Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an alternative flowchart of a method for processing multimedia interaction information according to an embodiment of the present application, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 3.
Step 101: the terminal presents a multimedia interactive interface, wherein the multimedia interactive interface is used for at least two interactive objects to carry out multimedia conversation.
In practical application, the terminal is provided with clients, such as an instant messaging client, a learning client, a conference client and the like. When a user opens a client on a terminal to enter a multimedia session, the terminal responds to the opening operation of the user on the client, operates the client and presents a multimedia interactive interface, wherein the multimedia interface comprises at least two interactive objects participating in a multimedia conference, the interactive objects can perform the multimedia session in the multimedia interactive interface, and the multimedia session can be as follows: an audio session, a video session, or a live session.
It should be noted that the multimedia interactive interface presented by the terminal may be an interactive interface in which a multimedia session is ongoing, such as an interactive interface in an ongoing online conference, an interactive interface in which a multimedia session has ended, such as an interactive interface in an ended online conference, or an interactive interface in a live application, such as an interactive interface in which a multimedia session is ongoing between a main broadcast and a viewer in a live connection.
Step 102: and responding to a historical conversation content viewing instruction triggered based on the multimedia interactive interface, acquiring partial historical conversation content in the historical conversation content of the multimedia conversation, taking the acquired partial historical conversation content as target historical conversation content, and outputting the target historical conversation content.
Wherein the historical session content viewing instruction is used for indicating to view part of the historical session content of the multimedia session. In practical applications, the historical conversation content viewing instruction may be triggered based on a playback function item for playing back the historical conversation content, or based on a target voice entered by a voice entry icon, or based on a target action of a target user, and so on.
In some embodiments, the terminal may obtain a part of the historical session content in the historical session content of the multimedia session in response to the historical session content viewing instruction triggered based on the multimedia interactive interface by:
presenting a voice input icon in the multimedia interactive interface; receiving a historical conversation content viewing instruction in a voice form input based on the voice input icon; and responding to the historical conversation content viewing instruction, and acquiring the historical conversation content corresponding to the target voice in the historical conversation content of the multimedia conversation as part of the historical conversation content.
In practical implementation, when the user inputs the target voice through the voice input icon, the terminal acquires the target voice of the user in real time through an audio data acquisition device (such as a microphone), performs voice recognition on the target voice to obtain text contents corresponding to the target voice, and filters history session contents corresponding to the obtained text contents from stored history session contents of the multimedia session as part of the history session contents which are indicated to be viewed by the history session content viewing instruction. For example, the voice content entered by the user through the recording entry icon is: when "i want to see the history session content of the session object a", the terminal receives the history content viewing instruction for the voice content, and in response to the history content viewing instruction, screens the history session content of the session object a from the history session content of the multimedia session.
In some embodiments, the terminal may further obtain a part of the historical session content in the historical session content of the multimedia session in response to the historical session content viewing instruction triggered based on the multimedia interactive interface by: presenting a playback function item in the multimedia interactive interface; and acquiring part of the historical session content in the historical session content of the multimedia session in response to the historical content viewing instruction triggered based on the playback function item.
Here, the terminal may also present a playback function item for playing back the history session content in the multimedia interactive interface, that is, the history session content viewing instruction is triggered based on a triggering operation for the playback function item. Here, when the user triggers the playback function item, the terminal receives a history session content viewing instruction in response to the triggering operation, and in response to the history session content viewing instruction, screens out a part of history session content indicated by the history session content viewing instruction from the history session content of the multimedia session, and takes the screened part of history session content as target history session content, wherein the target history session content may be history session content of one interactive object or at least two interactive objects within a preset time period, and the type includes at least one of the following: audio, video.
In some embodiments, the multimedia interactive interface comprises a plurality of interactive objects and a playback function item, and the playback function item corresponds to the plurality of interactive objects, namely, the playback of the historical conversation content of the plurality of interactive objects can be realized through one playback function item.
