Abstract
An eye drug delivery indwelling needle tube system comprises an eye fascia capsule (Tenon capsule) drug delivery system and/or a conjunctival sac drug delivery system, wherein the eye fascia capsule drug delivery system comprises an eye fascia capsule indwelling needle connected with a drug supply part; the conjunctival sac drug delivery system comprises a conjunctival sac indwelling pipe (16) connected with the drug delivery part and a tear recovery pipeline (12) for recovering the residual liquid medicine of the conjunctival sac. The eye drug administration indwelling needle tube system can be simply and conveniently placed under or in the eye eyeball fascia sac, is convenient to place and take out, is stable to place, has little influence on eye tissues and has high safety; the medicine supply part comprises a connecting pipe (3), a head band device (2), a medicine liquid pump, a medicine supply groove and corresponding customized medicines. The eye drug administration indwelling needle tube system is fixed on the head of a patient in a wearing mode, improves drug administration convenience, can be better fixed, prevents falling off, and is favorable for continuous controllable drug administration.

Claims (9)
- An eye drug delivery indwelling needle tube system is characterized in that the indwelling needle tube system comprises an eyeball fascia capsule drug delivery system and/or a conjunctival sac drug delivery system, the eyeball fascia capsule drug delivery system comprises an eyeball fascia capsule indwelling needle, one end of the eyeball fascia capsule indwelling needle is connected with a drug supply part, and the other end of the eyeball fascia capsule indwelling needle is used for outputting drugs to the eyeball fascia capsule; the conjunctival sac drug delivery system comprises a conjunctival sac indwelling tube used for outputting drugs to the conjunctival sac, one end of the conjunctival sac indwelling tube is connected with the drug supply part, and the other end of the conjunctival sac indwelling tube is used for outputting the drugs to the conjunctival sac.
- The ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle tubing system according to claim 1, wherein the tenon's capsule indwelling needle comprises an inner core and an outer tube movably sleeved on the inner core, a needle head is arranged at the end of the inner core, an elastic member is arranged at the end of the outer tube, the elastic member has a conical or truncated cone shape with a hollow structure, and the inner core can extend out of or retract into the elastic member.
- The system of claim 2, wherein the elastic member has at least one slit along the generatrix of the cone or truncated cone.
- The needle system of claim 2 or 3, wherein a flexible balloon is further disposed on the outer surface of the outer tube, the interior of the flexible balloon is connected to the interior of the outer tube, and the flexible balloon can expand to form a protrusion during the delivery of the liquid medicine.
- The ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle tubing system according to claim 1, wherein the tenon's capsule indwelling needle is a needle or a tube, or the tenon's capsule indwelling needle comprises an inner core needle and an outer sheath, or the tenon's capsule indwelling needle comprises an inner core tube and an outer sheath.
- The ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle system according to claim 1, wherein the end of the conjunctival sac indwelling needle for delivering the drug is an annular pipe, and an opening is arranged on the wall of the annular pipe.
- The ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle system of claim 1, further comprising a tear recovery tube for recovering tear fluid not absorbed by the conjunctival sac and overflowing the eye.
- The needle cannula system for ocular drug delivery indwelling according to claim 7, wherein the tear fluid recovery tube comprises an active recovery tube disposed near the punctum and a passive recovery tube disposed on the lower eyelid, the active recovery tube sucks the drug solution at a certain negative pressure, and the passive recovery tube is a flow channel sucking the drug solution by gravity or capillary effect.
- The ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle cannula system of claim 7, wherein the tenon's capsule indwelling needle, the conjunctival capsule indwelling tube and the tear fluid recovery tube are mounted on a goggle which is fixed on the head by a head mount.
