Abstract
本公开公开了一种上行数据的传输方法、接收方法、装置、终端和介质,所述方法包括:UE接收第一业务的第一上行调度授权;根据第一上行调度授权,确定第一业务的第一上行数据信道;当第一业务的第一上行数据信道与第二业务的第二上行数据信道在时域上冲突时,确定第二业务打孔后的第二上行数据的码率;当码率高于门限值时,在第一上行数据信道上发送第一业务的第一上行数据,取消发送第二业务打孔后的第二上行数据。在UE同时进行不同优先级业务的上行数据传输时,本公开通过根据码率与门限值的关系,UE确定是否继续发送第二业务的上行数据至基站,减少了对传输资源的浪费,减少了网络中的干扰。
