Description

A user access method and access network equipment

The present invention relates to the field of communication technologies, and in particular, to a user access method and access network equipment.

Background technique

With the continuous evolution of the network, the demand for diverse industry applications has exploded. Network requirements for industry users have become an important deployment requirement for 5G. The fifth-generation mobile communication technology (5th-generation, 5G) network provides a variety of slicing modes, which can meet the needs of consumers (customer to customer, 2C) and enterprises (business to business, 2B) at the same time. However, 5G equipment (5G base station) uses 192 antennas and other multiple antenna equipment, and the frequency band used by 5G equipment is 3.5GHz, and the coverage range is significantly smaller than that of equipment in the frequency band of 2GHz and below, which will lead to the number of sites per unit area. The number (the number of base stations) increases exponentially, so that the high cost of base stations and the number of densely constructed stations will lead to an exponential increase in the cost of network construction. Therefore, operators have begun to seek a solution in which multiple operators jointly build base stations and use the co-built base stations for network deployment. Co-construction of base stations means that one base station can meet the needs of multiple operators, rather than deploying the equipment of multiple operators in the same base station.

How to meet the access demands of 2B (can be understood as private network) users and 2C (can be understood as public network) users of different operators as much as possible in the case of limited resources has become an urgent problem to be solved. .

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Embodiments of the present invention provide a user access method and access network equipment, which can process, based on capacity, the access requirements of user terminals corresponding to private network services and public network services carried by shared base stations jointly built by different operators, ensuring shared access. Resource utilization of the base station.

To achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention adopt the following technical solutions:

In the first aspect, a user access method is provided, which is applied to access network equipment. The access network equipment provides support for private network services of multiple operators through private network carriers, and provides public network carriers for multiple operators' public network services. The method includes: acquiring the reserved traffic of each service carried by the access network equipment in the current unit time; when it is determined that there is a target service in all the services carried by the access network equipment, according to the reserved traffic of the target service, Determine the target bandwidth required by the target service in the current unit time; the reserved traffic of the target service is greater than the first preset percentage of the preset unit traffic of the target service, and the preset unit traffic is the preset traffic in the unit time; according to the target The type of the service and the target bandwidth determine whether the new user terminal corresponding to the target service is allowed to access within the current unit time.

In the technical solutions provided by the above embodiments, after obtaining the reserved traffic (that is, the traffic that needs to be used in the current unit time) of each service carried by the access network device within the current unit time, it will first determine whether there is The target service whose preset traffic is greater than the first preset percentage of its own preset unit traffic, because the traffic required by the target service is about to exceed the preset traffic for it in advance, if it is not determined in time whether to allow its corresponding new user terminal to connect Access, direct all access or prohibition will cause unreasonable allocation of resources corresponding to the entire shared base station (for example, allocating most of the resources to a certain service of a certain operator, causing some users of other operators to be unable to use the service normally), The utilization rate of resources is low, and the user experience will also be reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to timely determine whether the corresponding new user terminal can still be accessed at this time, so as to ensure that the corresponding resources of the entire shared base station can be fully utilized. The specific judgment method is: according to the reserved traffic of the target service, the target bandwidth required in the current unit time can be calculated, and finally, according to the type and target bandwidth of the target service, it can be determined whether the target service is allowed to correspond to the current unit time. new user terminal access. To sum up, according to the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of this application, the access requests corresponding to all users carried by the shared base station jointly built by multiple operators can be processed (access is allowed or not allowed) based on the capacity, Whether the new user terminal corresponding to the streaming service (the reserved traffic is greater than the first preset percentage of the preset unit traffic) can be accessed in a timely manner, which ensures the reasonable allocation of the resources of the shared base station.

In a second aspect, a user access device is provided, the access network equipment supports the private network services of multiple operators through the private network carrier, and provides support for the public network services of multiple operators through the public network carrier. Those skilled in the art can understand that words such as "first" and "second" are not intended to limit the quantity and execution order.

At present, because the single cost of 5G base station is relatively high, and because its coverage area is small, the number of sites that need to be arranged in a unit area is large, which results in the high cost of 5G communication network deployment. Therefore, at present, multiple operators jointly build a shared base station that can carry the service requirements of multiple operators. However, for the co-constructed shared base station, how to meet the access demands of users corresponding to private network services of different operators and users corresponding to public network services is an urgent problem to be solved.

