Abstract
The invention provides a flame-proof water curtain device, comprising: a sensor for monitoring an explosive shock wave; water curtain forming means for forming a water curtain; the control valve is connected with the water curtain forming device and the water source and is used for controlling the water source to enter the water curtain forming device; the control device is connected with the sensor and the control valve; when the sensor monitors the explosion shock wave, the control device opens the control valve to enable the water source to enter the water curtain forming device. According to the explosion-proof device, the sensor is arranged to monitor the explosion shock waves in real time, the control device opens the control valve according to the explosion shock waves monitored by the sensor to form the water curtain, and the effects of intelligently, automatically and highly sensitively monitoring the explosion and quickly reacting the explosion-proof treatment are achieved. Meanwhile, the water curtain forming device is adopted in the invention, so that the explosion-proof effect is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of explosion suppression, in particular to an explosion suppression water curtain device and an explosion suppression method.
Background
The traditional mine explosion-proof mode mainly comprises an explosion-proof water bag shed. The explosion-proof water bag shed mainly has the effects of isolating the spread of gas and coal dust explosion and reducing the loss caused by disasters by arranging the explosion-proof water bags in the explosion-proof water bag shed at intervals. However, the explosion-proof effect is not ideal.
The explosion-proof water curtain is a relatively new explosion-proof device for the mine at present. The explosion-proof principle is that the water is vaporized into a water curtain belt by using the high temperature during explosion and absorbs a large amount of heat, so that the explosion flame is extinguished and cannot be spread.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the present specification, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle", and the like are used for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and changes or modifications in the relative relationship may be made without substantial changes in the technical content.
Example one
The embodiment provides a flameproof water curtain device, as shown in fig. 1-2, including: sensor 1, water curtain forming device 2, control valve 3 and control device 4.
The sensor 1 and the control valve 3 are connected with the control device 4, specifically, the sensor 1 is used for monitoring explosion shock waves and transmitting the monitored wave data of the explosion shock to the control device 4; the control valve 3 is also connected with the water curtain forming device 2 and a water source, the control valve 3 is used for controlling whether the water source enters the water curtain forming device 2 or not, in the implementation, the control valve 3 is preferably an electric ball valve, the water source enters the water curtain after being pressurized to form a high-pressure water source, or the water source is directly pumped into the water curtain forming device 2 through a water pump; a water curtain forming device 2 for forming a water curtain. Specifically, when the sensor 1 monitors the explosion shock wave and transmits the monitored data of the explosion shock wave to the control device 4, the control device 4 controls the control valve 3 to be opened, and the water source enters the water curtain forming device 2 to form the water curtain.
Specifically, the explosion-proof water curtain device further comprises an explosion-proof shell, a main power supply 6 and a standby power supply 7. The control means 4, the main power supply 6 and the backup power supply 7 are all arranged in an explosion proof housing.
The explosion-proof shell is used for explosion-proof shock absorption, and plays a good role in protecting the control device, the main power supply and the standby power supply.
The main power supply 6 and the standby power supply 7 are connected with the control device 4; in this embodiment, the primary power source is preferably an AC127V power source and the backup power source is preferably a rechargeable battery.
According to the invention, the explosion shock wave is monitored in real time by the sensor, the control device opens the control valve according to the explosion shock wave monitored by the sensor to form the water curtain, and the effects of intelligently, automatically and highly sensitively monitoring the explosion and quickly reacting the explosion suppression treatment are realized. Meanwhile, the water curtain forming device is adopted in the invention, so that the explosion-proof effect is greatly improved.
As an embodiment, the water curtain forming apparatus includes: a main pipe 21, a plurality of branch pipes 22 and a plurality of water curtain nozzles;
specifically, the branch pipe 22 is connected to the main pipe 21; wherein a plurality of the branch pipes 22 are arranged at intervals. Preferably, a plurality of the branch pipes 22 are arranged in parallel, and any one of the branch pipes 22 is arranged perpendicular to the main pipe 21.
The water curtain nozzles are used for forming water mist, are arranged on the branch pipes 22 and are communicated with the branch pipes 22; preferably, at least two sides of any branch pipe 22 are provided with a plurality of water curtain spray heads at intervals from top to bottom.
The interval sets up a plurality of parallel branch pipes for can form the effective water curtain of multilayer, play the effect of multilayer water curtain to the successive layer flame proof of explosion blast shock wave, and set up a plurality of water curtain shower nozzles in two sides of every branch pipe, can form abundant and good water curtain effect, further reinforcing the flame proof effect of water curtain.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the explosion-proof water curtain device further includes: a filtering device 5; the filter device 5 is connected to the main pipe 21.
The filtering device 5 is used for filtering a water source; specifically, the filtering device 5 is used for filtering particle impurities and ions which are easy to form rust blockage in a water source, and the like, so that the branch pipe, the main pipe and the water curtain nozzle are prevented from forming rust blockage, and the service life of the water curtain nozzle is prolonged.
Wherein the control valve 3 is arranged between the main pipe 21 and the filter device 5 and is connected to the main pipe 21 and the filter device 5.
In this embodiment, when the sensor 1 monitors the explosion shock wave and transmits the explosion shock wave to the control device 4, the control device 4 responds to the data of the received explosion shock wave and opens the control valve 3, the water source enters the filter device 5 from the water inlet of the filter device 5 to be filtered, the filtered water source flows out from the water outlet of the filter device 5 and then enters the main pipe 21 through the control valve 3, and then enters the branch pipe 22, and then is sprayed out through the water curtain nozzle to form the water curtain.
Example two
The embodiment provides a flameproof method, which is applied to the flameproof water curtain device in the embodiment one, and comprises the following steps:
s1, monitoring the explosion shock wave;
specifically, the sensor monitors the blast shock wave and transmits the detected blast shock wave to the control device.
S2: and responding to the monitored explosion shock wave, the control device opens the control valve to enable the water source to enter the water curtain forming device to form the water curtain.
Specifically, the control device receives data of the explosion shock wave, and the control device opens the control valve to enable a water source to enter the water curtain forming device to form a water curtain;

a plurality of branch pipes, any of which is connected with the main pipe;
the water curtain nozzles are arranged on the branch pipes and communicated with the branch pipes, and each branch pipe is at least provided with one water curtain nozzle.

the filtering device is connected with the main pipe.
