s3: in the process that the movable tank (5) is stressed to rotate, 3 groups of electric heating assemblies (2) which are distributed at equal angles are arranged on the outer side of the movable tank, so that the rotating stability of the movable tank (5) is ensured, and meanwhile, the materials in the movable tank (5) are stably separated in a dry-wet mode through the good heat conduction performance of the copper material of the movable tank (5), and the quick drying and hot drying work of the materials is realized;
s4, after single group of materials are processed, the electric push rod (7) is driven to drive the butt joint piece (8) to move upwards, then the mounting disc (13) containing the materials is driven to move upwards to a position separated from a closed state through the connecting shaft (12) connected with the end bearing, and meanwhile, in the process of moving upwards of the mounting disc (13), 2 groups of protection plates (15) are driven to be forced to be opened outwards through the traction rope (14), and then the mounting disc (15) containing the materials is matched to be conveniently and stably discharged.
