identification code and the like) of the shared article can be checked or modified, the lease status (namely whether the shared article is leased or not) can be checked or modified, and the shared article managed by the operator can be modified or deleted under the condition that the shared article is not leased. The administrator has the highest authority among all the users, can execute all the operation related functions, can establish or modify an operator white list, can inquire or modify user information of part of common users and the history of renting shared articles, can enter any user in the part of common users into a black list, and the user entered into the black list cannot rent the shared articles.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for managing shared goods of the present embodiment further includes a vendor management step S21.
In the vendor management step S21, vendors are added, modified, or deleted in the vendor list, and after adding a vendor, a unique vendor code is assigned to the vendor, where the vendor code includes a vendor identifier and the like, and may further include a system identifier.
In this embodiment, each manufacturer has a unique manufacturer identifier, each management system for shared goods has a unique system identifier, whether the shared goods is the shared goods of the management system for the shared goods is determined by using the manufacturer identifier and the system identifier, and counterfeit return or repeated return in the case that the manufacturer identifier and the system identifier are leaked is prevented by using a random number.
The manufacturer refers to a merchant who provides a shared article, the manufacturer list refers to a list in which information on all manufacturers who provide the shared article, manufacturer codes, names, and the like is recorded, and since the shared article can be provided by a plurality of manufacturers, different manufacturer codes need to be assigned to different manufacturers.
In the vendor management step S21, adding the vendor to the vendor list means collecting the name of the new vendor providing the shared goods, the name, model, quantity, feature and other related information of the shared goods provided by the new vendor, and recording the names in the vendor list; modifying the manufacturer refers to modifying the relevant information of the specified manufacturer recorded in the manufacturer list; deleting a vendor refers to deleting a specified vendor recorded in the vendor list. It should be noted that, although in fig. 1, the vendor management step S21 may be performed by an administrator or an operator at any time.
It is to be understood that, in the method for managing shared goods according to the present embodiment, the manufacturer code may be assigned to each manufacturer in advance, and each manufacturer may set data in the IC card of the shared goods in advance according to the manufacturer code when producing the shared goods.
In the shared article management method according to the present embodiment, it is preferable that a shared article grade for placing shared articles is provided, and the shared article grade may be provided in one-to-one correspondence with the shared articles, or a plurality of shared articles may be placed at one shared article grade. Further, the shared object grade is provided with an intelligent lock which can be remotely controlled and is used for locking the shared object grade on the shared object grade. Examples of the shared article and the shared article grade include an umbrella and an umbrella stand, a basketball and a net bag, a toy and a toy box, clothing, and a clothes hanger.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for managing shared articles of this embodiment further includes a device adding and deleting step S31.

The position of the shared object grade is recorded when the shared object position is added.
Note that, the device list records all shared articles and shared article grades and related information managed by the shared article management method of the present embodiment. The device list is not limited to one type, and may be divided into a shared article list in which information such as the name, manufacturer code, model, type, and feature of the shared article is recorded, and a shared article grade list in which information such as the position of the grade of the shared article is recorded. The device adding and deleting step S31 may be performed by an operator or an administrator at any time.
Preferably, the method for managing shared goods of the present embodiment further includes a device repair step S32.
In the equipment repair step S32, when the shared item or the shared item slot is damaged or failed, the damage or failure is recorded, and the maintenance person is notified to perform the repair. It is understood that the repair step S32 may be performed at any time.
It should be noted that, the user may notice that the shared item or the shared item bit is damaged or failed when renting or using the shared item, and then report to the background of the management system of the shared item through an application program or a dedicated report button; or a sensor arranged in the management equipment of the shared article detects the shared article and the position of the shared article at regular time, and reports to the background of the management system of the shared article after detecting the damage or the fault; or the special person can check the shared articles and the shared article positions regularly and report the shared articles to the background of the management system of the shared articles after finding out the damage or the fault.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for managing shared articles of this embodiment further includes an anti-counterfeit code generation step S41, an article lending step S42, an anti-counterfeit code verification step S43, and an article return step S44.
In the anti-counterfeit code generation step S41, when the user rents the shared article, the anti-counterfeit code is generated, the anti-counterfeit code is written into the IC card of the shared article, and the user identifier of the shared article is recorded, and each user has a unique user identifier.