In response to the above problems, the embodiments of the present application provide a user access method, which can meet the access requirements of user terminals corresponding to different services carried by shared base stations (access network equipment) jointly built by different operators based on capacity (traffic). The method is applied to the system architecture shown in FIG. 1 , and the system may include: a terminal 01, an access network device 02, and at least one core network device 03 (03-1, 03-2, 03-3, and 03-4). ), each core network device 03 corresponds to an operator core network (private network core network (supports 2B service) or public network core network (supports 2C service)); exemplarily, referring to FIG. 1, 03-1 can be Corresponding to the public network core network of operator A, 03-2 can correspond to the private network core network of operator A, 03-3 can correspond to the public network core network of operator B, and 03-4 can correspond to the private network core of operator B network. After the access network device 02 of the terminal 01 is connected to the access network device, it can access the public network core network or private network core network of the corresponding operator through different core network devices 03 . Of course, in practice, there may be only one core network device 03, which can perform the functions of the above-mentioned multiple core network devices.

It should be noted that, in this application, one operator's core network corresponds to one public network and multiple private networks, public network services (2C services) refer to all services in a public network, and private network services (2B services) refer to a private network. All business in the network.

Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 2 , the functional modules in the core network device 03 may include a service distribution requirement collection module 031 , a service dependency analysis module 032 , a key capacity customization module 033 and an operator carrier bandwidth customization module 034 . The service distribution requirement collection module 031 may collect network data of the corresponding operator's private network service or public network service of the connected access network device 02 (eg, base station). The network data may include: traffic-related data of services corresponding to the network (average capacity/traffic per target unit time (eg, hour), maximum capacity/traffic per target unit time (eg, hour)), traffic of services or number of users, etc. .

The service dependency analysis module 032 can cooperate with the service dependency analysis module 032 in other core network devices corresponding to the access network device 02 connected to it, and use the network data obtained by the corresponding service distribution requirement collection module 031, through a certain The calculation of , determines whether the service in the actual scenario corresponding to the network data mainly depends on the capacity (traffic). Of course, if all the core networks correspond to the same core network device, the service dependency analysis module included in the core network can independently complete the above calculation process.

The key capacity customization module 033 can cooperate with the key capacity customization module 033 in other core network devices corresponding to the access network device 02 to which it is connected, and according to the network data obtained by the corresponding service distribution demand collection module 031, it can be calculated as different. The recommended capacity per unit time (preset unit traffic) recommended by the operator's public network services and private network services. Of course, if all the core networks correspond to the same core network device, the key capacity customization module included in the core network can independently complete the above calculation process. Exemplarily, taking the unit time as 1 second and the target unit time as 1 hour as an example, the preset unit traffic of the public network service can be calculated by the following formula:

每条载波包括上行载波和下行载波,上行载波对应的通信链路由图3中的天线单元、开关、RX(RX1和RX2)、ADC(ADC1和ADC2)、DDC(DDC1和DDC2)、5G基带处理单元组成,下行载波对应的通信链路由图3中的天线单元、开关、TX(TX1和TX2)、DAC(DAC1和DAC2)、DUC(DUC1和DUC2)、5G基带处理单元组成。Specifically, in the technical solution provided by the present invention, the access network device 02 configures two carriers for multiple operators, the two carriers include a public network carrier and a private network carrier, and the public network carrier is each of the multiple operators. The operator's public network services provide support, and the private network carrier provides support for the private network services of each operator among multiple operators. Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 3 , when two operators (operator A and operator B, respectively) are connected to the access network device, the user terminals of operator A and operator B are initiating private network services. can be transmitted through the first carrier, and user terminals of operator A and operator B can transmit through the second carrier when initiating public network services. 在本申请实施例中,接入网设备02可以是全球移动通信系统(global system formobile communication,GSM),码分多址(code division multiple access,CDMA)中的接入网设备(base transceiver station,BTS),宽带码分多址(wideband code divisionmultiple access,WCDMA)中的接入网设备(node B,NB),长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)中的接入网设备(evolved Node B,eNB),物联网(internet of things,IoT)或者窄带物联网(narrow band-internet of things,NB-IoT)中的eNB,未来5G移动通信网络或者未来演进的公共陆地移动网络(public land mobile network,PLMN)中的接入网设备,本发明实施例对此不作任何限制。In this embodiment of the present application, the access network device 02 may be a global system for mobile communication (GSM), an access network device (base transceiver station, code division multiple access, CDMA). BTS), access network equipment (node B, NB) in wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA), access network equipment (evolved Node B, eNB) in Long Term Evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE) ), the eNB in the internet of things (IoT) or narrow band-internet of things (NB-IoT), the future 5G mobile communication network or the future evolved public land mobile network (public land mobile network, PLMN), which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.

