the processing module 201 is used for setting a payment mode of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of a target vehicle to be self-service payment through an ETC application program in advance;
the scanning module 202 is configured to scan a target two-dimensional code associated with a geographic position of the ETC antenna device corresponding to a position of a target vehicle when the target vehicle reaches a target exit, and establish a link between an ETC application program and an ETC data management platform;
the receiving module 203 is used for receiving the vehicle fee which is sent by the ETC data management platform and is to be paid by the target vehicle;
an obtaining module 204, configured to obtain a payment confirmation instruction;
the fee deduction module 205 is used for deducting the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle from the ETC payment account which is bound with the account of the ETC application program in advance according to the payment confirmation instruction;
and the sending module 206 is configured to send information that payment is successful to the vehicle management platform after the fee deduction is completed, so that the vehicle management platform sends a brake opening instruction to the field control device, and the field control device releases the target vehicle according to the brake opening instruction.
In one embodiment, the processing module 201 is configured to bind the account number of the ETC application program with the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle, and bind the ETC payment account number associated with the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal with the account number of the ETC application program according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
In one embodiment, the processing module 201 is configured to set payment modes of all scenes or target scenes under an account of the ETC application program to self-payment, where the target scenes include toll fees of a highway and parking fees of a parking lot.
In one embodiment, the sending module 206 is configured to send the successful payment information to the ETC data management platform after the fee deduction is completed, so that the ETC data management platform marks the vehicle fee of the target vehicle as the paid state.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 204 is configured to obtain the target billing information after the fee deduction is completed;
the sending module 206 is used for sending the target billing information to the vehicle management platform;
and the receiving module 203 is used for receiving an electronic invoice which is sent by the vehicle management platform and made according to the target invoicing information.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 204 is configured to obtain target billing information input by a user; or acquiring target billing information from at least one piece of billing information bound with the account number of the ETC application program, wherein the target billing information is corresponding billing information when ETC payment is adopted.
According to the ETC self-service payment device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the payment mode of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle is set to self-service payment through the ETC application program in advance, so that when the target vehicle reaches a target outlet and needs to pay, a communication link between the ETC application program and the ETC data management platform is established by scanning the target two-dimensional code, and the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle sent by the ETC data management platform is obtained, so that a user can clearly determine the fee to be paid by the vehicle; further, according to the payment confirmation instruction of the user, vehicle cost to be paid by the target vehicle is deducted from the ETC payment account bound with the account of the ETC application program, and self-service payment of the ETC is achieved; and after the payment is finished, the information of successful payment is sent to the vehicle management platform, so that the vehicle management platform controls the field control equipment to open the brake and release the target vehicle. The embodiment of the disclosure further provides an ETC self-service payment device, which includes a receiver, a transmitter, a memory and a processor, where the transmitter and the memory are respectively connected with the processor, the memory stores at least one computer instruction, and the processor is configured to load and execute the at least one computer instruction, so as to implement the ETC self-service payment method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1.
Based on the ETC self-service payment method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. The storage medium stores computer instructions for executing the ETC self-service payment method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (9)

1. An ETC self-service payment method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting a payment mode of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of a target vehicle as self-service payment through an ETC application program in advance;
when the target vehicle reaches a target exit, scanning a target two-dimensional code associated with the geographic position of the target vehicle by user terminal equipment, and establishing a link between an ETC application program of the user terminal equipment and an ETC data management platform;
receiving the vehicle fee which is sent by the ETC data management platform and is to be paid by the target vehicle;
acquiring a payment confirmation instruction, and deducting the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle from an ETC payment account which is bound with an account of the ETC application program in advance according to the payment confirmation instruction;
and after the fee deduction is completed, sending information of successful payment to a vehicle management platform so that the vehicle management platform can send a brake opening instruction to a field control device, and the field control device releases the target vehicle according to the brake opening instruction.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein prior to scanning the target two-dimensional code associated with the geographic location of the ETC antenna device corresponding to the location of the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
and binding the account number of the ETC application program with a vehicle-mounted terminal identification of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle, and binding an ETC payment account number associated with the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal with the account number of the ETC application program according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identification of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the pre-setting of the payment mode of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle as self-payment through the ETC application comprises:
setting payment modes of all scenes or target scenes under the account number of the ETC application program as self-service payment, wherein the target scenes comprise toll of a highway and parking fee of a parking lot.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the fee deduction is completed, sending the information of successful payment to the ETC data management platform so that the ETC data management platform marks the vehicle fee of the target vehicle as a paid state.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after the fee deduction is completed, acquiring target billing information and sending the target billing information to the vehicle management platform;
and receiving an electronic invoice which is pushed by the vehicle management platform and made according to the target billing information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining target billing information comprises:
acquiring the target billing information input by a user;
or acquiring the target billing information from at least one piece of billing information bound with the account number of the ETC application program, wherein the target billing information is corresponding billing information when ETC payment is adopted.

when the target vehicle reaches a target exit, an ETC application program of user terminal equipment scans a target two-dimensional code associated with the geographic position of the target vehicle according to scanning operation triggered by a user, and a link between the ETC application program and the ETC data management platform is established; after determining the geographic position associated with the target two-dimensional code, the ETC data management platform sends the vehicle cost to be paid by the target vehicle to the ETC application program;
the ETC application program of the user terminal equipment acquires a payment confirmation instruction, deducts the vehicle fee to be paid by the target vehicle from an ETC payment account which is bound with the account of the ETC application program in advance according to the payment confirmation instruction, and sends the information of successful payment to the vehicle management platform after deduction is completed;
and the vehicle management platform sends a brake opening instruction to the field control equipment, and the field control equipment releases the target vehicle according to the brake opening instruction.

The system according to claim 7, wherein the account number of the ETC application program is previously bound with a vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the target vehicle, and a payment account number associated with the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is bound with the account number of the ETC application program through the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal;
the setting of the payment mode of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal into ETC application self-service payment in advance comprises the following steps: and setting payment modes of all scenes or target scenes under the account number of the ETC application program as self-service payment, wherein the target scenes comprise the toll of a highway and the parking fee of a parking lot.
