技术领域
本发明涉及属于橡胶制造工艺,具体为一种不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,钢丝编织胶管用胶料都要添加含甲醛的粘合剂(如:RA、RS、RH、AS-88、 AB-30、RC等)提高粘合,胶料在加工过程中会释放出甲醛。既对大气造成污染又对员工的身体造成伤害。为此制备不含甲醛的钢丝管用丁腈胶料势在必行。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料及其制备方法,能有效减少丁腈橡胶在加工过程中甲醛释放,减少对员工及空气的污染。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料,所述钢丝编织管胶料包括按照重量份计的以下组分:
丁腈橡胶85-95份,丁苯橡胶5-15份,氧化锌5-8份,硬脂酸1-2份,防老剂BLE 3-4份,硫磺1.5-2.5份,促进剂DZ 0.5-2份,防焦剂CTP0.3-0.7 份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-15份,快压出炭黑40-60份,半补强炉黑30-50份,增粘树脂6-8份,液体丁腈3-5份。
优选地,所述钢丝编织管胶料包括按照重量份计的以下组分:
丁腈橡胶85-90份,丁苯橡胶5-10份,氧化锌5-6份,硬脂酸1-1.5份,防老剂BLE 3-3.5份,硫磺1.5-2份,促进剂DZ 0.5-1.5份,防焦剂CTP 0.3-0.5 份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-12份,快压出炭黑40-50份,半补强炉黑30-40份,增粘树脂6-7份,液体丁腈3-4份。

优选地,所述丁腈橡胶3305的数均分子量为60万到90万,丙烯腈百分含量为26%~40%;
所述增粘树脂为石油树脂或增粘树脂LS506或其组合。
丁腈橡胶型号为3305或N41或NV7030或其组合,丁苯橡胶型号为1502;快压出炭黑型号为N550,半补强炉黑型号为N774。
所述不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,密炼机塑炼,密炼机中加入丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、增粘树脂,密炼机搅拌,待密炼机温度升为95-105℃时即排胶,得到混合胶;
第二步,采用开炼机进行薄通工艺,调整开炼机前后辊筒升温到55~60℃,使前后两辊筒的距离为0.1-1mm,加入经密炼机预混的混合胶,进行细塑炼,要求五包三卷后调大前后两辊筒的距离为5-10mm,下片停放20-24小时,即为橡胶原材料;
第三步,混炼工艺,分二段:
第一段:(1)调整密炼机转速为25-30转/分,升上顶栓,加入橡胶原材料、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂和三分之一的快压出炭黑和半补强炉黑,密炼2-3 分钟;
(2)加入剩余六分之一的快压出炭黑和半补强炉黑、密炼2~3分钟;
(3)加入其余的快压出炭黑和半补强炉黑及邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,密炼4-5 分钟后排胶,下片,冷却,停放10-12小时,得到一段混炼后胶料;
第二段:(1)调整密炼机转速为25-30转/分,加入一段混炼后胶料、硫磺、防焦剂CTP、促进剂DZ和液体丁腈密炼2~3分钟,排胶;
(2)开炼机往返捣胶8-10遍后下片冷却停放得到混炼胶料。
优选地,所述第一步中,密炼机搅拌转速为30-35转/分。
优选地,所述第三步中,步骤(1)、(2)和(3)密炼温度为90-120℃;步骤(3)中排胶温度为70-90℃。
优选地,混炼胶料后期硫化工艺条件为:硫化温度143-151℃,硫化时间40-60 分钟。
本发明有益效果:
1、丁腈胶料的选择
选择数均分子量为60万到90万,丙烯腈含量26~40%的丁腈橡胶。
2、硫化剂及其助剂的选择
采用不溶性硫磺(S)次磺酰胺类促进剂(DZ)加入氧化锌和氧化镁或氧化铁。
3、防护体系助剂的选择
采用对橡胶与黄铜的粘合具有特殊增粘作用的防老剂BLE,同时还具有良好的耐热耐屈挠性能。
4、补强填充体系及助剂的选择
采用碱性的炉法炭黑(N550、N774),因其中含有羟基,能与胶料中的氨基酸生成化学键,利于胶料与镀铜钢丝的粘合。
5、软化助剂的选择
采用非迁移的增粘剂(石油树脂、增粘树脂LS506)和高分子量的软化剂(液体丁腈),可有效提高胶料的粘合性能。
6、硫化条件的确定
根据橡胶与镀铜钢丝的粘合机里,要保障硫磺与铜的反应和硫磺与橡胶的反应,硫化温度确定为143-151℃,硫化时间设计40-60分钟。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。
实施例1
一、胶料配方的试验及确定:
一种不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料的配方,通过正式交试验确定最终配方。
首先,利用正交表进行配方设计,确定的四因素三水平见表1。