Exemplarily, the terminal in this embodiment of the present application may have different names, such as user equipment (user equipment, UE), access terminal, terminal unit, terminal station, mobile station, mobile station, remote station, remote terminal, mobile station equipment, wireless communication equipment, vehicle user equipment, terminal agents or terminal devices, etc. Specifically, it can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop, a laptop, a handheld computer, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook, as well as a cellular phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA) ), augmented reality (AR)\virtual reality (virtual reality, VR) devices and other devices that can communicate with the base station, the specific form of the terminal is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the present application.

401-405:Based on the contents shown in the foregoing FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 , an embodiment of the present application provides a user access method, which is applied to the foregoing access network device 02 . Referring to Figure 4, the method includes 401-405:

401. Acquire the reserved traffic of each service carried by the access network device in the current unit time.

Exemplarily, in order to ensure timely processing of the access request of the user terminal based on the capacity, the unit time here may be one second. Of course, under the condition permitted by the technology in practice, it can also be a smaller unit time, which is not specifically limited here.

1:Exemplarily, in practice, step 401 can be performed by the aforementioned real-time traffic monitoring module, and the records after collecting data are as follows in Table 1:

Figure BDA0002610768760000091
Figure BDA0002610768760000091

Among them, YY represents the year, MM represents the month, DD represents the day of the MM month, and HH:SS represents the hour, minute, and second.

Optionally, referring to FIG. 5 , because the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application determine whether the user terminals of each service can be accessed based on traffic, and if the traffic required by each service itself is not large, it will not affect at all. To build and share the performance of the base station, it is not necessary to implement this technical solution, so before step 401, the core network device 03 also needs to perform the following steps:

S1. Acquire the average traffic of each target unit time that belongs to the busy hour in a preset time period before the current unit time for each service carried by the access network device.

10:00-17:00。Exemplarily, the target unit time can be 1 hour; in order to save computing resources while ensuring that the collected data can reflect the traffic usage of each service carried by the access network device, the above-mentioned preset time period can be two consecutive Tuesdays. (Any working day is acceptable) and Sunday (Any rest day is acceptable). Busy hours can be determined by the operator according to the traffic usage of its corresponding users. For example, it can be 9:00-11:00 and 14:00-17:00 on weekdays, and 10:00-17:00 on non-working days: 00.

Exemplarily, step S1 is mainly performed by the service distribution requirement collection module 031 in the core network device 03 shown in FIG. 2 .

S2. Determine the target unit time of large traffic according to the average traffic of each target unit time that belongs to the busy hour of all services in the preset time period.

Exemplarily, when all services in the preset time period belong to the sum of the average traffic in the target target unit time in the busy hour, the proportion of the maximum traffic that can be carried by the access network equipment in one target unit time is greater than the third. When the preset ratio is set, the target target unit time is determined as the high traffic target unit time.

S3. Determine whether the proportion of the quantity of the target unit time of large traffic to the total target unit time corresponding to the busy time in the preset time period is greater than the second preset percentage.

S1。When the proportion of the high-traffic target unit time to the total target unit time corresponding to all busy hours is greater than the second preset percentage, execute S4; when the high-traffic target unit time accounts for the total target corresponding to all busy hours When the proportion of the number of units of time is not greater than the second preset percentage, execute S1.

Exemplarily, the second preset percentage may be 30%, or may be any other feasible value, which is not specifically limited here.

S4. Send a corresponding instruction to the access network device so that it acquires the reserved traffic of each service carried by the access network device in the current unit time.

Because the amount of traffic used by each business within the high-traffic target unit time is relatively large, it can be considered that it is very dependent on traffic, and if the proportion of the high-traffic target unit time to the total target unit time during busy hours exceeds a certain ratio , it indicates that the services carried by the access network device are relatively traffic-dependent, and corresponding instructions need to be sent to the access network device to make the access network device execute the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application.

Exemplarily, the above steps S2-S4 are performed by the service dependency analysis module 032 in the core network device 03 shown in FIG. 2 .