It is understood that, in view of the limitation of the area size of the multimedia interactive interface, when there are too many interactive objects participating in the multimedia conference, the multimedia interactive interface may not present all interactive objects, in this case, only part of the interactive objects are presented in the multimedia interactive interface, where the presented part of the interactive objects may be determined according to the initials of the interactive objects in the order of a to Z, or according to the chronological order of entering the multimedia conference, or according to the position or the title level of the interactive objects, or according to whether a multimedia session (i.e. speaking) is performed (i.e. presenting the spoken interactive objects), or according to other methods, and the present application does not limit the determination manner of the presented part of the interactive objects.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic display diagram of a multimedia interactive interface provided in the embodiment of the present application, the multimedia interactive interface 401 includes a playback function item 402, and interactive objects 001 to 006 for participating in a multimedia conference, where the interactive objects 001 to 006 may be all interactive objects participating in the multimedia conference or may be part of interactive objects.
In some embodiments, the terminal may present the playback function item in the multimedia session interface by:
when the target historical conversation content is the historical conversation content of the target interactive objects and the number of the target interactive objects is at least two, presenting playback function items corresponding to the target interactive objects in the multimedia interactive interface; and the playback function item and the target interaction object have a one-to-one correspondence relationship.
Here, when there are multiple target interaction objects in the interaction objects that perform the multimedia session and have corresponding historical session content, that is, there are multiple target interaction objects in the interaction objects that participate in the multimedia conference and have already performed the multimedia session such as published speech, the multimedia interaction interface includes multiple target interaction objects and multiple corresponding playback function items, that is, one playback function item corresponds to one target interaction object, and playback of the historical session content of the target interaction object corresponding to the playback function item can be achieved through a certain playback function item.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a display of a playback function item provided in this embodiment, a target interaction object 001 to a target interaction object 006 in which history session content exists and playback function items 501 to playback function items 506 corresponding to the target interaction objects are presented in a multimedia interaction interface, when a user triggers the playback function item 501, playback of the history session content of the target interaction object 001 may be implemented, when the user triggers the playback function item 502, playback of the history session content of the target interaction object 002 may be implemented, and so on.
In some embodiments, when the target historical conversation content is the historical conversation content of the target interaction objects and the number of the target interaction objects is at least two, the terminal may present the playback function item corresponding to each target interaction object by:
in the multimedia interactive interface, playback function items corresponding to all target interactive objects are presented in parallel; or, in the multimedia interactive interface, the playback function items corresponding to the target interactive objects are presented in a rolling manner.
Here, when there are a plurality of target interaction objects in the interaction objects that perform the multimedia session and there are corresponding historical session contents, that is, when there are a plurality of target interaction objects in the interaction objects that participate in the multimedia session and have already performed the multimedia session such as published speech, the playback function items for each target interaction object are presented in parallel or in a rolling manner in the multimedia interaction interface, so that other interaction objects can visually check which target interaction objects have corresponding historical session contents.
For example, the playback function items 501 to 506 in fig. 5 are presented in a multimedia interaction interface in parallel, and when the playback function items are too many to be presented in parallel in the limited multimedia interaction interface, each playback function item may be presented in a scrolling manner, see fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a display diagram of a playback function item provided in an embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, when the target historical conversation content is the historical conversation content of the target interaction objects and the number of the target interaction objects is at least two, the terminal may present the playback function item corresponding to each target interaction object by:
respectively acquiring the session time of each target interactive object, wherein the session time is session starting time or session ending time; and presenting the playback function items corresponding to the target interactive objects in a multimedia interactive interface in a mode that the session time is before and the playback function items corresponding to the corresponding target interactive objects are before.