通过正交试验,对9个试验配方号进行实验,检测实验结果,并对极差进行评价见表2。

结果判定:
(1)由极差(M)看出,粘合体系对胶料粘结强度(H抽出)的影响最大。
(2)从试验数据看出:9号试验配方综合试验性能最好。由此确定因素水平为:A3B1C2D3,即A聚合物体系N41/NV7030:90/10;B硫化体系S/DZ:2.5/1.5; C补强体系N550/N774:60/30;D粘合体系增粘树脂/液体丁腈:6.0/4.0。
即:不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料配方包括按照重量份计的以下组分:丁腈橡胶 90份,丁苯橡胶10份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂BLE 3.5份,硫磺 2.5份,促进剂DZ 1.5份,防焦剂CTP 0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份,快压出炭黑60份,半补强炉黑30份,增粘树脂6份,液体丁腈4份。
丁腈橡胶型号为3305或N41或NV7030或其组合,丁苯橡胶型号为1502;快压出炭黑型号为N550,半补强炉黑型号为N774。

丁腈橡胶90份,丁苯橡胶10份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂BLE 3.5份,硫磺2.5份,促进剂DZ 1.5份,防焦剂CTP 0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份,快压出炭黑60份,半补强炉黑30份,增粘树脂6份,液体丁腈4份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料,其特征在于:所述丁腈橡胶3305的数均分子量为60万到90万,丙烯腈百分含量为26%~40%;所述增粘树脂为石油树脂或增粘树脂LS506或其组合;
丁腈橡胶型号为3305或N41或NV7030或其组合,丁苯橡胶型号为1502;快压出炭黑型号为N550,半补强炉黑型号为N774。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的不含甲醛的钢丝编织管胶料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
第一步,密炼机塑炼,密炼机中加入丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、增粘树脂,密炼机搅拌,待密炼机温度升为95-105℃时即排胶,得到混合胶;
第二步,采用开炼机进行薄通工艺,调整开炼机前后辊筒升温到55~60℃,使前后两辊筒的距离为0.1-1mm,加入经密炼机预混的混合胶,进行细塑炼,要求五包三卷后调大前后两辊筒的距离为5-10mm,下片停放20-24小时,即为橡胶原材料;
第三步,混炼工艺,分二段:
第一段:(1)调整密炼机转速为25-30转/分,升上顶栓,加入橡胶原材料、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂和三分之一的快压出炭黑和半补强炉黑,密炼2-3分钟;
(2)加入剩余六分之一的快压出炭黑和半补强炉黑、密炼2~3分钟;
(3)加入其余的快压出炭黑和半补强炉黑及邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,密炼4-5分钟后排胶,下片,冷却,停放10-12小时,得到一段混炼后胶料;
第二段:(1)调整密炼机转速为25-30转/分,加入一段混炼后胶料、硫磺、防焦剂CTP、促进剂DZ和液体丁腈密炼2~3分钟,排胶;
(2)开炼机往返捣胶8-10遍后下片冷却停放得到混炼胶料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一步中,密炼机搅拌转速为30-35转/分。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三步中,步骤(1)、(2)和(3)密炼温度为90-120℃;步骤(3)中排胶温度为70-90℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:混炼胶料后期硫化工艺条件为:硫化温度143-151℃,硫化时间40分钟~60分钟。