In this step, the anti-counterfeiting code is at least 16 bits, including the manufacturer identification of the 1 st to 4 th bits, the system identification of the 5 th to 6 th bits and the 10 th bit random number of the 7 th to 16 th bits, and the anti-counterfeiting code is written into the 2 nd sector of the IC card of the shared object through a card reader arranged at the grade of the shared object. And, when the random number is generated, the user identification of the rented user is recorded.
It is to be understood that the manufacturer may write the manufacturer id and the system id into the IC card of the shared article in advance when the shared article is produced by the manufacturer, or may write the manufacturer id and the system id into the IC card of the shared article when the shared article is added to the device list. The vendor identification and the system identification are determined according to the vendor code mentioned in the above-mentioned steps S21 and S31.
In the article lending step S42, the shared article is unlocked at the shared article level. For example, when the shared article is locked at the shared article level by the smart lock, in the article lending step S42, the smart lock is notified to unlock the shared article, so that the user can take the shared article from the shared article location.
In the counterfeit deterrent code verification step S43, when the user returns the shared article, the counterfeit deterrent code stored in the IC card of the shared article is read by a card reader provided at the grade of the shared article, for example, to perform the counterfeit deterrent verification.
When the anti-counterfeiting check is carried out, whether the 1 st to 4 th bit manufacturer codes, the 5 th to 6 th bit system identifications and the 7 th to 16 th bit user identifications corresponding to the random numbers are recorded or not is checked.
If any one of the manufacturer code, the system identifier and the user identifier corresponding to the random number is not recorded, judging that the anti-counterfeiting check is not passed, and preferably configuring the random number as used; if the manufacturer code, the system identifier and the user identifier corresponding to the random number have records, the anti-counterfeiting check is judged to be passed,
here, it can be understood that, in the anti-counterfeit verification, it may be verified whether a manufacturer code and a system identifier with a small number of bits are recorded in advance, and then it may be verified whether a user identifier corresponding to a random number with a large number of bits is recorded, so as to improve the efficiency of the anti-counterfeit verification.
Specifically, whether any one of a manufacturer code and a system identifier is recorded or not is checked, if no record is recorded in any one of the manufacturer code and the system identifier, the anti-counterfeiting check is judged not to pass, if records exist in both the manufacturer code and the system identifier, whether a user identifier corresponding to a random number is recorded or not is further judged, if no random number is recorded or no user identifier corresponding to the random number is recorded, the anti-counterfeiting check is judged not to pass, and if not, the anti-counterfeiting check is judged to pass.
In the item return step S44,
and if the anti-counterfeiting check is passed, locking the shared article returned by the user at the grade of the shared article. And preferably prompts the user for information that the shared item return was successful. For example, a character "return successful" may be displayed on a display provided at the shared object level, or a voice "return failed" may be uttered by a speaker provided at the shared object level
If the counterfeit proof verification fails, the user is prompted with information indicating that the shared article is failed to be returned, for example, by voice or a display, and for example, a text "failed to return, please insert again" may be displayed on the display provided at the shared article level, or a voice "failed to return, please insert again" may be emitted by a speaker provided at the shared article level.
Preferably, the method for managing shared goods of the present embodiment further includes a borrowing record step S45.
The borrowing and returning recording step S45 may be performed after the item lending step S42 and/or the item returning step S44, which records, for each user, history data of the shared item being leased and/or returned, for example, the time at which the shared item is leased and/or returned, information of the user who leased and/or returned the shared item, and the like.
Preferably, the method for managing shared articles of the present embodiment further includes a deposit determining step S46 and a deposit returning step S47.
A deposit decision step S46, which is performed after the forgery prevention code generation step S41 and before the article lending step S42, is a step of deciding whether or not the user has paid a predetermined deposit, and if it is decided that the user has paid the predetermined deposit, an article lending step S42 is performed to unlock the shared article at the shared article level; if it is determined that the user has not paid the predetermined deposit, information indicating that the shared article cannot be lent because the deposit has not been paid is presented to the user through, for example, a display or a voice.
The deposit returning step S47 is performed after the item returning step S44, and in this step, the deposit is returned to the account of the user after the shared item returned by the user is locked to the shared item in the item returning step S44.
In the method for managing shared articles according to the present embodiment, the user may download a dedicated application program for registration, lease, and return, or may directly perform registration, lease, and return by using an applet, a public number, and other additional functions built in a third-party application program.
In the shared article management method according to the present embodiment, the shared article management system can synchronize the position information of the shared article taste with the application program or the additional function of another third-party application program, and the user can rent or return the shared article by viewing the position of the nearby shared article taste with the application program or the additional function of the third-party application program.
