背景技术
用于柔性驱动系统,特别是用于在内燃机上的包括辅助驱动系统的柔性驱动系统的张紧器众所周知。这种张紧器包括向柔性驱动器偏压的带轮,所述柔性驱动器通常是橡胶带。带轮被安装到枢转臂,该枢转臂通过弹簧被偏压向柔性驱动器(张紧方向),并且枢转臂还可以包括产生阻尼力的装置,以便抑制枢转臂和/或柔性驱动器的振荡。提供摩擦阻尼的现有技术的张紧器通常使用由诸如塑料或金属的材料制成的阻尼机构来提供摩擦力。

现有技术的代表是US 8,142,314,其公开了一种张紧器,该张紧器采用了主轴和张紧器臂,优选地,该主轴和张紧器臂通过诸如压铸的合适制造工艺来制造,而无需进行机加工操作。与类似的缠绕有圆形横截面的线的弹簧相比,该张紧器的偏压弹簧缠绕有非圆形横截面的线以增加弹簧的弹簧力,并且当张紧器臂运动远离柔性驱动器时,偏压弹簧的直径扩大并且线圈将阻尼瓦压紧成与张紧器臂的壁相接触,从而产生阻尼力。该张紧器易于组装,并且需要相对较小的封装体积以产生张紧力。

图1是分解视图。张紧器包括基部10、枢转臂20、带轮30和扭力弹簧40。带轮30在轴承31上轴颈连接到枢转臂20。螺栓33将轴承31附接至接收部分21。轴13将枢转臂20附接至基部10。枢转臂20围绕轴13在衬套14上枢转。
扭力弹簧40的端部42接合基部10。扭力弹簧40的端部41接合阻尼瓦50。阻尼瓦50的摩擦表面垫53摩擦地接合基部10的内表面15。
图2是横截面视图。扭力弹簧40的端部41将阻尼瓦50压入表面15。摩擦力取决于垫53和表面15之间的摩擦系数以及弹簧40所施加的法向力。对枢转臂的振荡运动的阻尼通过产生的摩擦力来实现。扭力弹簧40沿退绕方向加载,从而使弹簧40的直径径向扩展。
图3是平面图。法向反作用力(NR)与弹簧接触(SC)反作用力相反。孔12接收用于将张紧器安装到安装表面(未示出)的螺栓(未示出)。
图4是阻尼瓦的透视图。阻尼瓦50包括摩擦表面垫53。垫53通过互锁部分54而锁定到主体51。接收部分52接合扭力弹簧40的端部41。垫53包括尼龙66基体。
图5是阻尼瓦的透视图。垫53具有拱形形状以接合基部10的表面15。主体51通常是塑料,但是也可以包括金属或陶瓷材料。
图6是摩擦表面的示意图。在瓦53的模制过程中,将PTFE 60与垫基体材料均匀混合。该基体材料可以包括尼龙66或其他类似的塑料材料。PTFE通常是惰性的并且与本领域已知的大多数形式的塑料相容。垫53中的PTFE含量处于按重量计约2%至4%的范围内。垫53中的PTFE 60增强了该阻尼机构的抗粘性能,例如,在存在像水这样的流体时。
在操作和磨合期间,垫53轻微磨损,然后其暴露出垫53的表面上的PTFE。暴露的PTFE层61磨损并发生剪切以形成润滑表面,以便增强在存在流体的条件下的抗粘性能。
抗粘性能与摩擦接合并不相似。垫53摩擦地接合表面15,从而抑制枢转臂20的运动。即使如此,层61也不会减弱接合的摩擦特性;其只是减少或防止了在操作过程中可能发生的粘滑(stick-slip)现象。
粘滑可被描述为在粘附到彼此与在彼此之上滑动之间发生交替的表面。通常,在两个表面之间的静摩擦系数大于动摩擦系数。如果所施加的力大到足以以克服静摩擦,则将摩擦减小到动摩擦会导致两个表面的相对运动速度发生突跳(sudden jump)。
随着张紧器运行,PTFE膜也沉积在表面15上。沉积的PTFE膜减少了表面15上的磨损,从而延长了张紧器的使用寿命。

Claims (5)

1.一种张紧器,所述张紧器包括:
基部;
枢转臂,所述枢转臂与所述基部枢转地接合;
带轮,所述带轮轴颈连接到所述枢转臂;
推动所述枢转臂的扭力弹簧,所述扭力弹簧在退绕方向上加载;
所述扭力弹簧与阻尼瓦接合,所述阻尼瓦摩擦地接合所述基部;并且
所述阻尼瓦具有包括PTFE的阻尼瓦部分,所述PTFE混合在塑料基体材料内,所述PTFE按重量占所述塑料基体材料的2%至4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述塑料基体材料包括尼龙66。
3.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述阻尼瓦接合所述基部的径向内表面,所述径向内表面从所述阻尼瓦接收PTFE的膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述基部还包括安装孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的张紧器,其中,所述阻尼瓦部分具有用于接合所述基部的拱形形状。