When a plurality of target interactive objects in interactive objects for carrying out the multimedia session have corresponding historical session contents, namely a plurality of target interactive objects in interactive objects for participating in the multimedia session have already carried out multimedia sessions such as published statements and the like, corresponding playback function items can be sequentially presented in a multimedia interactive interface according to the sequence of the session time of the target interactive objects; therefore, the interactive object missing the conversation content or other interactive objects wanting to review the conversation content can conveniently and quickly find the target historical conversation content of the corresponding conversation time according to the sequence of the conversation time.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view showing a playback function item provided in this embodiment of the present application, where a session time of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 701 is before 10 minutes, a session time of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 702 is before 8 minutes, and a session time of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 703 is before 5 minutes, and since a session time of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 701 is earliest and a session time of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 703 is latest, in a multimedia interaction interface, the playback function item 701 is located in front of the playback function item 702, and the playback function item 702 is located in front of the playback function item 703, so that target historical session content at corresponding session times can be quickly found according to a sequence of session times.
In some embodiments, when the target historical conversation content is the historical conversation content of the target interaction objects and the number of the target interaction objects is at least two, the terminal may present the playback function item corresponding to each target interaction object by:
respectively presenting the conversation level of each target interactive object; and presenting the playback function items corresponding to the target interactive objects in a multimedia interactive interface according to a mode that the conversation level is high and the playback function items corresponding to the corresponding target interactive objects are in front.
Here, the session level may be used to indicate the position or title level of the interactive object, and when there are multiple target interactive objects in the interactive object performing the multimedia session and corresponding historical session content exists, the corresponding playback function items may be sequentially presented in the multimedia interactive interface according to the order of the session level of the target interactive objects, for example, the conference level of the interactive object participating in a multimedia conference of a certain company is, in order from high to low: the president, the general manager, the department manager, the group leader, the common staff and the trainees can present the playback function items of target interactive objects such as the president, the general manager, the department manager, the group leader and the like in the multimedia interactive interface from front to back, so that the interactive objects missing the conversation content or other interactive objects wanting to review the conversation content can be conveniently and quickly found out the target historical conversation content of the corresponding conversation level according to the sequence of the conversation level.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating playback function item display provided in this embodiment of the present application, where a session level of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 801 is a director, a session level of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 802 is a department manager, and a session level of a target interaction object corresponding to a playback function item 803 is a group leader, then in a multimedia interaction interface, the playback function item 801 is located in front of the playback function item 802, and the playback function item 802 is located in front of the playback function item 803, so that target historical session content of a corresponding session level can be quickly found according to a high-low order of the session level.
In some embodiments, the correlation between the conference level of each target interactive object and the conference theme can be further obtained according to the conference theme of the multimedia conference, and the playback function item corresponding to each target interactive object is presented in a manner that the closeness is high and the playback function item of the corresponding target interactive object is in front. For example, if the conference theme of the multimedia conference is a project development, the playback function item of the research and development personnel in the research and development department with higher pertinence to the conference theme is located before the playback function item of the non-research and development personnel in other non-research and development departments, so that the interactive object missing the session content or the other interactive object wanting to review the session content is facilitated, and the target historical session content of the corresponding interactive object is quickly found according to the high-low order of the relevancy to the conference theme.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of displaying playback function items provided in an embodiment of the present application, where conference subjects of a multimedia conference are: in the research and development of the project a, the session level of the target interactive object corresponding to the playback function item 901 is human manager, the session level of the target interactive object corresponding to the playback function item 902 is logistical chief, the session level of the target interactive object corresponding to the playback function item 903 is research and development personnel of the project a, because the correlation degree between the research and development technicians and the multimedia conference is higher than the correlation degree between other interactive objects and the multimedia conference, in the multimedia interactive interface, the playback function item 903 is positioned in front of the playback function item 901 and the playback function item 902, so that the target historical session content of the corresponding interactive object can be quickly found according to the high-low sequence of the correlation degree between the session level of the interactive object and the conference subject.
