Magnetic resonance imaging (Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI) has been widely used in preclinical research and medical diagnostics. Animals are widely used in imaging experimental research as a model animal for preclinical research. The MRI imaging is carried out on the premise that the checked part does not macroscopically move or is static, and the animal MRI is the biggest difference from the human MRI check that the animal does not cooperate with the check or the experimenter and keeps a body position still. Therefore, in the animal magnetic resonance imaging experiment, the anesthetic is generally injected first or the anesthetic device continuously breathes the animal into the anesthetic gas mixed with oxygen, and the animal performs a series of imaging scans under the deep anesthesia state, so that the imaging time is longer, and the imaging lasts for one to two hours or even longer.
The anesthetic blocks the motor nerve fibers of skeletal muscles and diaphragm muscles, action potential can not be transmitted downwards, nerve impulses of receptors, effectors and the like of the cornea are blocked, and after the animal is anesthetized, the eyelid of the eye is not closed and is always opened. The magnetic resonance imaging magnet room is relatively dry and well ventilated, and the eyes of animals are dry for a long time, so that eye diseases and even blindness of eyes can be induced. However, in order to observe the occurrence and development processes of the diseases, the modeling process of the model animal needs to repeatedly perform magnetic resonance imaging scanning at different time points, and if the eyes of the animal are ill or blind, diet, emotion and the like of the animal are affected, which is not beneficial to the successful establishment and further long-term tracking research of a specific disease model.
The animal should take eye protection measures during the magnetic resonance imaging process, but the animal is positioned in the center of a strong magnetic field, which is unfavorable for the conventional protection measures. If the scanning bed is withdrawn after one examination is completed, and the next scanning is performed after the protective measures are applied, the scanning bed needs to be repositioned in and out, so that the experimental process is influenced, the layer position and direction of the same examination position before and after the animal are difficult to ensure to be consistent, and the later image comparison is not facilitated.
At present, the risk of blindness of eyes of animals is basically not considered or measures are taken in the magnetic resonance imaging experiment of animals, but the protection measures are complex and wrap the whole head area, so that the head-related examination is not facilitated.

The invention aims at preventing the blindness of eyes of experimental animals, designs the animal magnetic resonance imaging eye protection device on the basis of not influencing the magnetic resonance experimental process, controls the spraying time and the spraying quantity by an inspector, keeps the eyes of the animals moist, has simple operation and low cost, does not influence the head, body and other omnibearing inspection of the animals, and can be suitable for rabbits, rodents, primates and other large animals.
The animal magnetic resonance imaging eye protection device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient use, no need of entering and exiting a scanning bed, repeated use, no direct spraying of sprayed liquid onto animal eyes, no introduction of motion artifacts caused by local motion of the head and the like due to animal stimulation, effective prevention of the risk of animal blindness in the long-term experiment process, and no influence on the omnibearing MRI examination of the head, the body and the like of the animal.
