Abstract

The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 4, there is shown a fabricated overhead floor tile module according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which mainly comprises: the pallet frame 1 comprises a bearing plate 11 and a pallet 12 arranged at the bottom of the bearing plate 11, wherein the bearing plate 11 is provided with a plurality of paving holes 111, a grouting cavity 121 is arranged inside the pallet 12, a grouting hole 122 is arranged on the side surface of the pallet 12, and the grouting hole 122 is communicated with the grouting cavity 121 and the paving holes 111; the ceramic tile 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the bearing plate 11, and cement mortar in the grouting cavity 121 is adhered to the reverse side of the ceramic tile 2 through the paving hole 111; and feet 3 arranged at four corners of the bottom of the supporting plate 12. Wherein, the aperture of the grouting hole 122 is smaller than that of the paving hole 111.

4. A fabricated overhead floor tile module according to claim 3, wherein the base plate (123) is "U" shaped in cross-section.
5. An assembled overhead floor tile module according to claim 4, wherein the side plates (124) are "U" shaped in cross-section and open to the inside of the pallet (12).
6. A fabricated overhead floor tile module according to claim 5, wherein the side panels (124) have a top dimension that is smaller than a bottom dimension thereof.
7. A fabricated overhead floor tile module according to claim 6, wherein the footing (3) comprises an upper support plate (31), a support rod (32) and a lower support plate (33) connected in sequence.
8. A fabricated overhead floor tile module according to claim 7, wherein the upper support plate (31) and the lower support plate (33) are the same size and shape.
9. A fabricated overhead floor tile module according to claim 8, wherein the upper support plate (31) and the lower support plate (33) are both square.
10. A fabricated overhead floor tile module according to claim 9, wherein the top and bottom of the support rod (32) are threaded with the upper support plate (31) and the lower support plate (33), respectively.
