Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a transparent coating for a high-scratch-resistance tank and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of living standard of people, the understanding on food safety, product quality and energy problems is deepened gradually, and the quality requirement on product packaging materials is higher and higher. The three-piece can is widely used for containing food and beverage due to the convenient use and good sealing performance, and the shelf life of the filling can be effectively prolonged. However, since such packaging materials are usually made of metal materials, if they come into contact directly with the product to be filled, the product can corrode the metal, causing liquid leakage through the perforations, and the rust caused by corrosion can adversely affect the quality of the product.
In order to solve the problems, the common method in the prior art is to coat a layer of coating on the inner and outer surfaces of the three-piece can and the surface of the can cover, and the formed coating can effectively prevent the corrosion of the metal can body caused by filling products and does not destroy the taste of the contents. And the coatings typically used for three-piece cans are clear coatings in order to highlight the beneficial metallic luster of the three-piece can and improve visual aesthetics. At present, the common transparent coating for three-piece cans generally comprises:One component is main paint, the other component uses amino resin or isocyanate resin as curing agent, when in use, the amino resin or isocyanate resin is uniformly mixed according to a preset proportion, and a proper amount of diluent is added, and the mixture is uniformly stirred, so that roll coating and construction can be carried out.
The Chinese patent with application number 03150467.1 discloses a water-based two-component aliphatic polyurethane coating, which is characterized in that the coating is A, B two components, and the weight mixing ratio of A to B is 1000 to 25-27; the component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-70% of aqueous polyurethane acid-modified resin solution, 12-20% of acrylic emulsion, 15-18% of deionized water and 0.4% of additive; the component B is a polybasic aziridine solution, and the molecular formula of the component B is as follows: c22H33N3O7The additive is a water-based leveling agent, a defoaming agent and a surface additive, and the water-based two-component polyurethane coating has certain gloss and wear resistance during construction, but the coating still has the problems of poor scratch resistance, uneven gloss and low transparency.