It should be noted that, in practice, the core network equipment may not perform the above-mentioned step S3, and after the step S2, it is directly determined according to the proportion of the number of high-traffic target unit time to the total target unit time corresponding to the busy time in the preset time period. It is sufficient to execute step S1 or send a corresponding instruction to the core network device to execute step 401 . In addition, the proportion of the high traffic target unit time to the total target unit time corresponding to all busy hours is equal to the second preset percentage, which can be attributed to the high traffic target unit time accounting for the total target unit time corresponding to all busy hours. The situation that the proportion of the high traffic target unit time to the total target unit time corresponding to all busy hours is less than the second preset percentage can also be attributed to the situation that the proportion of the high traffic target unit time is less than the second preset percentage, the example corresponding to FIG. 5 In this example, the proportion of the quantity attributable to the target unit time of high traffic to the total target unit time corresponding to all busy hours is less than the second preset percentage as an example, but this application does not specifically limit this.

402. Determine whether the target service exists in all the services carried by the access network device.

The reserved traffic of the target service is greater than the first preset percentage of the preset unit traffic of the target service, and the preset unit traffic is the preset traffic per unit time, that is, the data calculated by the key capacity customization module in the above embodiment. Exemplarily, because it is necessary to set aside part of the emergency carrying capacity for the base station in practice, the first preset percentage here may be 95% (it is only an example, and may be any other feasible value in practice).

405。When it is determined that the target service exists, execute 403; when it is determined that the target service does not exist, execute 405.

It should be noted that the above step 402 may not exist in practice. After step 401, when it is determined that the target service exists in all the services borne by the access network device, execute 403, and when it is determined that the target service does not exist in all the services borne by the access network device. 405 can be executed during business.

403. Determine the target bandwidth required by the target service in the current unit time according to the reserved traffic of the target service.

Exemplarily, when the type of the target service is a public network service, the target bandwidth of the target service can be calculated by the following formula:

Figure BDA0002610768760000111
Figure BDA0002610768760000111

Among them, W w NTadd is the target bandwidth of the target service,

Figure BDA0002610768760000114
is the reserved traffic of the mth private network service in the private network carrier, and W is the total bandwidth of the access network equipment.

404. Determine whether a new user terminal corresponding to the target service is allowed to access within the current unit time according to the type of the target service and the target bandwidth.

Exemplarily, in practice, there is a certain user terminal that requires more traffic in the current unit time than the previous unit time. In this case, the new user terminal may refer to the specific service corresponding to the newly added traffic; The situation in which the user terminal corresponding to the network service or private network service in the previous unit time no longer accesses the network in the current unit time. In this case, the new user terminal may refer to an optional part of the user terminal in the current unit time. As a new user terminal, the number of remaining user terminals after the selection may be the same as the number of user terminals in the previous unit time. Of course, there may be any other possible situations in practice (for example, user terminals belonging to the same service (public network service or private network service) have different priorities, and then it is necessary to select a part of user terminals with a lower priority according to the priority size. Select "new user terminal"), and select the new user terminal according to the specific situation.

4041A-4043A:Optionally, when the type of the target service is a public network service, referring to FIG. 6 , step 404 includes 4041A-4043A:

4041A. When the type of the target service is a public network service, calculate the first total bandwidth required by other public network services in the public network carrier according to the reserved traffic of other public network services except the target service.

Exemplarily, the first total bandwidth required by other public network services in the public network carrier can be calculated by the following formula:

Figure BDA0002610768760000121
Figure BDA0002610768760000121

Among them, W NTPU is the first total bandwidth required by other public network services in the public network carrier,

is the reserved traffic of the i-th public network service among other public network services,

is the reserved traffic of the kth public network service in the public network carrier,
Figure BDA0002610768760000124
is the reserved traffic of the mth private network service in the private network carrier, and W is the total bandwidth of the access network equipment.

4042A. Calculate the first remaining bandwidth of the public network carrier according to the first total bandwidth and the preset total bandwidth of the public network carrier; the first remaining bandwidth is used for providing the target service for use.

The first remaining bandwidth is the difference between the preset total bandwidth of the public network carrier minus the first total bandwidth.

4043A. Determine whether a new user terminal corresponding to the target service is allowed to access in the current unit time according to the target bandwidth and the first remaining bandwidth.

S1A-S3A:Exemplarily, referring to FIG. 7 , step 4043A specifically includes S1A-S3A:

S1A. Determine whether the target bandwidth is greater than a second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth.

S3A。When it is determined that the target bandwidth is greater than the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth, S2A is performed; when it is determined that the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth, S3A is performed.

