Abstract
The invention provides a fishing device for taking out shallow drilling rock cores, which comprises a barrel, wherein a piston is arranged in the barrel, the piston is driven to move in the barrel by a threaded rod screwed at the upper end of the barrel, a rotating rod is arranged at the end part of the threaded rod, a gas valve is also arranged at the upper end of the barrel, and a grabbing structure is arranged at the lower end of the barrel; snatch the structure including the spacing layer that is located the outside, the inboard of spacing layer is equipped with the inflation layer, and the inboard on inflation layer is equipped with the sucking disc, and the inflation layer is equipped with the inflation channel that upwards extends, and inflation channel passes through the inside intercommunication of connector and barrel. Background
In rock engineering exploration, design and research, drilling a core is one of necessary steps for acquiring rock characteristics. The small-size, light shallow core sampling rig often uses, but the shallow rock mass is broken relatively usually, if card coring is not firm, the sampling method is improper etc. takes place the core and drops the accident easily, for example the core falls back the hole bottom, blocks in the hole etc. and leads to coring the success rate lower.
In the prior art, different types of core fishers such as a clamp spring type, a steel wire rope, a rubber claw and the like are invented so as to solve the problem of fishing of cores. But because the shallow rock mass has more cracks, the fishing space is narrow and small, the rock core fisher has the defects of complex structure, complex process, low operation efficiency and the like, and is difficult to effectively solve the problem of shallow drilling rock core.

a fishing device for taking out shallow drilling rock cores comprises a barrel, wherein a piston is arranged in the barrel, the piston is driven by a threaded rod screwed on the upper end of the barrel to move in the barrel, a rotating rod is arranged at the end part of the threaded rod, a gas valve is further arranged at the upper end of the barrel, and a grabbing structure is arranged at the lower end of the barrel; the grabbing structure comprises a limiting layer located on the outer side, an expansion layer is arranged on the inner side of the limiting layer, a sucker is arranged on the inner side of the expansion layer, an inflation channel extending upwards is arranged on the expansion layer, and the inflation channel is communicated with the inside of the barrel through a connector.
Based on the above, the outer diameter of the limiting layer is 2-5mm larger than the outer diameter of the core needing to be taken out.

step 1: for the rock core with a smooth surface, firstly, a cylinder body is stretched into a drill hole, a sucker is enabled to sleeve the rock core, then, a gas valve is opened, a pull rod is rotated through a rotating rod, a piston is enabled to move outwards and slowly for a certain distance, the sucker is enabled to suck the rock core, and finally, the cylinder body is taken out slowly, and the rock core is taken out;
step 2: for the rock core with uneven surface, firstly, the barrel extends into the drill hole, the sucker is made to be sleeved in the rock core, then the gas valve is closed, the pull rod is rotated through the rotating rod to enable the piston to slowly move for a certain distance outwards, gas in the barrel during the outward movement of the piston enters the inflation channel through the connecting port to enable the expansion layer to expand, the sucker is made to tightly suck the rock core, and finally, the barrel is slowly taken out, so that the rock core is proposed together.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress, and particularly has the following advantages:
according to the fishing device and the using method thereof, the sucker and the expansion hoop structure are ingeniously utilized, the fishing device for taking back the shallow drilling left rock core and the using method thereof are designed, the function of stably grabbing the rock core with a flat or uneven surface in a narrow space is realized by flexibly utilizing the adsorption force of the sucker and the expansion clamping force of the expansion hoop, and the fishing device is exquisite in structure, simple to manufacture and easy to operate.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1-2, the invention provides a fishing device for taking out a core of shallow drilling, which comprises a cylinder 1, wherein a piston 2 is arranged in the cylinder 1, the piston 2 is driven by a threaded rod 3 screwed at the upper end of the cylinder 1 to move in the cylinder 1, a rotating rod 4 is arranged at the end part of the threaded rod 3, a gas valve 5 is also arranged at the upper end of the cylinder 1, and a grabbing structure 6 for fixing a core 13 is arranged at the lower end of the cylinder 1.
Based on the above, the outer diameter of the limiting layer 9 is 2-5mm larger than the outer diameter of the core 13 to be taken out.
The material of the limiting layer 9 is aluminum alloy or iron.
The material of the expansion layer 8 is latex.
The material of the sucking disc 7 is polyurethane rubber or nitrile rubber.
The fishing device for extracting shallow drilling cores 13 according to the above, the use method thereof comprises the following steps:
step 1: for a rock core 13 with a smooth surface, firstly, a cylinder body 1 extends into a drill hole 12, a sucker 7 is used for sleeving the rock core 13, then, a gas valve 5 is opened, a pull rod is rotated through a rotating rod 4, a piston 2 slowly moves outwards for a certain distance, the sucker 7 is used for tightly sucking the rock core 13, and finally, the cylinder body 1 is slowly taken out, so that the rock cores 13 are lifted out together;
step 2: for the rock core 13 with uneven surface, firstly, the cylinder body 1 extends into the drill hole 12, the sucker 7 is used for sleeving the rock core 13, then the gas valve 5 is closed, the pull rod is rotated through the rotating rod 4, the piston 2 slowly moves outwards for a certain distance, gas in the cylinder body 1 during the outward movement of the piston 2 enters the inflation channel 10 through the connecting port 11, then the expansion layer 8 is expanded, the sucker 7 tightly sucks the rock core 13, and finally, the cylinder body 1 is slowly taken out, so that the rock core 13 is lifted out together.
The invention skillfully utilizes the adsorption force of the sucker 7 and the expansion clamping force of the expansion layer 8, can efficiently clamp and fix the core 13 with a smooth surface or the core 13 with an uneven surface, and takes the core 13 out of the drill hole 12.

step 1: for a rock core (13) with a smooth surface, firstly, a cylinder body (1) extends into a drill hole (12), a sucker is used for sleeving the rock core (13), then, a gas valve (5) is opened, a pull rod is rotated through a rotating rod (4) to enable a piston (2) to slowly move outwards for a certain distance, the sucker is used for tightly sucking the rock core (13), and finally, the cylinder body (1) is slowly taken out, so that the rock core (13) is lifted out;
step 2: for the rock core (13) with uneven surface, firstly, the barrel body (1) extends into the drill hole (12), the sucking disc is enabled to sleeve the rock core (13), then, the gas valve (5) is closed, the pull rod is rotated through the rotating rod (4) to enable the piston (2) to slowly move outwards for a certain distance, gas in the barrel body (1) in the process that the piston (2) moves outwards enters the inflation channel (10) through the connecting port (11) to further enable the expansion layer (8) to expand, the sucking disc tightly sucks the rock core (13), and finally, the barrel body (1) is slowly taken out, so that the rock core (13) is lifted out together.