In some embodiments, when the target historical conversation content is the historical conversation content of the target interaction objects and the number of the target interaction objects is at least two, the terminal may present the playback function item corresponding to each target interaction object by:
respectively presenting the interactive heat corresponding to the historical conversation content of each target interactive object; and presenting the playback function items corresponding to the target interactive objects in a multimedia interactive interface according to the mode that the interactive heat is high and the playback function items corresponding to the corresponding target interactive objects are in front.
The interactive heat is used for indicating the feedback condition of the interactive object to the historical conversation content, such as high appreciation, intense discussion and the like, and the interactive heat can be characterized by the specific heat value, for example, the larger the heat value is, the higher the interactive heat representing the corresponding historical conversation content is. When a plurality of target interactive objects in the interactive objects for carrying out the multimedia conversation have corresponding historical conversation contents, the playback function items of the corresponding target interactive objects are sequentially presented according to the interactive heat of the historical conversation contents, so that the interactive objects which miss the conversation contents or other interactive objects which want to review the conversation contents are convenient to quickly find the target historical conversation contents of the corresponding conversation heat according to the sequence of the interactive heat.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram illustrating display of playback function items according to an embodiment of the present application, where the interaction heat degree corresponding to the history session content of the interactive object 001 is 100, the interaction heat degree corresponding to the history session content of the interactive object 002 is 75, and the interaction heat degree corresponding to the history session content of the interactive object 003 is 50, then in the multimedia interactive interface, the playback function item 1001 corresponding to the interactive object 001 is before the playback function item 1002 corresponding to the interactive object 002, and the playback function item 1002 corresponding to the interactive object 002 is before the playback function item 1003 corresponding to the interactive object 003, so that the interactive object can select to review the corresponding target history session content based on the interaction heat degree.
In some embodiments, when a user triggers a playback function item, the terminal may also present indication information for prompting playback of the target historical session content and a corresponding playback determination function item in response to the triggering operation, the user may decide whether to continue playback of the target historical session content based on the prompt information, when the user triggers the playback determination function item, the terminal receives a historical session content viewing instruction in response to the triggering operation, and filters a part of the historical session content indicated by the historical session content viewing instruction from the historical session content of the multimedia session in response to the historical session content viewing instruction, and uses the filtered part of the historical session content as the target historical session content to be output.

For the finished multimedia session, the method and the device realize that the part of the historical session content indicated by the historical session content viewing instruction is quickly positioned from the historical session content of the multimedia session aiming at the screening of the part of the historical session content, so that the target historical session content is acquired in a targeted manner, and the acquisition efficiency of the target historical session content is improved.
Next, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described. Taking a multimedia interactive interface as an example of a conference interface of an online audio conference for explanation, with popularization and globalization development of the internet, applications such as office work in different places or teaching in different places are more and more common, and more industries carry out multimedia conversation through the online multimedia conference. Because each interactive object (namely, participants) participating in the multimedia conference is in different environments, the concentration degree of each interactive object on the conference is different, and once the conversation content cannot be considered due to vague delay or delay of other things, part of the conversation content is easy to miss. In the related art, when an interactive object missing session content requests to retrieve a missing part of historical session content, the interactive object in the session is often required to be interrupted, and the missing part of historical session content is repeated by the related interactive object.
Based on this, embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a computer-readable storage medium for processing multimedia interaction information, which can obtain target historical session content of a conference without interrupting a current conference process, thereby improving conference efficiency.
Referring to fig. 22, fig. 22 is an optional flowchart of a method for processing multimedia interaction information according to an embodiment of the present application, where a conference client is installed on a terminal, and a server is a server corresponding to the conference client, and the steps shown in fig. 22 will be described.
Step 201: and the server stores the conversation audio with preset duration before the latest conference progress in real time.
In practical application, when a user opens a client on a terminal to start an online audio conference, a background server of the client stores session audio information of a preset time length before a latest conference progress in real time, wherein the preset time length can be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset time length can be set to be 5 minutes or 10 minutes.
Step 202: and the server analyzes the conversation audio and identifies a corresponding interactive object.