Exemplarily, because of the bandwidth resources in the actual public network carrier, a certain margin (ie, the first preset bandwidth*(1-second preset percentage)) needs to be guaranteed in most cases to prevent bandwidth in special cases. Therefore, only when the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the second preset percentage of the first preset bandwidth, can the new user terminal corresponding to the target service be allowed to access normally (step S3A), otherwise it can be considered that the public network carrier has no sufficient bandwidth The resource is used by the new user terminal corresponding to the target service, and the access of the corresponding new user terminal needs to be prohibited (step S2A).

Exemplarily, the second preset percentage may be 70% (it is only an example, and may actually be any other feasible value).

It should be noted that the case where the target bandwidth is equal to the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth may be attributed to the case that the target bandwidth is greater than the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth, or may be attributed to the fact that the target bandwidth is smaller than the first remaining bandwidth. In the case of the second preset percentage of , the above embodiments attribute it to the case where the target bandwidth is less than the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth is just an example, which is not specifically limited in the present application.

In practice, the above-mentioned step S1A may not exist. When it is determined that the target bandwidth is greater than the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth, step S2A is performed, and when it is determined that the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth, Just perform the S3A step.

S2A, prohibiting the access of the new user terminal corresponding to the target service within the current unit time.

Exemplarily, the prohibition here may be that the access network device rejects the service request of the user terminal; it may also be any other feasible manner.

S3A. Allow a new user terminal corresponding to the target service to access within the current unit time.

Exemplarily, the permission here may be that the access network device allows the service request of the user terminal and establishes a response connection and sends a response configuration; it may also be any other feasible manner.

4041B-4043B:Optionally, when the type of the target service is a private network service, as shown in FIG. 8 , step 404 includes 4041B-4043B:

4041B. When the type of the target service is a private network service, calculate the second total bandwidth required by other private network services in the private network carrier according to the reserved traffic of other private network services except the target service.

Exemplarily, the first total bandwidth required by other public network services in the public network carrier can be calculated by the following formula:

4042B. Calculate the second residual bandwidth of the private network carrier according to the second total bandwidth and the preset total bandwidth of the private network carrier; the second residual bandwidth is used for providing the target service for use.

The second remaining bandwidth is the difference between the preset total bandwidth of the private network carrier minus the second total bandwidth.

4043B. Determine, according to the target bandwidth and the second remaining bandwidth, whether to allow a new user terminal corresponding to the target service to access in the current unit time.

S1B-S6B:Exemplarily, referring to FIG. 9 , step 4043B specifically includes S1B-S6B:

S1B. Determine whether the target bandwidth is greater than a second preset percentage of the second remaining bandwidth.

S6B。When it is determined that the target bandwidth is greater than the second preset percentage of the second remaining bandwidth, S2B is performed; when it is determined that the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the second preset percentage of the second remaining bandwidth, S6B is performed.

Exemplarily, because the bandwidth resources in the actual medium private network carrier also need to ensure a certain margin (ie the second preset bandwidth*(1-the second preset percentage)) in most cases, to prevent special cases. Therefore, only when the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the second preset percentage of the second preset bandwidth, can the new user terminal corresponding to the target service be allowed to access normally (step S6B), otherwise it needs to be considered from the lower priority The corresponding resource usage is called out from the public network carrier occupied by the public network service (step S2B-step S5B).

Exemplarily, the second preset percentage may be 70% (it is only an example, and may actually be any other feasible value).

It should be noted that the situation that the target bandwidth is equal to the second preset percentage of the second remaining bandwidth can be attributed to the situation that the target bandwidth is greater than the second preset percentage of the second remaining bandwidth, or that the target bandwidth is smaller than the second remaining bandwidth. In the case of the second preset percentage of , the above embodiments attribute it to the case where the target bandwidth is less than the second preset percentage of the second remaining bandwidth is only an example, and this application does not specifically limit it.

In practice, the above-mentioned S1B step may not exist, and directly when it is determined that the target bandwidth is greater than the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth, the S2B step is performed, and when it is determined that the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the second preset percentage of the first remaining bandwidth, Just perform step S6B.

S2B, according to the reserved traffic of all public network services and the preset total bandwidth of the public network carrier, calculate the third remaining bandwidth of the public network carrier when carrying all the public network services.

The third remaining bandwidth of the public network carrier is the difference between the preset total bandwidth of the public network carrier minus the third total bandwidth required by the public network carrier to carry all public network services, and the third total bandwidth can be calculated according to the following formula out:

Figure BDA0002610768760000151

where W A NTPU is the third total bandwidth,

is the reserved traffic of the xth public network service in the public network carrier,
Figure BDA0002610768760000153
is the reserved traffic of the kth public network service in the public network carrier,
Figure BDA0002610768760000154
is the reserved traffic of the mth private network service in the private network carrier, and W is the total bandwidth of the access network equipment.

