Abstract

the thickener is selected from a mixture of PUR44 and RM-8W, wherein the addition amounts of PUR44 and RM-8W are 0.4 wt% and 0.3 wt%, respectively.

Weighing the components of the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane dispersoid, deionized water, quartz slurry, a silane coupling agent, a film-forming assistant, a defoaming agent, a wetting and leveling agent and a thickening agent according to the waterborne single-component top-coat paint in the embodiment 1;
mixing the water-based acrylic modified polyurethane dispersoid, deionized water, quartz slurry, a silane coupling agent, a film-forming aid, a defoaming agent, a wetting and leveling agent and a thickening agent at the rotating speed of 2000rpm to obtain a first mixture, and controlling the fineness of the first mixture to be 25 mu m to obtain the water-based single-component top-coat paint.

The water-based single-component top-coat paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight, based on 100 percent of the total weight of the water-based single-component top-coat paint:

Weighing the components of the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane dispersoid, deionized water, quartz slurry, a silane coupling agent, a film-forming assistant, a defoaming agent, a wetting and leveling agent and a thickening agent according to the waterborne single-component top-coat paint in the embodiment 1;
mixing the water-based acrylic modified polyurethane dispersoid, deionized water, quartz slurry, a silane coupling agent, a film-forming aid, a defoaming agent, a wetting and leveling agent and a thickening agent at the rotating speed of 2000rpm to obtain a first mixture, and controlling the fineness of the first mixture to be 25 mu m to obtain the water-based single-component top-coat paint.
Performance analysis:
the water-based single-component top-coat paint provided by the examples 1-2 and the comparative examples 1-3 is coated on the surface of the paintSpraying UV primer on the wood board to obtain a wood board with a thickness of 150um/m2After accelerated drying at 50 ℃ for 48 hours, the liquid resistance and hot water cup mark resistance were tested, and the test results are shown in table 1: comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that quartz slurry, a silane coupling agent system are not used, and the effect of comparative example 1 is not ideal in hot cup printing;
comparative example 2 adopts a commercial common high-hardness PUA dispersion, quartz slurry and a silane coupling agent system, and compared with examples 1 and 2, the hardness of comparative example 2 is obviously improved, marks are obvious in a cup mark resistance test, and a whitening phenomenon and the marks are obvious when 2-hour heat-resistant cup mark treatment is carried out;
comparative example 3 adopts a common high-hardness PUA dispersion on the market and does not add a quartz slurry and a silane coupling agent system, compared with examples 1 and 2, the hardness of comparative example 3 is slightly lower, and the mark is obvious and the alcohol resistance effect is poor when the treatment is carried out on ethanol with the mass concentration of 50%; the hot cup printing treatment performed for 2 hours also exhibited a whitish appearance, marked clearly, and was difficult to recover.
It can be seen that the hardness of the examples 1 and 2 prepared by the preparation method of the invention achieves extremely high effect, the strength is high, the heat resistance and the water resistance are good, and the problem of hot cup printing can not occur.

3. The water-based one-component top-coat paint according to claim 2, wherein the nano-scale quartz slurry is at least one selected from nano-scale quartz slurries of micromech company A series.
4. The waterborne one-component clear top coating of claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is selected from at least one of titanate coupling agent, KH550, KH 560.
5. The waterborne one-component clear top coating according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the film forming aid comprises at least one of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether, and diethylene glycol butyl ether.
6. The water-based single-component clear top coating as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the defoaming agent is selected from at least one of BYK024, BYK028, Tego 810 and Tego 902W.
7. The water-based single-component clear top coating paint according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the wetting and leveling agent is at least one selected from BYK349, BYK333 and Tego 4100.
8. The aqueous one-component top-coat paint according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the thickener is selected from associative polyurethane thickeners.
9. The waterborne one-component top-coat paint of claim 8, wherein the associative polyurethane thickener is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyurethane PUR40, polyurethane PUR44, and polyurethane RM-8W.
10. A preparation method of the water-based single-component top-coat paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the components of the waterborne acrylic modified polyurethane dispersoid, deionized water, quartz slurry, a silane coupling agent, a film-forming assistant, a defoaming agent, a wetting and leveling agent and a thickening agent;
and mixing the water-based acrylic modified polyurethane dispersion, the deionized water, the quartz slurry, the silane coupling agent, the film-forming auxiliary agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting and leveling agent and the thickening agent to obtain the water-based single-component top-coat paint.
