Then, acquiring information issued by each second application user on a third-party application platform; the published information includes, but is not limited to, a microblog published by a user (published text), a comment published by a user (comment text), a forwarded text, and a comment text. At least one target user may then be determined based on information published by each second application user at the third party application platform according to natural language understanding techniques.

Illustratively (taking a third-party application as an example of a microblog), comment information of each second application user for the first application user within three days is obtained, then the subject of each comment information is determined, and a comment corresponding user with the subject conforming to a target subject (such as a financial subject) is used as a candidate user, so that the first application user is screened, and subsequent data processing amount is reduced. And then, acquiring information which is issued by each candidate user on the third-party application platform within one month (the second preset time period can be adjusted according to the situation), wherein the information issued by the candidate user can be acquired first, and then the information issued on the third-party application platform and conforming to the target theme is determined based on the theme of the determined information. and determining the user corresponding to the information conforming to the target theme as the target user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the screening and determining the information meeting the target topic based on the information published by each second application user on the third-party application platform comprises:
determining the subject of the information published on the third-party application platform through an LDA topic model based on the information published on the third-party application platform by each second application user;
and determining information conforming to the target theme based on the determined theme of the information published on the third-party application platform.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the information published on the third-party application platform comprises at least one of published text, comment text, forward text, and compliment text.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the screening and determining the information published on the third-party application platform that meets the target topic based on the information published on the third-party application platform by each of the second application users comprises:
screening and determining comment texts conforming to target topics for the comment texts of the first application users within a first threshold time period based on the second application users;
the determining the user corresponding to the information conforming to the target theme as the target user includes:
determining users corresponding to the comment texts which accord with the target theme as candidate users;
acquiring information which is issued by the candidate user in a second preset time period and accords with a target theme by the third-party application platform;
determining the score of the candidate user based on the information conforming to the target subject and a predetermined rule;
determining the candidate user as a target user when the score of the candidate user satisfies a predetermined threshold score.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
determining push content aiming at the target user, and recommending the push content to the target user.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the target topic is a financial topic.
8. A target user determination apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first determination module, a second determination module and a third-party application platform, wherein the first determination module is used for determining at least one first application user based on public data of the third-party application platform, and the public data comprises an application user name, an application user profile and fan number;
a second determination module to determine a plurality of second application users associated with the first application user based on at least one of the first application users;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring information issued by each second application user on the third-party application platform;
and the third determining module is used for determining at least one target user based on the information issued by each second application user on the third-party application platform.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to: performing the target user determination method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium for storing computer instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the target user determination method of any of claims 1 to 7.