S3B. Determine whether the target bandwidth is greater than the third remaining bandwidth.

S5B。When it is determined that the target bandwidth is greater than the third remaining bandwidth, S4B is performed, and when it is determined that the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the third remaining bandwidth, S5B is performed.

(S4B)。Because the priority of private network services is higher than that of public network services, it is necessary to ensure the smooth implementation of private network services. Therefore, when the private network carrier is not enough for private network services, resources need to be adjusted from the public network carrier, and There is no need to consider the remaining bandwidth for the public network carrier, so at this time there is no need to make the target bandwidth less than or equal to the second preset percentage of the third remaining bandwidth, but as long as the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the third remaining bandwidth, resources can be adjusted (S5B). When the target bandwidth is greater than the third remaining bandwidth, it means that the bandwidth resources of the entire access network equipment are insufficient for the new user terminal of the target service, so the corresponding new user terminal should be prohibited from accessing at this time (S4B).

In practice, the above S3B step may not exist. When it is determined that the target bandwidth is greater than the third remaining bandwidth, the S4B step is performed, and when it is determined that the target bandwidth is less than or equal to the third remaining bandwidth, the S5B step may be performed.

S4B, prohibit the access of the new user terminal corresponding to the target service within the current unit time.

Exemplarily, the prohibition here may be that the access network device rejects the service request of the user terminal; it may also be any other feasible manner.

S5B, within the current unit time, after allocating resources corresponding to the third remaining bandwidth of the public network carrier to the private network carrier, new user terminals corresponding to the target service are allowed to access.

It should be noted that allocating resources means that the base station allocates the remaining bandwidth of the public network carrier to the private network carrier, so that the bandwidth resources of the private network carrier increase the allocated bandwidth resources on the original basis, and the corresponding bandwidth of the public network carrier is increased. The resources reduce the allocated bandwidth resources on the original basis.

In an implementable manner, the access network device sets different priorities for each operator (eg, operator A, operator B, and operator C), so that when a certain private network service of operator A is used And when a certain private network service of operator B needs to use resources from the public network carrier, if the priority of operator A is higher than that of operator B, the allocated resources are preferentially allocated to the dedicated network of operator A. network service for access by its corresponding new user terminal.

It should be noted that, in practical applications, when the access network equipment allocates the resources of the public network carrier to the private network carrier, it may re-determine the target service and its bandwidth requirements in the foregoing embodiment after a certain period of time. If the private network carrier no longer needs additional resources, the resources are reallocated to the public network carrier.

S6B: Allow a new user terminal corresponding to the target service to access within the current unit time.

When it is determined that the target bandwidth is greater than the second preset percentage of the second remaining bandwidth and greater than the third remaining bandwidth, the access of the new user terminal corresponding to the target service is prohibited within the current unit time.

405. Allow user terminals corresponding to all services to access in the current unit time.

It should be noted that, allowing access (allowing some new user terminals to access or allowing some user terminals to access) in the foregoing embodiments refers to maintaining the current 5QI (5G QoS Identifier) (used to identify 5G QoS ( If the Quality of Service is unchanged, each corresponding user terminal is allowed to access.

406:Optionally, as shown in FIG. 10 , when it is determined that a target service exists in all services carried by the access network device, in addition to performing step 403, the method further includes 406:

406. Allow access of user terminals corresponding to services other than the target service among all services carried by the access network device within the current unit time.

In the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, after acquiring the reserved traffic (that is, the traffic to be used in the current unit time) of each service carried by the access network device in the current unit time, it will first determine whether the traffic is There is a target service whose preset flow is greater than the first preset percentage of its own preset unit flow, because the flow required by the target service will soon exceed the flow preset for it in advance. If it is not determined in time whether to allow the corresponding new user terminal Access, direct all access or prohibition, will cause unreasonable allocation of resources corresponding to the entire shared base station (for example, allocating most of the resources to a certain service of a certain operator, causing some users of other operators to be unable to use the service normally) , the utilization rate of resources is low, and the user experience will also be reduced, so it is necessary to timely determine whether the corresponding new user terminal can still be accessed at this time, so as to ensure that the corresponding resources of the entire shared base station can be fully utilized.