The interactive object is a speaking user, the server analyzes the stored conversation audio, and stores the corresponding relation between the interactive object and the conversation audio after distinguishing the corresponding interactive object.
Step 203: the server returns the identified interactive object to the terminal.
Step 204: and the terminal responds to the triggering operation aiming at the playback function item, and presents indication information for prompting the playback target historical conversation content and the corresponding playback determination function item in the conference interface.
Here, the user may decide whether to continue playback of the target history session content based on the hint information, and when the user determines playback, the playback determination function item may be triggered.
Step 205: and the terminal responds to the triggering operation aiming at the playback determination function item and sends an acquisition request of the session content of the target interactive object to the server.
Here, the target interactive objects are all interactive objects that have been spoken within a preset time length before the latest conference progress.
Step 206: and the server acquires the historical conversation audio corresponding to the target interactive object based on the acquisition request.
Here, the acquisition request carries the object identifier of each target interaction object, and the server acquires the historical conversation audio of each target interaction object indicated by the object identifier based on the object identifier in the acquisition request.
Step 207: and the server performs text conversion on the historical conversation audio to obtain a target historical conversation text of the target interactive object.
Here, the target history session text is the above-mentioned target history session content. Because the current conversation is an audio conversation, in order to avoid the interference of the playback history conversation content on the current conversation, the conversation audio is subjected to text conversion to obtain a corresponding target history conversation text (namely the target history conversation content).
Step 208: and the server returns the target historical conversation text of the target interactive object to the terminal.
Step 209: the terminal presents the target historical conversation text.
Through the method, the session contents of all the interactive objects which have been sent within the preset time length are presented on the terminal, the current conference process is not required to be interrupted, the related interactive objects are not required to be troublesome to repeat the session contents, the time of other interactive objects is not required to be wasted, and the multimedia conference can be efficiently and smoothly carried out.
Referring to fig. 23, fig. 23 is an alternative flowchart of a method for processing multimedia interaction information according to an embodiment of the present application, and the steps shown in fig. 23 will be described.
Step 301: and the server stores the conversation audio with preset duration before the latest conference progress in real time.
Step 302: and the server analyzes the conversation audio and identifies a corresponding interactive object.
The interactive object is a speaking user, the server analyzes the stored conversation audio, and stores the corresponding relation between the interactive object and the conversation audio after distinguishing the corresponding interactive object.
Step 303: and the server returns the identified interactive object to the terminal.
Step 304: and the terminal responds to the triggering operation aiming at the playback function item and presents an object selection interface corresponding to at least two interactive objects on the conference interface.
Here, each spoken interactive object is presented in the conference interface.
Step 305: and the terminal responds to the object selection operation triggered based on the object selection interface and sends an acquisition request of the session content of the selected target interactive object to the server.
Step 306: and the server acquires the historical conversation audio corresponding to the target interactive object based on the acquisition request.
Here, the acquisition request carries an object identifier of the target interactive object, and the server acquires the historical conversation audio of the target interactive object indicated by the object identifier based on the object identifier in the acquisition request.
Step 307: and the server performs text conversion on the historical conversation audio to obtain a target historical conversation text of the target interactive object.
Here, the target history session text is the above-mentioned target history session content. Because the current conversation is an audio conversation, in order to avoid the interference of the playback history conversation content on the current conversation, the conversation audio is subjected to text conversion to obtain a corresponding target history conversation text.
Step 308: and the server sends the target historical conversation text of the target interactive object to the terminal.
Step 309: the terminal presents the target historical conversation text.
The historical conversation content of the target interactive object is presented in a text form and is synchronously carried out with the current audio conference progress, and the conference progress is not influenced.
Step 310: and the terminal cancels the presentation of the target historical conversation text in response to the triggering operation aiming at the playback exit function item.
Here, in the process of presenting the target historical conversation text, if the user triggers the playback exit function item, the terminal cancels the target historical conversation text being presented in response to the triggering operation, that is, the conference interface is restored to the normal conversation state.
