Abstract

Technical Field

Background
According to the using mode of heating the non-combustible cigarette, a user needs to forcibly press the cigarette into a matched heater. Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to examples of embodiments shown in the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the heat-not-burn cigarette of the present invention comprises a tobacco section 1, a plug section 2, and an inlet section 3. Wherein the column-filling section 2 is arranged between the tobacco shred section 1 and the inlet section 3. The tobacco section 1 comprises a tobacco shred part 11 for generating smoke after being heated and cigarette paper 12 wrapping the exterior of the tobacco shred part 11. The column packing section 2 comprises a column part 21 for increasing the longitudinal (along the upstream and downstream path of the smoke) compression strength, a first forming paper 22 covering the outside of the column part 21, and a first vent hole 23 arranged longitudinally inside the column part 21 and used for allowing the smoke to pass through. The inlet section 3 is intended for the passage of smoke into the mouth of a user. When the tobacco shred heating device is used, the tobacco shred section 1 is contacted with a heater (the heater is inserted into the tobacco shred section 1, or the heater is arranged on the periphery of the tobacco shred section 1, the length of the heater is 10-30 mm generally), and smoke generated by heating the tobacco shred part 11 enters the mouth of a user after passing through the first vent hole 23 and the inlet section 3. The first end of the cooling section 4 is connected with the first end of the tobacco section 1 through a second tipping paper 5, the second end of the cooling section 4 opposite to the first end of the cooling section 4 is connected with the first end of the column filling section 2 through the second tipping paper 5, the second end of the column filling section 2 opposite to the first end of the column filling section 2 is connected with the first end of the inlet section 3 through the second tipping paper 5, and the second end of the inlet section 3 opposite to the first end of the inlet section 3 is used for smoke to pass through and flow into a user mouth. Wherein, a second vent hole 41 for smoke to pass through is arranged in the cooling section 4; the cigarette with the heating function and the non-combustion function has good smoke cooling effect. Preferably, the second tipping paper is tipping paper.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the cylindrical portion 21 is formed by folding and/or rolling a plurality of longitudinally arranged paper sheets 211 to provide a reliable compression resistance. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a third ventilation hole 24 for passing the smoke is provided between the outer wall of the cylinder portion 21 and the inner wall of the first forming paper 22, so as to facilitate the passage of the smoke and prevent the smoke from being blocked.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, third ventilation holes 24 for allowing the smoke to pass through are respectively arranged between the outer walls of the plurality of column parts 21 and the inner wall of the first forming paper 22, so that the smoke can pass through conveniently and the smoke is prevented from being blocked.

8. The heated non-burning cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the cylindrical portions (21) is one or more.
9. The heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 8, wherein when the number of the cylindrical portions (21) is plural, the first forming paper (22) is collectively wrapped around the outside of the plural cylindrical portions (21).
10. The heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 9, wherein a third ventilation hole (24) for passing the smoke is provided between the outer wall of the cylindrical portion (21) and the inner wall of the first forming paper (22).

The heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 9, wherein third ventilation holes (24) for passing the smoke are respectively provided between the outer walls of the plurality of cylindrical portions (21) and the inner wall of the first forming paper (22) and between the outer walls of the plurality of cylindrical portions (21).

15. A heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 13 wherein the nebulant comprises propylene glycol and/or glycerol.
16. The heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 1, characterized in that the inlet section (3) comprises a first cellulose acetate tow (31) and a second paper shaped to wrap outside the first cellulose acetate tow (31).
17. A heated non-combusted cigarette according to claim 3, wherein the temperature reduction section (4) comprises a second cellulose acetate tow (42) and a third paper coated outside the second cellulose acetate tow (42); the second vent hole (41) is provided inside the second acetate tow (42).

The heated non-combustible cigarette according to claim 17, characterized in that the second acetate tow (42) is internally provided with a plurality of filaments and/or a plurality of fine tubes for reducing the smoke temperature, the plurality of filaments and/or the plurality of fine tubes being arranged in bundles arranged longitudinally inside the second acetate tow (42).
